In order to realize the injection of water into the water tank 71, a water injection port 122 is opened on the top case 12 of the outer case 1, the water injection port 122 is communicated with the water filling port 701, and a cover 123 is detachably mounted on the water injection port 122 and covers the water injection port 122 through the cover 123, so that foreign matters are prevented from falling into the water tank 71 to pollute the standby water.

the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning part and a water discharging part, wherein the cleaning part is arranged locally in the steaming and baking cavity, one end of the cleaning part is connected with the other end of the cleaning part is communicated with the water path system and drives the external water source to enter the cleaning part and then the cleaning part is used for spraying out to clean the steaming and baking cavity, and the local cleaning part is arranged in the steaming and baking cavity and is used for discharging the water in the steaming and baking cavity out of the water discharging part of the steaming and baking oven.

the water path system is communicated with the steam generator through the fifth pipeline; the steam generator is communicated with the steaming and baking cavity through the steam transmission pipe.
6. The steaming oven of claim 5, wherein the water path system comprises a water supply pipe, a three-way valve, an anti-siphon pipe;
the three-way valve is provided with a fourth interface, a fifth interface and a sixth interface, the anti-siphon pipeline is provided with a seventh interface and an eighth interface, the water supply pipe is partially arranged in the accommodating cavity and partially arranged outside the steaming oven and communicated with an external water source, the fourth interface is communicated with one end of the water supply pipe arranged in the accommodating cavity, the fifth interface is communicated with the seventh interface, the sixth interface is communicated with the steam generator through a fifth pipeline, and the eighth interface is communicated with the first interface.

The steaming oven of claim 9, wherein the water tank comprises a tank body, a first cover plate and a second cover plate, the tank body comprises a first panel arranged on the top wall of the inner container and parallel to the top wall, a second panel and a third panel respectively extending from two opposite edges of the first panel parallel to the side wall of the inner container toward the bottom wall, and a fourth panel respectively connecting the first panel, the second panel and the third panel and extending toward the bottom wall, the first cover plate is covered on the surface of the second panel departing from the first panel, and the second cover plate is covered on the ends of the first panel, the second panel and the third panel and surrounds the first panel, the second panel, the third panel and the fourth panel to form a water storage cavity of the water tank.
