In practical application, other components can be added or the components can be designed optimally, so that the comprehensive performance of the whole product is improved.
The whole of the barrel cap 201 is of a hollow cylinder structure, the bottom of the barrel cap facing the drying basket 202 is provided with an opening, the center of the top of the barrel cap is provided with a lug hole 2011 with a circular step, and a hollow outwards extending silica gel lifting handle 2012 is arranged in the lug hole 2011, so that the barrel cap 201 is conveniently lifted up in a handheld manner, and a dried piece is conveniently placed on the drying basket 202. The whole of the cylinder 203 adopts a hollow cylinder structure, an opening structure is designed at the position facing the cylinder bottom 204 and is matched with the cylinder bottom 204, the cylinder 203 is provided with a partition plate 2031 which integrally separates the cylinder 203 to form a first groove 2032 and a second groove 2033 at the middle upper position, the partition plate 2031 is provided with a hollow lateral ventilation air flowing end 2034 at the edge position of the first groove 2032 and the lower position of the drying plate 2021 of the drying basket 202 as shown in the figure, and the air flowing end 2034 is provided with an air flowing port 20341 at the lateral direction; the partition plate 2031 is provided with a heating mechanism 205 at the position of the second groove 2033 as shown in the figure, and the air flowing end 2034 and the heating mechanism 205 form a hot air forming and sending path, so that the objects to be dried on the drying basket 202 can be dried. To facilitate placement of the basket 202 on the canister 203, the basket 202 may be configured to have an annular step shape at the location where the basket 203 engages the canister 203. In order to be fixedly assembled with the heating mechanism 205 in the cylinder 203, a plurality of first mounting rods 2035 are arranged at the position of the second groove 2033 of the cylinder 203 and are matched with the first fixing holes on the heating mechanism 205; the second slot 2033 of the cartridge 203 is configured with a plurality of second mounting posts 2036, also referred to as mating posts, which mate with second securing holes in the bottom 204. In practical applications, the overall shape of the cylinder 203, and the specific arrangement position and shape of the air flowing end 2034 can be adjusted or re-optimized according to practical situations.
The heating mechanism 205 adopts the heating principle of an electric hair drier, and is provided with a fan 2051, a heating unit 2052 and an air supply body 2053; the heat generating unit 2052 is disposed in a hollow blower body 2053, and the fan 2051 is communicated with an inner cavity of the blower body 2053. The fan 2051 is a small fan 2051, such as a computer fan 2051, and the specific model size of the fan 2051 can be adjusted according to actual situations. The heating unit 2052 adopts a resistance heating wire structure, and the whole body adopts a square structure. In practical applications, the model of the fan 2051, the model size of the heating unit 2052, and the overall shape and structure of the blower 2053 can be replaced or designed optimally according to practical situations. Meanwhile, the fan 2051 and the heating unit 2052 can be provided with corresponding temperature control switch connectors 81 according to the situation, and the temperature control switch connectors 81 and the coupler sockets 82 on the base mechanism 10 can supply power like an electric kettle.
The bottom 204 is mainly used for forming an air inlet 2041 and placing a temperature control switch connector 81; the bottom of the barrel 204 is provided with a plurality of air inlets 2041 which are arranged in a fan shape at the edge position, each air inlet 2041 adopts a strip-shaped structural design, the bottom of the barrel 204 is provided with a fitting hole 2042 which is used for placing a temperature control switch connector 81 at the center position, the temperature control switch connector 81 can refer to a standard fitting of the electric kettle 4 and has the functions of electrifying and controlling, so that electric power and control information are provided for the fan 2051 and the heating unit 2052 of the heating mechanism 205. For fixing the bottom 204, a structure of a fitting rod 2043 may be designed on the bottom 204, and a second fixing hole is formed in the hollow portion of the fitting rod 2043, so that the fitting rod is integrally inserted into and fitted with the second mounting rod 2036 of the cylinder 203. In practical applications, the style of the air inlet 2041 and the matching manner of the cylinder 203 and the bottom 204 may be replaced or optimized according to practical situations, for example, the matching manner of the cylinder 203 and the bottom 204 may be optimized into a snap-fit manner.
Referring to fig. 18 to 27, the disinfection and cleaning mechanism 30 is designed with an outer cylinder 301, an inner cylinder 302, a disinfection assembly 303, an ultrasonic vibration assembly 304 and a ventilation plate 306; wherein the outer cylinder 301 is used for accommodating and fixing other components, the inner cylinder 302 is used for providing space for placing articles to be cleaned at high temperature, the sterilizing component 303 is used for electrically heating the inner cylinder 302, the ultrasonic vibration component 304 is used for providing ultrasonic vibration for the inner cylinder 302, and a temperature control switch connector 81 can provide power and control for the sterilizing component 303 and the ultrasonic vibration component 304, and the ventilation plate 306 is used for sealing the bottom of the outer cylinder 301 and fixing other components. In practical use, other components, such as fixing parts, can be added, so that the other components are fixed; or the components can be optimized again, so that the comprehensive performance of the whole mechanism is improved.
The outer cylinder 301 is a hollow cylinder structure, and the top and the bottom of the outer cylinder are both of an opening structure, so that a cover 3071 can be arranged at the top, and a ventilation plate 306 is arranged at the bottom. The outer arm of the outer cylinder 301 is provided with a lifting hole structure for mounting the hand piece 3072 and a corresponding clamping piece 3073 at two symmetrical positions near the top, so that the hand piece 3072 can be mounted at the position of the outer cylinder 301 near the top through the clamping piece 3073, and the hand piece 3072 is integrally arc-shaped and can rotate movably. The whole shape of the inner cylinder 302 is like the structure of the inner cylinder 302 of the electric cooker, the inner part of the inner cylinder 302 is hollow, one side, namely the top opening, the middle and the other side, namely the bottom position, are of a closed solid structure, so that water to be heated can be introduced into the inner cylinder 302, and meanwhile, articles to be sterilized and cleaned at high temperature can be placed into the inner cylinder 302. The material of the inner cylinder 302 may be any material that meets the requirements set in the present application, and the present application is not limited to a specific material. The inner diameter of the inner cylinder 302 needs to be sized to correspond to the overall size of the outer cylinder 301.
The disinfection subassembly 303 of this case adopts the structural design of insulating pot 4, and the design mainly adopts the principle that the circular telegram generates heat promptly, and in this case, this disinfection subassembly 303 has a heater 3031 and a board 3032 that generates heat of all being convex designs, and board 3032 that generates heat adopts current mode to cooperate together with the bottom lateral surface of inner tube 302, and heater 3031 is in the below position of board 3032 that generates heat. In order to facilitate placement of the ultrasonic vibration assembly 304, the middle position of the heat generating plate 3032 is designed with the mating hole 3033, which corresponds to a position from which the ultrasonic vibration assembly 304 can be placed. In actual use, the sterilization assembly 303 may also employ other existing power-on heat generation modes or components. The sterilization assembly 303 is energized and controlled by a temperature controlled switch connector 81, the temperature controlled switch connector 81 belonging to a standard fitting for an existing electric kettle 4.
The ultrasonic vibration component 304 adopts an ultrasonic vibration component and is provided with a vibration head 3041, namely a vibration probe and a vibration circuit board 3042; wherein the vibration head 3041 is integrally placed in engagement with the bottom outer side of the inner barrel 302 as is currently done and positioned in the engagement aperture 3033 of the sterilization assembly 303. The vibration circuit board 3042 controls the vibration head 3041, and correspondingly, the ultrasonic vibration assembly 304 in the present case is powered on and controlled by a temperature control switch connector 81 and a coupler socket 82, as in the sterilization assembly 303, and the specific manner can be the existing manner, and meanwhile, the ultrasonic vibration assembly 304 can also be other existing components or forms.
The ventilation board 306 is designed to be a circular structure, and has a hole-shaped structure at the middle position, so that the temperature control switch connector 81 can be assembled at the position. In order to tightly assemble the components, a circular mounting plate 308 can be designed between the inner cylinder 302 and the ventilation plate 306, wherein the mounting plate 308 is provided with three first matching rods 3081 in the direction towards one side of the inner cylinder 302, and is provided with a second matching rod 3082 and a third matching rod 3083 in the direction towards the other side of the ventilation plate 306; correspondingly, the inner cylinder 302 or the heating plate 3032 is provided with a first connecting rod 30321 at a corresponding position, the ventilation plate 306 is provided with a second connecting rod 3061 at a corresponding position, so that the first connecting rod 30321 is matched with the first matching rod 3081, the second matching rod 3082 is matched with the second connecting rod 3061, the third matching rod 3083 is matched with the vibration circuit board 3042 of the ultrasonic vibration assembly 304, in specific use, the inserting rod and the sleeve rod can be mutually called, meanwhile, the sleeve rod can be in a hollow design, and the sleeve rod and the inserting rod can be matched through an internal filling screw, for example, the second connecting rod 3061 and the second matching rod 3082 are matched through screws. In order to facilitate the heat dissipation inside the outer cylinder 301, a transverse groove 3084 structure can be designed on the mounting plate 308, i.e. the cost of some mounting plates 308 can be saved, and the heat dissipation function is also achieved.
The electric control of the mechanism is also controlled by a power panel 6 and a functional electric control panel 7; meanwhile, according to the arrangement shown in the figure, the power panel 6 and the functional electric control panel 7 can also correspondingly control the drying mechanism 10 and the kettle 4. The structure is innovatively described, and in practical application, any other electric control mode conforming to the innovative design of the scheme can be adopted.
