Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco, in particular to an induction heating smoking sheet and a tobacco product.
Background
The smoke generated during the combustion of tobacco contains various carcinogenic substances, which can cause great harm to the health of human bodies, and the electric heating smoking set is produced in the market. Electrically heated smoking articles are smoking devices that heat tobacco material by electronic means. The electric heating smoking set comprises two smoking sets of resistance heating and electromagnetic heating. The resistance heating electric heating smoking set is directly contacted with cigarettes or tobacco shreds through heating elements in the form of electric heating pipes, needles or plates and the like, and the cigarettes or the tobacco shreds are directly contacted and baked at the temperature lower than the ignition point of the cigarettes, so that the aroma components of the tobacco are volatilized, and the smoking requirements of smokers on the tobacco are met. However, the heating method of resistance heating is low in heating efficiency, and currently, the research direction of the heating method of heating non-combustible cigarettes is mainly electromagnetic induction heating.
The electromagnetic induction heating utilizes the high-frequency current heating principle to convert alternating current into high-frequency current so as to generate a high-frequency magnetic field, and when magnetic lines of force in the magnetic field act on a heating element, the magnetic lines of force are cut to generate a large number of small eddy currents, so that the heating element can rapidly generate heat, and the purpose of heating cigarettes is achieved. Common induction heated cigarettes include built-in susceptors in the smoking material or the addition of magnetic particles to the smoking material. The susceptor is arranged in the smoking material, and is usually placed in the center of the smoking material, so that the susceptor can only be in close contact with the smoking material adjacent to the susceptor, the heating effect on the smoking material on the periphery of the cigarette is poor, the heating is uneven, and the whole smoking material cannot be effectively utilized. The magnetic particles are added into the smoke substance, so that the particles cannot be uniformly distributed in the smoke substance, the contact area of the particles is small, the number of the particles to be added is large for realizing a good heating effect, and the process complexity and the processing cost are increased.
