一种传输参数的确定方法及装置。所述装置包括:第一接收单元,接收网络设备配置或指示的至少两个TCI状态相关参数或信令;以及第一确定单元,根据至少两个TCI状态相关参数或信令中的包含TCI状态映射样式的相关参数或信令、以及指示DCI信令中不包含TCI域的参数或信令或者指示DCI信令中包含TCI域的参数或信令,确定一个传输块的至少一个传输时机的传输参数;或者,根据所述至少两个TCI状态相关参数或信令中的包含TCI状态映射样式的相关参数或信令、以及不包含TCI域的DCI信令,确定一个传输块的至少一个传输时机的传输参数;或者,根据终端设备确定的TCI状态样式以及至少两个TCI状态相关参数或信令中的指示DCI信令中包含TCI域的参数或信令,确定一个传输块的至少一个传输时机的传输参数。
