Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms referred to in this application are explained first:
TWS:
true Wireless intelligent headsets (TWS) are the latest innovation of bluetooth headset technology, and can realize Wireless separation of left and right sound channels of bluetooth. The core principle of the TWS technology is to divide the speakers into a Master speaker (TWS Master) and a Slave speaker (TWS Slave).
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a scenario of an active call method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a headset (e.g., a TWS), and the headset 10 may establish a connection with a terminal device (e.g., a handset 11) through wireless bluetooth or the like. The user can use the headset 10 to receive audio data transmitted by the terminal device and then play the audio data, specifically music, incoming call ring tone, and so on. And during the use of the headset 10, if there is an incoming telephone call, the user can handle the current incoming telephone call by operating keys on the headset 10, such as double-clicking on hang-up, double-clicking on reject, double-clicking on and the like. However, such a headset 10 usually has no function of active dialing and calling operation, that is, when a user needs to make a call and call, the user can only dial through the dial plate of the mobile phone 11, which is not convenient enough, and in some emergency situations, the user may not perform dialing operation, so that the call cannot be called quickly.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a call processing method, a call processing device, a call processing medium and a call processing program product.
The technical solution of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples. It should be noted that the following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an active call method according to an embodiment of the present application, in which an earphone is used as an execution subject. As shown in fig. 2, the method may specifically include the following steps:
s201, acquiring an input gesture action instruction, and determining whether a target call triggering instruction matched with the gesture action instruction exists in a preset call triggering instruction.
In this embodiment, a user may perform a key operation on the headset to input a gesture action instruction, for example, the user may perform a key operation such as double-click on a key, single-click on the key, triple-click on the key, and long-press on the headset, so as to input a corresponding gesture action instruction to the headset.
The earphone stores corresponding preset call triggering instructions, specifically including a double-click call triggering instruction, a three-click call triggering instruction, a long-press call triggering instruction and the like. Each preset call trigger instruction corresponds to a dialing number, for example, the dialing number corresponding to the double-click call trigger instruction may be "120", the dialing number corresponding to the triple-click call trigger instruction may be "110", and the dialing number corresponding to the long-press call trigger instruction may be an familiarity number set by the user. Typically, emergency numbers such as "110" and "120" will have some simple key operation (e.g., single or double click), i.e., the handset can automatically dial "110" or "120" when the user makes single or double click key operation on the headset.
In this embodiment, taking the key operation as a double-click key as an example, the gesture action command corresponding to the double-click key is a double-click gesture action, which is matched with the double-click call triggering command in the preset call triggering command.
S202, when a target call trigger instruction exists in the preset call trigger instruction, a dialing number corresponding to the target call trigger instruction is obtained.
In this embodiment, the different preset call trigger instructions have different corresponding dialing numbers, and taking the target call trigger instruction as a double-click call trigger instruction as an example, the corresponding dialing number may be "120".
S203, sending a dialing notification to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment can carry out dialing calling according to the dialing number.
In this embodiment, the headset may notify the handset to make a dial call according to the dial number by sending a private AT command. In a normal situation, as long as the mobile phone is in an on state and connected with the earphone, the mobile phone can at least make a dialing call of emergency numbers such as "110", "120" and the like according to the dialing notification.
According to the embodiment of the application, the gesture action instruction input to the earphone by the user is acquired, and if the gesture action instruction is consistent with the preset gesture, the terminal equipment connected with the earphone is informed to dial according to the preset number, so that the user can realize automatic dialing of the terminal equipment by inputting the gesture on the earphone
In some embodiments, the active call method may further include the steps of:
and acquiring at least one preset call trigger instruction and a dialing number corresponding to the at least one preset call trigger instruction from the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, when the headset is first paired with the mobile phone to establish a wireless connection, the headset may send a private AT command to notify the mobile phone, and the mobile phone end determines whether to activate the active dialing call function of the headset, and if the mobile phone end determines that the active dialing call function of the headset needs to be activated, the corresponding preset calling trigger instruction and the dialing number corresponding to the preset calling trigger instruction need to be configured.
For example, the preset call trigger instruction may be a double-click call trigger instruction, the corresponding dialing number is "120", that is, when the user double-clicks a key on the earphone side, the mobile phone side is triggered to automatically dial "120", the preset call trigger instruction may also be a three-click call trigger instruction, and the corresponding dialing number is "110", that is, when the user triple-clicks a key on the earphone side, the mobile phone side is triggered to automatically dial "110".
The mobile phone end is provided with a specific APP, and the user realizes the configuration of a preset call triggering instruction and a dialing number through the APP. While the headset typically sends information to the handset via private AT commands.
According to the embodiment of the application, the preset calling trigger instruction and the corresponding dialing number are obtained from the mobile phone side, the dialing numbers corresponding to different calling instructions can be freely set, a user can flexibly control the mobile phone to automatically dial the corresponding number by inputting different key operations at the earphone side, and the flexibility and convenience of active dialing calling are improved.
In some embodiments, the step of "obtaining the preset call trigger instruction and the dialing number corresponding to the preset call trigger instruction from the terminal device" may be specifically implemented by the following steps:
sending a first box popping instruction to the terminal equipment;
when receiving a starting instruction for starting an emergency call function of an earphone, acquiring an emergency number and a call triggering instruction corresponding to the emergency number from terminal equipment;
and taking the call trigger instruction corresponding to the emergency number as a preset call trigger instruction.
The first message bullet frame instruction is used for displaying a first message bullet frame in a display interface of the terminal device, and the first message bullet frame comprises prompt information used for starting an emergency call function of the earphone.
In this embodiment, the headset has an emergency call function, and after the emergency call function is turned on, the user can input a specific call trigger command (e.g., double-click or triple-click) to the headset to control the terminal device to automatically dial the emergency numbers "110", "120", etc.
Specifically, when the earphone is paired with the terminal device for the first time, the earphone can send a private AT command (i.e., a first pop frame command) to the terminal device, and a first message pop frame is displayed on a display interface of the terminal device, a user determines whether to start an emergency call function of the earphone AT the terminal device side, and if the user clicks "confirmation" in the first message pop frame, the terminal device side sends confirmation information to the earphone through the private AT command, so as to activate the emergency call function of the earphone. If the user clicks 'cancel' in the first message box, the terminal equipment side sends cancel information to the earphone through a private AT instruction, and the emergency call function of the earphone is deactivated.
After receiving the confirmation information/cancellation information sent by the terminal equipment side, the earphone informs the terminal equipment of starting/deactivating the emergency call function through a private AT command. Further, if the terminal device side confirms that the earphone has started the emergency call function, the user is prompted to select an emergency number and a call trigger instruction corresponding to the emergency number, and the emergency number and the call trigger instruction corresponding to the emergency number are sent to the earphone through a Simple Parallel Process (SPP).
According to the embodiment of the application, the first message bullet frame is displayed on the terminal equipment side, whether the emergency call function of the earphone is started or not can be freely selected, after the emergency call function of the earphone is started, if a user inputs a call trigger instruction corresponding to an emergency number on the earphone side, the terminal equipment can be controlled to automatically dial the emergency number, so that the user can quickly dial the emergency number through the earphone under some emergency situations, and the complex and tedious process of dialing on the terminal equipment side is avoided.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in some embodiments, the step S203 may specifically be implemented by the following steps:
when a target call triggering instruction exists in the preset call triggering instruction, detecting whether an input gesture action instruction is acquired again within a preset time period;
and if the input gesture action instruction is acquired again, sending a dialing notification to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment carries out dialing calling according to the dialing number.
In this embodiment, taking the target call triggering instruction as a double-click call triggering instruction as an example, that is, when the user inputs a double-click gesture action instruction on the earphone side, the target call triggering instruction obtained by matching is the double-click call triggering instruction. At this time, secondary confirmation may be set, that is, when the user inputs the gesture action instruction of double-click again, a dialing notification is sent to the terminal device, and the terminal device is notified to dial "120". If the gesture action instruction that the user does not input double-click again subsequently is detected in the secondary confirmation, the terminal equipment is not informed to dial 120.
For example, the preset time period may be 3 seconds or 5 seconds.
According to the embodiment of the application, whether the user inputs the gesture action instruction or not is confirmed again, the purpose of secondary confirmation can be achieved, and the consequence that the terminal equipment automatically dials the emergency number due to misoperation of the user on the earphone side is avoided.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, in some embodiments, the method may further include the following steps:
and when the target call trigger instruction exists in the preset call trigger instruction, outputting a confirmation prompt.
Wherein the confirmation prompt is used for inputting the gesture action instruction again. Illustratively, the confirmation prompt may be a voice prompt, such as "please confirm whether to dial" 120 ", double-click again to confirm".
According to the embodiment of the application, the confirmation prompt is output to the user through the earphone, the dialing of the emergency number can be confirmed, and the consequence caused by the fact that the terminal equipment automatically dials the emergency number due to misoperation of the user is effectively avoided.
In some embodiments, the step of "obtaining the preset call trigger instruction and the dialing number corresponding to the preset call trigger instruction from the terminal device" may be specifically implemented by the following steps:
when the terminal equipment is detected to finish calling, a second frame popping instruction is sent to the terminal equipment;
when a confirmation signal for confirming that the calling number is added to the dialing number is received, the calling number and a calling trigger instruction corresponding to the calling number are obtained;
and taking the call trigger instruction corresponding to the call number as a preset call trigger instruction.
The second message bullet frame comprises prompt information for confirming that the calling number of the terminal equipment is added to the dialing number when the terminal equipment calls.
In this embodiment, the terminal device usually has a designated calling number when receiving or calling, and the calling number may be, for example, a high-frequency contact number, an familiarity number, or the like of the user.
After the terminal device completes answering or calling, the earphone can send a private AT command to inform the terminal device, and a second message box is displayed on the terminal device. For example, the content of the second message box may include "whether to add the call number to the headset associated number", and if the user selects "yes", the terminal device sends an acknowledgement message and the call number to the headset by AT command.
For example, after receiving the call number, the earphone side may store the call number in a memory of the earphone, which may be a flash memory. By storing the calling number in the memory, when the terminal device is replaced (for example, the earphone is wirelessly connected with other terminal devices), the user can still control the replaced terminal device to automatically dial the calling number by inputting a corresponding gesture action instruction.
According to the method and the device, the second message bullet box is displayed on the terminal device side, so that a user can freely select whether the dialed/called number is added to the dialed number, and the user can freely select other numbers for the terminal device to automatically dial and call besides the emergency number.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a second embodiment of a call processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is different from the execution main body of the call processing method in fig. 2, the execution main body of the method is a terminal device, and the terminal device and an earphone can be wirelessly connected.
