Fig. 1 shows a first alternative flow chart of an information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, which will be described according to various steps.
Step S101, receiving a first user identification.
In some embodiments, an information processing apparatus (hereinafter referred to simply as an apparatus) receives an instruction for a first area included in the first mail; displaying a first input box based on the first instruction; receiving the first user identification based on the first input box. Wherein the first email may be a most recently received email; the first e-mail may include an original e-mail (i.e. an e-mail displayed in an inbox), or may include a content corresponding to the original e-mail displayed in a second e-mail after being forwarded on the basis of the original e-mail. The second mail is obtained based on the first mail, and can be obtained based on a forwarding function on the basis of the first mail, and the second mail comprises the content corresponding to the first mail; the first area may be an area corresponding to the recipient information in the first email, and the recipient information may include recipient information and carbon copy information.
In still other embodiments, the information processing apparatus may receive the first user identification based on at least one input box of a second mail; wherein the second email is obtained based on the first email. The at least one input box may include an input box corresponding to input recipient information and/or an input box corresponding to input carbon copy information.
In some embodiments, the first user identification may include at least one of a display name of the first user, a user name, a corresponding server name, a corresponding domain name, and an abbreviation corresponding to the display name of the first user. For example, the email address of the first user is "ZhangSan @ xxx.yyy >", where "ZhangSan" is the display name of the first user, "ZhangSan" is the user name of the first user, "XXX" is the server name corresponding to the first user, "yy" is the domain name corresponding to the first user, and "ZS" is an abbreviation corresponding to the display name of the first user.
Step S102, based on part or all of the information of the first user identification, confirming whether the receiving information of the first mail comprises the user information corresponding to the first user identification.
In some embodiments, the first user identifier may be a mail address of the first user, and the apparatus performs matching in the recipient information of the first mail based on part or all of at least one of a display name, a user name, a server name, and a domain name in the first user identifier; responding to successful matching of part or all of information of at least one of a display name, a user name, a server name and a domain name in the first user identification in the receiving information of the first mail, and confirming that the receiving information of the first mail comprises user information corresponding to the first user identification; or, in response to that part or all of the information of at least one of the display name, the user name, the server name and the domain name in the first user identifier is not successfully matched in the received information of the first e-mail, it is determined that the received information of the first e-mail does not include the user information corresponding to the first user identifier.
The partial information of at least one of the display name, the user name, the server name, and the domain name in the first user identifier may include partial information of at least one of the display name, the user name, the server name, and the domain name in the first user identifier, for example, an email address of the first user is "ZhangSan @ xxx. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the partial information is only an example, and in practical applications, the partial information showing at least one of a name, a user name, a server name, and a domain name in the first subscriber identity may be any number of characters in any position showing at least one of a name, a user name, a server name, and a domain name in the first subscriber identity.
All information of at least one of a name, a user name, a server name and a domain name is displayed in the first user identifier, and all characters of at least one of the name, the user name, the server name and the domain name are displayed in the first user identifier. For example, the email address of the first user is "ZhangSan @ xxx. yyy >", all the information of the display name is "ZhangSan", and all the information of the user name is "ZhangSan".
Therefore, part or all of information of at least one of the display name, the user name, the server name and the domain name in the first user identifier is matched in the receiving information of the first mail, so that the input of a user before matching is reduced, and the efficiency and experience of using the mail by the user can be improved.
And 103, determining whether to display the first prompt message or not based on the confirmation result.
In some embodiments, the device determines to display the first prompt message in response to the received message of the first mail including user information corresponding to the first user identifier; or determining not to display the first prompt message in response to that the receiving message of the first mail does not include the user message corresponding to the first user identifier.
The first prompt message is used for representing that the receiving message of the first mail comprises user information corresponding to the first user identification.
Therefore, by the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the receiving information of the first mail includes the user information corresponding to the first user identifier is determined based on part or all of the information of the first user identifier; determining whether to display the first prompt information based on the confirmation result; whether the received information of the first mail comprises the user information corresponding to the first user identification or not can be prompted, and subsequent operation of a user is facilitated. In a possible situation, after the recipient information of the first mail is prompted to include the user information corresponding to the first user identifier, the corresponding user may terminate the execution of the forwarding operation, so that the first user is prevented from repeatedly receiving the same mail, on one hand, the experience of the user at the receiving party is improved, and on the other hand, the mail resource is saved.
Fig. 2 shows a second alternative flow chart of the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, which will be described according to various steps.
Step S201, receiving an instruction for a first area included in the first mail.
In some embodiments, an information processing apparatus receives an instruction for a first area included by the first mail, wherein the first mail may be a most recently received mail; the first e-mail comprises an original e-mail (i.e. an e-mail displayed in an inbox), and may also comprise a content corresponding to the original e-mail displayed in a second e-mail after being forwarded on the basis of the original e-mail; the first area may be an area corresponding to the recipient information in the first email, and the recipient information may include recipient information and carbon copy information.
Step S202, displaying a first input box based on the first instruction.
In some embodiments, the apparatus displays a first input box based on the first instruction.
In a specific implementation, the apparatus may display the first input box at a position corresponding to the first instruction, or may display the first input box in a second area of the first email. Optionally, the first input box may be moved based on a drag instruction, and the first input box may also float on the first email.
Step S203, receiving the first user identifier based on the first input box.
In some embodiments, the apparatus receives the first user identification based on the first input box. The first user identification may include at least one of a display name of the first user, a user name, a corresponding server name, a corresponding domain name, and an abbreviation corresponding to the display name of the first user.
Step S204, based on part or all of the information of the first user identifier, determining whether the receiving information of the first mail includes user information corresponding to the first user identifier.
The specific process of step S204 is the same as step S102, and is not repeated here.
Step S205, based on the confirmation result, determines whether to display the first prompt information.
The specific process of step S205 is the same as step S103, and is not repeated here.
Thus, with the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, according to an instruction sent by a user for a first area of a first email, a first search box is displayed, a first user identifier is received based on the first search box, and whether user information corresponding to the first user identifier is included in the recipient information of the first email is determined based on part or all of the information of the first user identifier; determining whether to display the first prompt information based on the confirmation result; whether the received information of the first mail comprises the user information corresponding to the first user identification or not can be prompted, and subsequent operation of a user is facilitated. In a possible situation, a user clicks an addressee information area of a first mail, the device displays a first search box, the device receives a first user identifier based on the first search box and matches the addressee information corresponding to the first mail (namely clicking an addressee area in the first mail, popping up the first search box, helping to check whether the first user is already in the process of receiving or copying the mail), and if the matching is successful, displaying first prompt information; further, after the fact that the receiving information of the first mail includes the user information corresponding to the first user identification is prompted, the corresponding user can stop executing the forwarding operation, the first user is prevented from repeatedly receiving the same mail, on one hand, user experience of a receiving party is improved, and on the other hand, mail resources are saved.
Fig. 3 shows a third alternative flow chart of the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, which will be described according to various steps.
Step S301, receiving the first user identifier based on at least one input box of the second email.
In some embodiments, the second email is obtained based on the first email, and may be obtained based on a forwarding function on the basis of the first email, and the second email includes content corresponding to the first email; the at least one input box may include an input box corresponding to input recipient information and/or an input box corresponding to input carbon copy information.
Step S302, based on part or all of the information of the first user identifier, determining whether the recipient information of the first email includes user information corresponding to the first user identifier.
The specific process of step S302 is the same as step S102, and is not repeated here.
Step S303, based on the confirmation result, determines whether to display the first prompt information.
The specific process of step S303 is the same as step S103, and is not repeated here.
Therefore, with the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of forwarding the first email, the user inputs the first user identifier based on at least one input box of the second email, and determines whether the receiving information of the first email includes the user information corresponding to the first user identifier based on part or all of the information of the first user identifier; determining whether to display the first prompt information based on the confirmation result; whether the received information of the first mail comprises the user information corresponding to the first user identification or not can be prompted, and subsequent operation of a user is facilitated. In a possible situation, after the recipient information of the first mail is prompted to include the user information corresponding to the first user identifier, the corresponding user may terminate the execution of the forwarding operation, so that the first user is prevented from repeatedly receiving the same mail, and on one hand, the user experience of the receiving party is improved, and on the other hand, the mail resource is saved.
Fig. 4 shows a fourth alternative flowchart of the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, which will be described according to various steps.
Step S401, a first subscriber identity is received.
The specific process of step S401 is the same as step S101, and is not repeated here.
Step S402, based on part or all of the information of the first user identifier, determining whether the receiving information of the first mail includes the user information corresponding to the first user identifier.
The specific process of step S402 is the same as step S102, and is not repeated here.
Step S403, in response to that the received information of the first email includes user information corresponding to the first user identifier, determining whether to display first prompt information based on the content of the second email.
In some embodiments, the device determines whether to display the first prompt message based on the content of the second mail in response to the user information corresponding to the first user identifier included in the received message of the first mail.
In specific implementation, the device determines not to display the first prompt message in response to the second mail including the first type of keywords; the first type of keywords may include a type of keywords that explicitly characterizes the second mail as different from the first mail, or the second mail is extended based on the first mail. Such as correction, addition, replacement, modification, and the like.
For example, the second email includes the first type of keyword, and the main idea that characterizes the second email is not only to remind the first user of paying attention to the content of the first email, but also to have other substantial modifications, extensions or extensions, which requires the first user to pay attention to the content of the second email or the content of the first email and the second email.
In other embodiments, the apparatus determines not to display the first prompt message in response to the number of characters corresponding to the content of the second email exceeding a first threshold. In this scenario, it is possible that the content of the second email does not include the first type keyword, but the number of characters of the second email exceeds the first threshold, and the second email is characterized by not only prompting the first user to pay attention to the content of the first email but also requiring the first user to pay attention to the content of the second email or the content of the first email and the second email. Wherein, the first threshold value can be set according to actual requirements.
In some optional embodiments, before step S401, or after step S402, the method may include: and receiving the content aiming at the second mail based on the first input box of the second mail. That is, the device may receive the first user identifier after receiving the content of the second email, and determine whether user information corresponding to the first user identifier is included in the recipient information of the first email based on part or all of the information of the first user identifier; determining whether to display first prompt information or not based on the content of a second mail in response to the fact that the receiving information of the first mail comprises user information corresponding to the first user identification; the device can also confirm whether the receiving information of the first mail comprises the user information corresponding to the first user identification or not based on partial or all information of the first user identification after receiving the first user identification; and then receiving the content of a second mail, and determining whether to display first prompt information based on the content of the second mail in response to the fact that the receiving information of the first mail comprises user information corresponding to the first user identifier. The content of the second mail or the receiving sequence of the first user identifier is prevented from being changed, so that the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is not executed.
Thus, the first user identifier is received through the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure; confirming whether the receiving information of the first mail comprises user information corresponding to the first user identification or not based on part or all information of the first user identification; determining whether to display first prompt information or not based on the content of a second mail in response to the fact that the receiving information of the first mail comprises user information corresponding to the first user identification; under the situation that the first user needs to pay attention to the content of the second mail or the content of the first mail and the second mail, the fact that the receiving information of the first mail comprises the user information corresponding to the first user identification does not need to be prompted, and user experience and mail processing efficiency are improved.
Fig. 5 shows a fifth alternative flowchart of the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, which will be described according to various steps.
In some embodiments, the information processing method shown in fig. 5 is applied after determining not to display the first guidance information in step S103, step S205, step S303, and step S403.
Step S501, in response to the second email including the second type of keyword, determining whether the first user identifier includes all user identifiers corresponding to the second type of keyword.
In some embodiments, the information processing apparatus, in response to the second type of keyword being included in the email, confirms whether the first user id includes all user ids corresponding to the second type of keyword. The second category of keywords may include part or all of information in functions, positions, grouping labels and display names; the first subscriber identity may comprise at least one subscriber identity.
In some embodiments, the apparatus performs step S502 in response to that the first user identifier does not include all user identifiers corresponding to the second category of keywords, or the apparatus ends the process in response to that the first user identifier includes all user identifiers corresponding to the second category of keywords.
For example, if the content of the second mail includes "please a hardware group coworker … …" and the second type keyword is a group tag "hardware", the apparatus determines whether all the user tags of the group tag "hardware" are included in the first user tag.
Or "personnel and finance … …" may be included in the content of the second mail, and the second type keywords are functions "personnel" and "finance", the apparatus confirms whether all the user identifiers with functions "personnel" and "finance" are included in the first user identifier.
Step S502, in response to that the first user identifier does not include all user identifiers corresponding to the second type of keyword, displaying a second prompt message.
In some embodiments, in response to that the first user identifier does not include all user identifiers corresponding to the second category of keywords, the apparatus displays second prompt information, where the second prompt information is used to display at least one user identifier not included in the first user identifier, or the second prompt information is used to display all user identifiers corresponding to the second category of keywords, and optionally, the apparatus may distinguish the user identifiers corresponding to the second category of keywords already included in the first user identifier with different colors.
For example, the content of the second mail includes "please a hardware group colleague … …", and the user identification of the grouping label "hardware" may include "zhang san", "li si", and "wang wu"; if the first user identifier includes "liere four" and "wang five", the second prompt message may include only "zhang three", and may also include "zhang three", "liere four" and "wang five", and optionally, if the second prompt message includes "zhang three", "liere four" and "wang five", the display color of "zhang three" is different from that of "liere four" and "wang five".
Step S503, receiving an instruction for the second prompt information.
In some embodiments, the device receives an instruction for the second prompt message, and adds a mail address corresponding to the instruction in the recipient message of the second mail based on the instruction for the second prompt message.
For example, the second prompt message includes "zhang san", the device receives an instruction for zhang san "in the second prompt message, and adds a mail address corresponding to zhang san in the second mail receiving message.
In this way, with the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, in response to the second email including the second type of keyword, it is determined whether the first user identifier includes all user identifiers corresponding to the second type of keyword; responding to the first user identification not including all user identifications corresponding to the second type of keywords, and displaying second prompt information; receiving an instruction for the second prompt message. Therefore, the receiving information can be determined efficiently and accurately, and the user experience and the mail using efficiency are improved.
