Claims (10)
1. A keyboard assembly, comprising:
a base plate;
the key is assembled with the bottom plate and provided with light-transmitting characters;
the panel coats the bottom plate and the keys.
2. The keyboard assembly of claim 1, wherein the keys comprise:
the body is made of transparent material;
the film is arranged on the body and provided with the light-transmitting characters.
3. The keyboard assembly of claim 2, wherein the film is a transparent film of PET or PC material, the film being provided with the light-transmissive characters by an internal spray or screen or laser engraving process.
4. The keyboard assembly of claim 3, wherein the body and the membrane are integrally formed by an in-mold insert molding process.
5. The keyboard assembly of claim 1, wherein the faceplate is molded from vulcanized silicone or low temperature liquid silicone.
6. The keyboard assembly of claim 1, wherein a toner for forming an appearance color is added to the panel.
7. The keyboard assembly of claim 1, wherein the faceplate is molded by an in-mold insert molding process and covers the base plate, the keys during the molding process; or
The panel is formed through an in-mold insert injection molding process, and after the panel is coated on the bottom plate in the injection molding process, the keys are assembled on the bottom plate in a buckling mode.
8. The keyboard assembly of claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the faceplate is provided with a channel formation for engaging the housing.
9. A keyboard apparatus, comprising:
the shell is provided with a through assembly port, and the area of the shell around the assembly port is provided with embedded ribs;
the circuit board is arranged in the shell and provided with a keyboard switch;
the pressing block is arranged above the keyboard switch;
the keyboard assembly of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said keys are engaged with said press block and sealingly engaged with said housing through said faceplate.
10. An ultrasonic medical apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a keyboard device according to claim 9.
