During operation, in the prior art, the gas meter is fixedly installed through the matching of the raw adhesive tape and the nut, so that the mounting and dismounting processes of the gas meter are complicated, the gas meter is damaged, the gas meter needs to be overhauled and replaced by a professional, the gas meter is inconvenient to use, and has large use limitation, the gas meter is installed in a kitchen, oil stains and water vapor generated by cooking and dust in the air fall onto the gas meter, and the surface of the gas meter is dirty even the stopwatch and the display screen of the gas meter are shielded; according to the invention, the installation mechanism 6 is arranged, the installation mechanism 6 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the gas pipe 9, the gas meter is held by a hand, the gas inlet pipe 4 and the gas outlet pipe 5 of the gas meter are aligned with the gas pipe 9, the gas pipe 9 enters the gas inlet pipe 4 and the gas outlet pipe 5 respectively by pressing the installation mechanism 6, the installation of the gas meter is completed, and the dustproof mechanism 8 is closed; according to the invention, the installation of the gas meter can be easily completed by arranging the installation mechanism 6, the operation is easy and convenient, the gas meter can be easily realized without tools, and the greasy dirt, the water vapor and the dust in the air generated by cooking in a kitchen can be isolated by arranging the dustproof mechanism 8, so that the greasy dirt, the water vapor and the dust are prevented from falling onto the gas meter, and the stopwatch and the display screen of the gas meter are prevented from being covered.

During operation, in order to solve the problems that in the prior art, the gas meter is fixedly installed through the cooperation of the raw adhesive tape and the nut, so that the installation and the disassembly processes of the gas meter are complicated, the gas meter is damaged, the gas meter needs to be overhauled and replaced by a professional, the use is inconvenient, and the use is limited greatly; according to the invention, the mounting mechanism 6 is arranged, the air pipe 9 extrudes the air inlet pipe 4 and the air outlet pipe 5, the lower hook body 67 is hooked with the upper hook body 66, the first annular sealing ring 62, the second annular sealing ring 63 and the annular air bag 64 act together to complete the sealing of the interface, the gas meter is mounted, the pressing rod 69 is pressed to drive the upper hook body 66 to move towards the air pipe 9, the lower hook body 67 is unhooked, the air pipe 9 is pulled up, the gas meter is dismounted, the first spring 65 is compressed and then stretched, and the upper hook body 66 is pushed to reset, so that the subsequent mounting is facilitated; according to the invention, the installation of the gas meter can be completed only by extrusion through the installation mechanism 6, the operation is easy and convenient, the gas meter can be realized without tools, the gas meter can be replaced without professionals, and the convenience in use is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the locking mechanism 68 includes a baffle 681, an L-shaped rod 682, a stopper 683, a second spring 684, and a slide rod 685; the lower end surfaces of the mounting blocks 61 are symmetrically provided with two first cavities; the pressing rod 69 is provided with a second cavity in the inner part of one end of the first cavity; the lower surface of the second cavity is fixedly connected with second springs 684 which are uniformly distributed; one end of the second spring 684 is fixedly connected with a limiting block 683, and the other end of the second spring 684 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the second cavity; a straight through hole is formed in the surface, close to the inclined surface of the limiting block 683, of the second cavity, corresponding to the lower end of the inclined surface of the limiting block 683; a slide rod 685 is slidably connected in the hole, and the slide rod 685 penetrates through the upper hook 66; an L-shaped through hole is formed in the surface of one side, close to the vertical surface of the limiting block 683, of the second cavity; an L-shaped rod 682 is slidably connected in the L-shaped through hole; an inclined baffle 681 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the surface of the first cavity, which is far away from the air delivery pipe 9, near the pressing rod 69.
During operation, as the gas meter needs to be installed and disassembled for the two pipelines of the gas inlet pipe 4 and the gas outlet pipe 5, in the disassembly process, the gas meter needs to be held by one hand, and the disassembly operation is carried out by one hand, in the operation process, the condition that the upper hook body 66 and the lower hook body 67 are hooked secondarily can occur, the gas meter is directly dragged and disassembled, and the damage of the installation mechanism 6 can be caused, so that the subsequent installation is influenced; according to the invention, the locking mechanism 68 is arranged to press the pressing rod 69, the lower hook body 67 is released from the hooked state, the baffle 681 is released from the limiting block 683, the pressing rod 69 is prevented from being restored, the upper hook body 66 is prevented from being restored, the lower hook body 67 and the upper hook body 66 are not hooked again, after the hooked state of the air inlet pipe 4 and the air outlet pipe 5 is released and removed, the pressing rod 69 is pressed again, one end of the sliding rod 685, which is close to the air pipe 9, collides with the side wall of the first cavity in the mounting block 61, the sliding rod 685 slides, one end of the sliding rod 685, which is far away from the air pipe 9, contacts with the limiting block 683, the limiting block 683 is pushed to retract into the second cavity in the pressing rod 69 and is locked, the first spring 65 pushes the upper hook body 66 and the pressing rod 69 to restore, the L-shaped rod 682 collides with the side wall of the first cavity, the limiting block 683 is pushed to release the locked state by the second cavity, and the limiting block 683 is pushed by the second spring 684 to restore; the invention can prevent the damage of the installation mechanism 6 caused by secondary hooking of the upper hook 66 and the lower hook 67 in the process of dismantling the air inlet pipe 4 and the air outlet pipe 5 by arranging the locking mechanism 68, thereby avoiding the influence on the subsequent installation.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a buffer pad 686 is fixedly connected to an end of the sliding rod 685 near the air pipe 9.
When the pressing rod 69 is pressed in operation, severe collision between the sliding rod 685 and the side wall of the first cavity in the mounting block 61 due to excessive pressing force can occur, so that cracking or even breaking of the sliding rod 685 occurs, and the locking mechanism 68 is influenced to play a role; according to the invention, the buffer gasket 686 is arranged, so that when the pressing rod 69 is pressed to enable the sliding rod 685 to collide with the side wall of the first cavity in the mounting block 61, the buffer gasket 686 firstly contacts with the side wall of the first cavity to buffer the sliding rod 685; the buffer gasket 686 is arranged, so that the slide rod 685 can be prevented from being damaged due to severe collision between the slide rod 685 and the side wall of the first cavity in the mounting block 61, and the locking mechanism 68 can normally play a role.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the contact end of the sliding rod 685 and the limiting block 683 is spherical.
During operation, the sliding rod 685 contacts with the limiting block 683, so that the limiting block 683 is pushed to retract into the second cavity in the pressing rod 69 and locked, and in the process, the friction force of the contact surface of the sliding rod 685 and the limiting block 683 is larger, so that the limiting block 683 cannot fully retract into the second cavity, and the locking mechanism 68 is disabled; according to the invention, the contact end of the sliding rod 685 and the limiting block 683 is limited to be spherical, the contact of the sliding rod 685 and the limiting block 683 is changed from surface-to-surface contact to point-to-surface contact by virtue of the spherical structure, so that the friction force between the sliding rod 683 and the limiting block is greatly reduced, the limiting block 683 can be successfully retracted into the second cavity and locked under the pushing of the sliding rod 685, and the effect of the locking mechanism 68 can be normally exerted.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the dust-proof mechanism 8 includes a case 81, a case cover 82, an alarm mechanism 83, a clamping plate 84, a placement frame 85, a first glass plate 86, and a second glass plate 87; the outside of the main body 1 is fixedly connected with a box body 81; two clamping plates 84 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side surface of the inner cavity of the box body 81; a placing frame 85 is fixedly connected to the middle position of the lower end of the inner surface of one side of the box body 81; the upper end of the left outer surface of the box 81 is fixedly connected with an alarm mechanism 83, and the alarm mechanism 83 extends into the box 81 by penetrating through the side wall of the box 81; the outer surface of the right side of the box body 81 is rotationally connected with a box cover 82 through a hinge at a position close to the edge; a square hole is formed in the middle of the outer surface of the right side of the box cover 82; the side wall of the square hole is provided with a mounting groove; the left and right sides of the upper end of the mounting groove are symmetrically and fixedly provided with a first glass plate 86; a second glass plate 87 is slidably mounted between the two first glass plates 86; a handle is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the right side of the second glass plate 87; the box 81 and the box cover 82 are connected by riveting through a complete stainless steel bar.
When the kitchen ventilator works, in order to solve the problems that most families install gas meters in a kitchen, oil stains and water vapor generated by cooking in the kitchen and dust in air fall onto the gas meters, so that the surfaces of the gas meters are dirty and even a stopwatch and a display screen of the gas meters are shielded; according to the invention, the dustproof mechanism 8 is arranged, the box body 81 and the box cover 82 are used together to enable the position of the main body 1 to be in a closed environment, the main body 1 is arranged on the placing frame 85 in the box body 81, the main body 1 is clamped by the clamping plate 84, the second glass plate 87 can be retracted between the first glass plate 86 by moving the handle on the second glass plate 87 upwards, a window is opened, the window corresponds to the clamping groove on the base table 3, so that the card swiping and gas filling are convenient, and the second glass plate 87 is lowered by the handle after the gas filling is finished; according to the invention, the dustproof mechanism 8 is arranged, so that the main body 1 is positioned in a closed space, greasy dirt, water vapor and dust in the air generated by cooking in a kitchen can be isolated, the greasy dirt, the water vapor and the dust are prevented from falling onto the gas meter, the gas meter is prevented from being covered by a stopwatch and a display screen, a user can conveniently perform inflation operation through the arrangement of the second glass plate 87, the box body 81 and the box cover 82 are connected through a complete stainless steel bar in a riveting manner, and the behaviors of illegal dismantling, gas stealing and the like of part of users on the gas meter can be effectively prevented.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, carbon fibers are used as a raw material of the dust prevention mechanism 8 except for the alarm mechanism 83, the first glass plate 86, and the second glass plate 87.
When the anti-dust device works, the anti-dust mechanism 8 is fixedly connected to the outside of the main body 1, and a certain load is possibly formed on the gas pipe 9 due to the overlarge overall weight of the anti-dust mechanism 8, so that the sealing connection of the mounting mechanism 6 is damaged, and the gas leakage phenomenon occurs; according to the invention, carbon fibers are used as raw materials except the alarm mechanism 83, the first glass plate 86 and the second glass plate 87 in the dustproof mechanism 8, so that the carbon fibers have high fatigue resistance and light weight, the requirements of other components except the alarm mechanism 83, the first glass plate 86 and the second glass plate 87 in the dustproof mechanism 8 can be met, the whole quality of the dustproof mechanism 8 is not excessively high, and the tightness of the installation mechanism 6 is ensured.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the first glass plate 86 and the second glass plate 87 are each made of tempered glass.
When the dustproof device works, the first glass plate 86 and the second glass plate 87 play a role in closing a space in the dustproof mechanism 8, so that the numbers of the code table 2 and the base table 3 can be conveniently read, but in the transportation process, the first glass plate 86 and the second glass plate 87 can be jolt and broken due to road conditions, and the closing effect of the dustproof mechanism 8 is influenced; the invention prevents the first glass plate 86 and the second glass plate 87 from being broken and damaged in the transportation process by limiting the first glass plate 86 and the second glass plate 87 to be all made of toughened glass, thereby ensuring good sealing effect of the dustproof mechanism 8.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the alarm mechanism 83 includes a housing 831, a single-chip microcomputer 832, a power supply 833, a buzzer 834, and an induction mechanism 835; the upper end of the left outer surface of the box 81 is fixedly connected with a shell 831; a singlechip 832 is fixedly connected to the surface of one side of the inner cavity of the shell 831; a buzzer 834 is fixedly connected to one side of the surface of one side of the inner cavity of the shell 831, which is close to the singlechip 832; a power supply 833 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the inner cavity surface of the shell 831, which is close to the singlechip 832; the induction mechanism 835 is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the left side of the box 81; the singlechip 832, the buzzer 834, the power supply 833 and the sensing mechanism 835 are electrically connected.
When the gas meter works, the main body 1 is positioned in a closed space formed by the dustproof mechanism 8, the gas leakage phenomenon can possibly occur due to the damage of the gas meter main body 1 or the installation mechanism 6, and the gas leakage phenomenon can possibly occur due to the fact that the closed structure of the dustproof mechanism 8 is not easy to perceive, and even the gas explosion phenomenon occurs when the gas is exposed; according to the invention, the alarm mechanism 83 is arranged, the sensing mechanism 835 is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the box body 81, the buzzer 834 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the box body 81, when the main body 1 or the mounting mechanism 6 is damaged and leaks gas, the leaked gas can be fully filled in the dustproof mechanism 8 at first, the sensing mechanism 835 can react with the gas at the moment to turn on a circuit, the buzzer 834 starts working and alarms, and meanwhile, the singlechip 832 controls the electromagnetic valve 7 to close and stop gas supply pipe 9 from supplying gas into the main body 1; according to the invention, by arranging the alarm mechanism 83, when the main body 1 or the installation mechanism 6 is damaged and air leakage occurs, an alarm is sent to remind a user, the electromagnetic valve 7 is closed to prevent further leakage of fuel gas, the phenomenon that a great amount of fuel gas leaks and is burnt and exploded when exposed fire occurs is avoided, and unnecessary loss is avoided for the user.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the sensing mechanism 835 includes a sliding rail 8351 and a gas sensor 8352; two sliding rails 8351 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the inner surface of the left side of the box 81; a gas sensor 8352 is slidably connected between the two sliding rails 8351.
When in operation, the sensing mechanism 835 is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the box 81 and reacts to leaked fuel gas, but the condition that the bottom of the main body 1 is damaged and air leakage occurs possibly exists, the second glass plate 87 is in an open state, the fuel gas directly escapes out through a window opened by the second glass plate 87, and the fuel gas sensing unit is arranged at the upper end of the inner surface of the box 81 and cannot timely discover and treat the fuel gas leakage; according to the invention, by arranging the induction mechanism 835, the gas sensor 8352 performs cyclic reciprocating motion on the sliding rail 8351; according to the invention, the gas sensor 8352 performs cyclic reciprocating motion through the arrangement of the sensing mechanism 835, so that the gas sensor 8352 can timely react to gas leakage generated in the dustproof mechanism 8 at the first time, and the gas sensor 8352 is prevented from not reacting to gas leakage far away from the gas sensor 8352.
