Acquiring related information corresponding to the label according to the label, and acquiring product information according to the label information; the related information at least comprises personnel information; all information relevant in production is determined through the label information, and then the relevant information and the specific situation of the accident are analyzed, so that the node where the accident occurs and the staff corresponding to the node can be determined, and a user is assisted to determine a person responsible for the accident. in an embodiment, after the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information exceeds a specified range and the alarm information is generated, the method further includes: step 301, determining production supplement information according to the second quantity information and the product information, wherein the production supplement information at least comprises production supplement quantity; and step 302, generating a production supplementing instruction according to the production supplementing information, wherein the production supplementing instruction is used for indicating that the second printing medium corresponding to the production supplementing quantity is produced.
In step 301-; the production supplementing information comprises production supplementing quantity, the production supplementing quantity is determined by the second quantity information and the product information, specifically, the quantity required when the printed product is on the second printing medium is determined according to the product information, so that the production supplementing quantity is determined by combining the second quantity information, then the specific process information of the second printing medium is judged according to the production information, all processes before the second printing medium are determined, and the production supplementing information is determined by combining the production supplementing quantity; and generating a production supplementing instruction according to the production supplementing information so as to indicate a user to supplement production for the second printing medium, and ensuring that the quantity of the final printing products meets the requirement. Specifically, all the processes from the second printing medium to the printed products are determined, the loss value of each process is determined according to the processes, and all the loss values and the product number of the printed products are accumulated to obtain the minimum number of the second printing medium. In addition, the amount of the raw material can be obtained by adding the product amount and the estimated loss value of all the processes.

in an embodiment, in step 107, after the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within a specified range and the qualified information is generated, the method further includes: step 401, if the second printing medium corresponds to the second process information, generating a work instruction according to the qualified information, wherein the work instruction is used for instructing to process the second printing medium; and step 402, if the second printing medium does not have corresponding second process information, generating a finishing instruction according to the qualified information, wherein the finishing instruction is used for indicating that the printing is finished.
In step 401-; and when the second printing medium does not have the corresponding second process information, namely the second printing medium is a final printing product, generating a finishing instruction to indicate that the printing is finished.

another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a tracing apparatus in a printing process, where the apparatus includes: an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain product information corresponding to a first printing medium, where the product information includes first quantity information and first process information; an identifying module 502, configured to identify a first print medium to obtain a first thickness corresponding to the first print medium; a determining module 503, configured to determine the thickness of the single sheet according to the first thickness and the first quantity information; the processing module 504 is further configured to process the first print medium according to the first procedure information to obtain a second print medium; an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain a second thickness corresponding to a second printing medium; the determining module 503 is further configured to determine second quantity information corresponding to the second printing medium according to the second thickness and the single thickness; and a generating module 505, configured to generate qualified information when a difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within a specified range, where the qualified information is used to represent that the second quantity information is qualified.
In an embodiment, the determining module 503 is further configured to determine the deviation thickness according to the first process information when the first process information is the specific first process information; modifying the thickness of the single sheet according to the deviation thickness to obtain a corrected thickness; and determining second quantity information corresponding to the second printing medium according to the corrected thickness and the second thickness.
In one embodiment, a first printed medium has a first label bound thereto; correspondingly, the obtaining module 501 is further configured to identify the first tag, and obtain storage information corresponding to the first tag; the storage information is determined as product information corresponding to the first printing medium.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the obtaining module 501 is used for obtaining relevant information, and the relevant information is used for representing relevant information in the production process; a generating module 505, configured to generate binding information according to the qualified information, where the binding information is used to bind the relevant information with the first tag; the related information includes at least one of: personnel information, material information, customer information, process information, wear information, second quantity information, time information, equipment information, and mold information.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a determining module 503, configured to determine, according to the first process information and the product information, position information of the first process information in the process route; and a generating module 505, configured to generate display information according to the position information, the first process information, and the related information, where the display information is used to display a production state of the first printing medium in real time.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the generating module 505 is further configured to generate alarm information when a difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information exceeds a specified range, where the alarm information is used to indicate that the second quantity information is not qualified.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the determining module 503 is further configured to determine the replenishment information according to the second quantity information and the product information, where the replenishment information at least includes the replenishment quantity; the generating module 505 is further configured to generate a complementary production instruction according to the complementary production information, where the complementary production instruction is used to instruct to produce the second printing medium corresponding to the complementary production quantity.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a generating module 505, configured to generate a work instruction according to the qualified information if the second printing medium corresponds to the second process information, where the work instruction is used to instruct to process the second printing medium; the generating module 505 is further configured to generate a completion instruction according to the qualified information if the second printing medium does not have the corresponding second process information, where the completion instruction is used to instruct that the printing is completed.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the obtaining module 501 is further configured to obtain accident information, where the accident information is used to represent a production accident in a production process; acquiring related information corresponding to the label according to the label; the related information at least comprises personnel information; and determining responsible person information corresponding to the personnel information according to the accident information, the product information and the related information.
Another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium includes a set of computer-executable instructions, and when the instructions are executed, the storage medium is configured to perform any one of the production management methods described above.

Claims (10)

1. A method of traceability in a printing process, the method comprising:
acquiring product information corresponding to a first printing medium, wherein the product information comprises first quantity information and first process information;
identifying the first printing medium to obtain a first thickness corresponding to the first printing medium;
determining the thickness of the single sheet according to the first thickness and the first quantity information;
processing the first printing medium according to the first procedure information to obtain a second printing medium;
acquiring a second thickness corresponding to the second printing medium;
determining second quantity information corresponding to the second printing medium according to the second thickness and the single thickness;
and when the difference value between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within a specified range, generating qualified information, wherein the qualified information is used for representing that the second quantity information is qualified.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a second amount of information corresponding to the second print medium based on the second thickness and the individual thickness comprises:
determining a deviation thickness according to the first process information when the first process information is specific first process information;
modifying the single thickness according to the deviation thickness to obtain a corrected thickness;
and determining second quantity information corresponding to the second printing medium according to the corrected thickness and the second thickness.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first print medium has a first label bound thereto;
correspondingly, acquiring product information corresponding to the first printing medium, wherein the product information comprises first quantity information and first process information, and the method comprises the following steps:
identifying the first label and obtaining storage information corresponding to the first label;
determining the storage information as product information corresponding to the first printing medium.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after generating qualified information when the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within a specified range, the method further comprises:
acquiring related information, wherein the related information is used for representing related information in the production process;
generating binding information according to the qualified information, wherein the binding information is used for binding related information with the first label;
the related information includes at least one of: personnel information, material information, customer information, process information, wear information, second quantity information, time information, equipment information, and mold information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the product information includes a process route;
correspondingly, binding information is generated according to the qualified information, and the binding information is used for binding the relevant information with the first label, and then the method further comprises the following steps:
determining position information of the first procedure information in a process route according to the first procedure information and the product information;
and generating display information according to the position information, the first process information and the related information, wherein the display information is used for displaying the production state of the first printing medium in real time.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the second amount of information corresponding to the second print medium based on the second thickness and the individual thickness, the method further comprises:
and when the difference value between the second quantity information and the first quantity information exceeds a specified range, generating alarm information, wherein the alarm information is used for representing that the second quantity information is unqualified.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein after the second quantity information is different from the first quantity information beyond a specified range and alarm information is generated, the method further comprises:
determining production supplementing information according to the second quantity information and the product information, wherein the production supplementing information at least comprises a production supplementing quantity;
and generating a production supplementing instruction according to the production supplementing information, wherein the production supplementing instruction is used for indicating that the second printing medium corresponding to the production supplementing quantity is produced.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein after generating qualified information when the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within a specified range, the method further comprises:
if the second printing medium corresponds to second process information, generating a working instruction according to the qualified information, wherein the working instruction is used for indicating to process the second printing medium;
and if the second printing medium does not have corresponding second process information, generating a finishing instruction according to the qualified information, wherein the finishing instruction is used for indicating that the printing is finished.
9. The method according to claim 3, wherein after generating qualified information when the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within a specified range, the method further comprises:
acquiring accident information, wherein the accident information is used for representing production accidents in the production process;
acquiring related information corresponding to the label according to the label; the related information at least comprises personnel information;
and determining responsible person information corresponding to the personnel information according to the accident information, the product information and the related information.
10. A traceability device in a printing process, the device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring product information corresponding to a first printing medium, and the product information comprises first quantity information and first process information;
the identification module is used for identifying the first printing medium to obtain a first thickness corresponding to the first printing medium;
