In particular, the position code described in this example may also be used as an index of the position code. The platform obtains the corresponding position code through the position code index, and also belongs to the protection scope of the invention. The parameter names may also be used as area codes, where different areas allow the same location code, or the parameter names may be eliminated.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the position code is indispensable for a merchant to sell commodities (commodities entering a platform) and a consumer to purchase commodities, the APP download link and the position code are fused together, if the APP is not installed in the intelligent terminal, scanning the position code of the example downloads and installs the corresponding APP according to the link address in the position code, and if the APP is installed, scanning the position code by the APP can obtain the position code (E3 n 69W).

Example 28, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, two forms of graphical anti-counterfeit markers suitable for the present invention are shown, where the two-dimensional code in fig. 4 and the one-dimensional code distributed around the positioning marker 02 in fig. 5 are search codes of the anti-counterfeit markers, and the anti-counterfeit graph 01 randomly distributed in the figure is an anti-counterfeit password. The anti-counterfeiting pattern can be made of a reflective and/or color-changing material, and the reflective and color-changing characteristics of the anti-counterfeiting pattern can be used as one of the bases for true and false identification; the anti-counterfeiting patterns are shot or scanned and are pre-stored on the platform after information processing, and the platform compares the pre-stored images obtained by the APP or coordinate data such as end points, inflection points, vertexes and the like of the images or the size, the mutual distance, the mutual positions and the like of all the patterns to obtain the authenticity of the anti-counterfeiting mark. The authenticity identification of the anti-counterfeiting mark can also be carried out on the APP.
Example 29, the merchant information includes, but is not limited to, the merchant's: name, location code, location (address, coordinates, latitude and longitude), telephone, LOGO, online store of the merchant, website and/or store photo of the merchant, and the merchant information is stored in the platform in advance.
Example 30, the APP scans the location code of the merchant to identify the location code of the merchant and pushes the location code to the platform, the platform retrieves online content such as a commodity, a new product promotion, a discount, a promotion and/or an advertisement content sold on a website or on the platform of the merchant to which the location code belongs according to the location code, and pushes the retrieved online content to the APP to be displayed. The merchant can have the online store and post various activities, advertisements etc. through the online store, and APP can get into the online store of merchant, and online store runs on the platform.
The consumer can not accurately know which shop the consumer is in without the position code, the online content of the merchant can not be accurately pushed to the consumer, the pushing activity is win-win between the merchant and the consumer, and the consumer can also select to close the pushing function on the APP.
Industrial applicability
In summary, the present invention provides a sales system capable of preventing counterfeit goods sales, fleeing goods sales, and preventing sold goods from secondary sales, and more importantly, due to the creative use of the location code, it can accurately know which merchants sell counterfeit goods or fleeing goods, so as to facilitate the relevant departments to timely and accurately grasp or punish the merchants. Meanwhile, after one commodity is judged to be a channel conflict commodity, the same unsold commodity which is purchased in the same batch by the merchant is marked as a fake commodity, a channel conflict commodity or a sold commodity, so that the merchant cannot normally sell the unsold commodity, the channel conflict selling cost is greatly increased, and the purpose of deterring the merchant from selling the fake commodity and the channel conflict commodity is achieved.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the position code technology is used for accurately acquiring the point of purchase where the consumer is located, and solves the technical problems that the point of purchase cannot be positioned indoors through a GPS (global positioning system) and the point of purchase cannot be accurately positioned through a mobile phone base station (such as two points of purchase upstairs and downstairs).
The link address of the APP is fused into the position code, so that the aim of freely popularizing the APP by consumers and merchants is fulfilled.
The platform accurately finds the online content of the merchant of the point of purchase through the position code and pushes the online content to the consumer, so that the consumer can timely master the activity content or preferential commodities of the merchant, the flow of the online store of the merchant is greatly improved for the merchant, and the win-win purpose of the consumer and the merchant is finally achieved.
Finally, the invention also provides several methods for obtaining the position code, wherein the several methods for obtaining the position code are in a complementary relationship, and in practical use, the authenticity of the position code can be identified through the position code obtained by various methods.

Claims (8)

1. A marketing system, comprising:
APP, a platform, an anti-counterfeiting mark and a position code;
the anti-counterfeiting mark comprises anti-counterfeiting information and a retrieval code;
the location code is obtained directly or indirectly by the APP or platform;
the APP or the platform obtains the anti-counterfeiting information and/or the retrieval code of the anti-counterfeiting mark through the anti-counterfeiting mark;
the platform obtains pre-stored anti-counterfeiting data of the anti-counterfeiting mark and/or corresponding commodity information of the commodity through the retrieval code;
the APP or the platform processes the anti-counterfeiting information and then compares the processed anti-counterfeiting information with anti-counterfeiting data to identify the authenticity of the anti-counterfeiting mark;
if the anti-counterfeiting mark is identified as a true mark, and the corresponding commodity is not sold and the position code of the shopping point of the commodity is matched with the default selling place of the commodity, executing the step a: the APP displays commodity information of the commodity, optionally, the APP displays a purchase item of the commodity, optionally, if the commodity is sold, the commodity is marked as sold;
and/or if the anti-counterfeiting mark is identified as a true mark, and the corresponding commodity has a goods-fleeing mark or the commodity is not sold but the position code is not matched with the default sales place, the display of the APP is different from the step a, and/or the platform pushes the merchant information of the actual sales merchant and/or the original sales merchant and/or the commodity information of the commodity to the related department, and/or the platform marks the commodity which is put in storage and is not sold with the commodity as a fake commodity, a goods-fleeing commodity or a sold commodity;
and/or if the anti-counterfeiting mark is identified as a true mark and the corresponding commodity has a sold mark, displaying the APP is different from the step a, or if the corresponding commodity has a sold mark and the anti-counterfeiting mark exceeds a plurality of APP code scanning within a certain time, displaying the APP of the subsequent code scanning is different from displaying the APP of the first plurality of APP code scanning, and/or the commodity is marked as abnormal;
optionally, if the commodity has an abnormal mark, displaying the APP is different from the step a;
optionally, if the anti-counterfeiting mark is identified as a false mark, displaying the APP is different from the step a, and/or the platform pushes merchant information of a merchant selling the false goods and/or commodity information of a counterfeit commodity to related departments.
2. The marketing system of claim 1, further comprising a management terminal of a manufacturer, an agent and/or a merchant, wherein the manufacturer, the agent and/or the merchant can perform warehousing, ex-warehouse and/or delivery to a next-level agent or the merchant on the goods corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting mark or the bar code by scanning the anti-counterfeiting mark of the goods or the bar code on the goods packaging box through the management terminal.
3. The sales system of claim 2, wherein the manufacturer, the agent presets a selling price range and/or a default selling place of the goods through the management terminal, and/or the merchant presets a selling price of the goods through the management terminal; the sale price range or sale price preset by the agent or the merchant at the next level does not exceed the sale price range preset by the agent or the manufacturer at the previous level and/or the default sale place of the goods sold by the agent does not exceed the agent area of the agent.
4. The marketing system of claim 1, wherein the management terminal of the merchant scans and codes the anti-counterfeit mark of the goods to be returned, and if the anti-counterfeit mark is a genuine mark, the goods are sold by the merchant and the return time limit is not exceeded, the sold mark of the goods is cancelled and/or the corresponding goods inventory is increased.
5. A location code, wherein the location code includes a link address of an APP associated with the location code.
