Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clear and clear, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, if directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear … …) are included in the embodiments of the present invention, the directional indications are merely used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement conditions, etc. between the components in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indications are correspondingly changed.
The maintenance mode of the existing air conditioner filter screen is mainly to manually disassemble and check the dirt blocking degree of the filter screen, however, the mode needs to be used for regularly disassembling the filter screen of the air conditioner by a user to determine whether the filter screen of the air conditioner needs to be cleaned or replaced, the frequent disassembly mode brings inconvenience to the daily use of the user, and the regular maintenance mode also brings various uncertain factors to the user; for example, in the case of a good use environment of the air conditioner, frequent maintenance is not required, so that the maintenance period of the filter screen of the air conditioner is relatively long, and a user does not determine when to be suitable for maintaining the filter screen of the air conditioner; for example, in a severe environment of the air conditioner, frequent maintenance is required, so that the maintenance period of the air conditioner filter screen is relatively short, and the user needs to know the maintenance period exactly.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a filter screen maintenance method, in the embodiment of the invention, when an air conditioner is started for use, the use state (standby state, heating state and refrigerating state) of the air conditioner is obtained, and a filter screen information acquisition mode is created according to the obtained use state (heating state or refrigerating state) of the air conditioner; in the filter screen information acquisition mode, the air conditioner can acquire corresponding data through a sensor arranged on the air conditioner filter screen, then judges whether the filter screen of the air conditioner needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the acquired data, and finally displays corresponding filter screen replacement information or filter screen cleaning information through an air conditioner display end under the condition that the filter screen of the air conditioner needs to be replaced or cleaned, so as to prompt a user to maintain the filter screen of the air conditioner in time; because the corresponding data are acquired through the sensor arranged on the air conditioner filter screen, and the use state of the air conditioner filter screen is determined through the data, corresponding filter screen maintenance data can be displayed to a user timely, the operation process that the user manually dismantles and checks the filth blocking condition of the air conditioner filter screen is avoided, and the purpose of automatically reminding to replace or clean the air conditioner filter screen is achieved.
For example, when the air conditioner is started, the air conditioner acquires the use state of the air conditioner through the control system of the air conditioner, when the air conditioner is in a heating state or a cooling state, the air conditioner creates a filter screen information acquisition mode through the control system, and acquires corresponding sensor data arranged on the filter screen of the air conditioner in the filter screen information acquisition mode, so that whether the filter screen of the air conditioner needs to be replaced or cleaned is judged according to the acquired sensor data; under the condition that the air conditioner filter screen is judged to need to be replaced or cleaned, the air conditioner can display filter screen replacement information or filter screen cleaning information through a display end, and timely remind a user of maintaining the air conditioner filter screen; compared with the traditional maintenance mode of the air conditioner filter screen, the operation process that a user manually dismantles and looks over the dirty blocking condition of the air conditioner filter screen can be avoided, and the purpose of automatically reminding to replace or clean the air conditioner filter screen is achieved.
Exemplary method
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a filter screen maintenance method, which may be applied to an intelligent air conditioner (hereinafter referred to as an intelligent air conditioner). In an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes the following steps:
step S100, acquiring the use state of an air conditioner, and creating a filter screen information acquisition mode according to the use state of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner is turned on, the air conditioner enters different use states according to a user's selection, including a standby state, a heating state, and a cooling state; in a normal case, when the air conditioner is in a standby state, the filter screen of the air conditioner is in an unused state, so that the air conditioner cannot start a control system in the state, and a filter screen information acquisition mode cannot be established through the control system of the air conditioner, thereby avoiding reminding a user to replace or clean the filter screen under the condition that the filter screen of the air conditioner is not used; in the heating state or the cooling state, the filter screen of the air conditioner is in a use state, so that the air conditioner starts the control system in both states, and the filter screen information acquisition mode is created by the control system of the air conditioner.
In the filter screen information acquisition mode, the air conditioner starts a plurality of sensors arranged on the air conditioner through a control system, so that corresponding data are acquired through the sensors, and the use state of the filter screen of the air conditioner is analyzed through the acquired data; through the analysis of the use state of the air conditioner filter screen, whether the air conditioner filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned can be determined.
When determining whether the air conditioner filter screen needs to be replaced or not, acquiring the use time of the air conditioner filter screen through a time sensor arranged on the air conditioner, and if the use time of the air conditioner filter screen reaches the replacement time, reminding a user to replace the air conditioner filter screen in time; in addition, the disassembly times of the air conditioner filter screen can be obtained through the contact sensor arranged on the air conditioner, and if the disassembly times of the air conditioner filter screen reach the set replacement times, the user is timely reminded of replacing the air conditioner filter screen.
When determining whether the air conditioner filter screen needs to be cleaned, the time sensor arranged on the air conditioner can also be used for acquiring the use time of the air conditioner filter screen, and if the use time of the air conditioner filter screen reaches the cleaning time, a user is timely reminded of cleaning the air conditioner filter screen; in addition, the photosensitive change rate of the air conditioner filter screen can be obtained through the photosensitive sensor arranged on the air conditioner, and if the obtained photosensitive change rate is larger than a set threshold value, a user is timely reminded of cleaning the air conditioner filter screen.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the step S100 includes:
Step S101, when the air conditioner is in the heating state or the refrigerating state, acquiring preset parameters;
Step S102, controlling a control system of the air conditioner according to the preset parameters, and creating and starting the filter screen information acquisition mode.
In this embodiment, a user may input a corresponding control instruction to the air conditioner through a button on the remote controller of the air conditioner, so as to control the air conditioner to enter different use states; when a user inputs a refrigerating control instruction, the air conditioner enters a refrigerating state; when a user inputs a heating control instruction, the air conditioner enters a heating state; namely, determining whether the air conditioner is in a heating state or a refrigerating state according to a control instruction input by a user in the air conditioner remote controller; when the air conditioner is in a heating state or a refrigerating state, the air conditioner can acquire preset parameters; the preset parameters are control parameters which are preset in the air conditioner and used for controlling the air conditioner sensor, path parameters which are preset in the air conditioner and used for storing sensor data, and the like; specifically, the preset parameters include an on sensor, an off sensor, a sensor data storage path, etc., for example: and starting a time sensor arranged on the air conditioner and a storage path after the time sensor collects data.
After the preset parameters are acquired, the air conditioner controls a control system of the air conditioner according to the preset parameters, so that a filter screen information acquisition mode is established and started, namely, the filter screen information acquisition mode is established and started through the preset parameters; for example: after the air conditioner acquires the preset parameters, an air conditioner control system is started, then a current state information acquisition mode is established through the air conditioner control system, namely, a filter screen information acquisition mode is established, and further, a corresponding information acquisition module is started through the air conditioner control system, namely, the acquired preset parameters are utilized to drive a circuit module corresponding to an air conditioner sensor (for example, a time sensor) so as to start the corresponding air conditioner sensor.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the filter screen maintenance method includes the steps of:
step 200, acquiring state information of the filter screen according to the filter screen information acquisition mode, and judging whether the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the state information of the filter screen.
In this embodiment, after the filter screen information acquisition mode is created and started, the air conditioner acquires the state information of the filter screen according to the filter screen information acquisition mode; i.e. data is collected in real time by means of a plurality of sensors arranged on the air conditioner, for example: acquiring the using time of the filter screen through a time sensor of the air conditioner; after the state information of the filter screen is acquired, the air conditioner judges whether the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the acquired state information of the filter screen; for example, the usage time of the filter screen acquired by the time sensor is used for judging whether the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, in step S200, the state information of the filter screen is acquired according to the filter screen information acquisition mode, including the steps of:
step S201, when the filter screen information acquisition mode is started, acquiring the using time length of the filter screen through a time sensor of the air conditioner, and storing the using time length in a first storage of the air conditioner;
Step S202, acquiring the loading and unloading times of the filter screen through a contact sensor of the air conditioner, acquiring a corresponding triggering times value according to a preset algorithm, and storing the triggering times value in a second storage of the air conditioner;
Step 203, acquiring an average photosensitive index value of the filter screen in a preset time period through a photosensitive sensor of the air conditioner, acquiring a photosensitive change rate according to the average photosensitive index value, and storing the photosensitive change rate in a third storage of the air conditioner.
When the air conditioner starts the filter screen information acquisition mode, the air conditioner acquires the using time of the filter screen through the time sensor and stores the using time in a first storage of the air conditioner; meanwhile, the air conditioner also obtains the loading and unloading times of the filter screen through the contact sensor, obtains a corresponding triggering times value according to a preset algorithm, and stores the triggering times value in a second storage of the air conditioner; the preset algorithm is as follows: the trigger number = 1/2 of the loading and unloading times, i.e. the trigger number is half of the loading and unloading times.
The air conditioner can acquire the average photosensitive index value of the filter screen in a preset time period through the photosensitive sensor while acquiring the loading and unloading times, acquire the photosensitive change rate according to the average photosensitive index value, and store the photosensitive change rate in a third storage of the air conditioner; the preset time period can be one month or two months, and the average sensitization index value is the average sensitization index value of each month in one month or two months; obtaining an average photosensitive index value of each month, and obtaining a photosensitive change rate by comparing the average photosensitive index values of the front and rear preset time periods; for example, the preset time period is one month, and the photosensitive change rate of the two months before and after is obtained by comparing the average photosensitive index values of the two months before and after.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in step S200, it is determined whether the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the status information of the filter screen, including the following steps:
Step S211, acquiring the usage time length from the first storage, and judging whether the usage time length exceeds a first preset time length;
step S212, when the using time length exceeds the first preset time length, judging that the filter screen needs to be replaced, and pushing filter screen replacement information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner;
Step S213, judging whether the using time length exceeds a second preset time length when the using time length does not exceed the first preset time length;
and step S214, when the using time exceeds the second preset time, judging that the filter screen needs to be cleaned, and pushing filter screen cleaning information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, when determining whether the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned, the determination may be performed in the following three manners, where the following three manners may be performed simultaneously.
First kind: acquiring the using time length from a first storage of the air conditioner, and judging whether the using time length exceeds a first preset time length; if the using time length exceeds the first preset time length, judging that the filter screen needs to be replaced, and pushing filter screen replacement information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner; if the using time length does not exceed the first preset time length, further judging whether the using time length exceeds the second preset time length or not; if the using time length exceeds the second preset time length, judging that the filter screen needs to be cleaned, and pushing filter screen cleaning information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner; the data stored in the first storage are data acquired through the time sensor, the first preset time length and the second preset time length are time lengths set by a user in the air conditioner, and the first preset time length is longer than the second preset time length.
Illustrating; when the filter screen is installed and used for a long time of more than one year, sending/pushing a signal for replacing the filter screen to a display end of the air conditioner, and storing the signal into a fourth storage of the air conditioner; when the filter screen is installed and used for a period of time less than one year, further judging whether the use period of time of the filter screen is more than three months; when the filter screen is used for a period of time longer than three months, a signal for cleaning the filter screen is sent/pushed to the display end of the air conditioner, and the signal is stored in a fifth storage of the air conditioner.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in step S200, it is determined whether the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the status information of the filter screen, and the method further includes the following steps:
Step S221, acquiring the triggering time value from the second storage, and judging whether the triggering time value exceeds a preset time or not;
Step S222, when the triggering number exceeds the preset number, judging that the filter screen needs to be replaced, and pushing filter screen replacement information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner;
and S223, resetting the stored data in the second storage.
Second kind: acquiring a triggering time value from a second storage of the air conditioner, and judging whether the triggering time value exceeds a preset time or not; if the triggering number exceeds the preset number, judging that the filter screen needs to be replaced, and pushing filter screen replacement information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner; the preset times are times set by a user in the air conditioner.
The air conditioner obtains the number of times of the filter screen installation triggering value in the second storage through the control system, and when the number of times of the filter screen installation triggering value is greater than 4 times, the air conditioner sends/pushes a signal for replacing the filter screen to the display end of the air conditioner, and stores the signal into the fourth storage of the air conditioner; meanwhile, the air conditioner acquires the filter screen installation trigger value time stored in the second storage through the control system, clears the current air conditioner service time, and stores the acquired filter screen installation trigger value time into a fifth storage of the air conditioner.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, in step S200, it is determined whether the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the status information of the filter screen, and the method further includes the following steps:
Step S231, acquiring the photosensitive change rate from the third storage, and judging whether the photosensitive change rate is greater than a preset threshold;
And step 232, when the photosensitive change rate is greater than the preset threshold value, judging that the filter screen needs to be cleaned, and pushing filter screen cleaning information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner.
Third kind: acquiring a photosensitive change rate from a third storage of the air conditioner, and judging whether the photosensitive change rate is greater than a preset threshold value; when the photosensitive change rate is greater than a preset threshold value, judging that the filter screen needs to be cleaned, and pushing filter screen cleaning information to a display end of the air conditioner through a control system of the air conditioner; the preset threshold is an empirical value set by a user in the air conditioner and used for judging the photosensitive change rate, for example: the preset threshold is 10%.
For example, the air conditioner obtains the photosensitive change rate in the third storage through the control system, and when the photosensitive change rate of the filter screen is larger than a preset threshold value, a signal for cleaning the filter screen is sent/pushed to the display end of the air conditioner, and the signal is stored in the fourth storage.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the filter screen maintenance method includes the steps of:
and step S300, reminding the filter screen to be replaced according to the judging result, or reminding the filter screen to be cleaned according to the judging result.
In this embodiment, after determining the data acquired by each sensor in the air conditioner, the air conditioner acquires information from the fourth and fifth storages, that is, acquires signals stored in the fourth and fifth storages; then, according to the acquired information, a corresponding prompt is sent to a display end of the air conditioner so as to display prompt information through the display end of the air conditioner, and a user can determine whether the filter screen passing through needs to be replaced or cleaned through the display end; meanwhile, the air conditioner also carries out corresponding warning through a buzzer, for example: the user is reminded of replacing the filter screen or cleaning the filter screen with different frequencies.
Under the condition that the air conditioner establishes wireless connection (such as Bluetooth connection, WLAN connection and 4G/5G connection) with the mobile terminal, the air conditioner can also send corresponding reminding information to the mobile terminal so as to remind a user to replace or clean the filter screen in time through the mobile terminal.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the step S300 includes the steps of:
Step 301, when the display end of the air conditioner receives the filter screen replacement information, displaying the filter screen replacement information through the display end of the air conditioner so as to remind of replacing the filter screen;
and step S302, when the display end of the air conditioner receives the filter screen cleaning information, displaying the filter screen cleaning information through the display end of the air conditioner so as to remind the user to clean the filter screen.
In an embodiment, according to the information stored in the fourth storage and the fifth storage, the air conditioner can perform corresponding reminding; when the display end of the air conditioner receives the filter screen replacement information, the display end of the air conditioner displays the filter screen replacement information so as to remind the user to replace the filter screen; when the display end of the air conditioner receives the filter screen cleaning information, the display end of the air conditioner displays the filter screen cleaning information so as to remind the user to clean the filter screen; when the display end of the air conditioner displays reminding filter screen replacement information or filter screen cleaning information, the air conditioner also displays a preset solution for a user to refer to, wherein the solution is set by a manufacturer for the user and aims at replacing the filter screen or cleaning the filter screen; after the user performs the operation of replacing the filter screen or cleaning the filter screen, the air conditioner detects the disassembly state of the filter screen through a contact sensor arranged at the filter screen; after detecting the change of the disassembly state of the air conditioner filter screen, the air conditioner eliminates the reminding for the user.
Therefore, the invention can remind the user to replace or clean the filter screen of the air conditioner in time by acquiring the state information of the filter screen of the air conditioner and judging whether the filter screen of the air conditioner needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the acquired state information.
