Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to environment-friendly fragrant ink and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fine chemical engineering.
Background
Inks are generally composed of three components: solvent, color developing agent and binder. Wherein, the solvent influences the penetration and halation of the ink, the color developing agent controls the color development of the ink, and the binding agent is concerned about the fluency and the layering sense of the ink. At present, inks can be broadly classified into two major categories by the difference of color development modes: dye inks and pigment inks. The dye ink is prepared by dyeing solvent with dye, generally water as solvent, and then adding binder to obtain the required consistency. The dye ink is a homogeneous solution that does not precipitate or cake without deterioration.
Most of the ink used by pens is dye ink. Reactive dyes are one of the more widely used dyes at present. The active dye has the main advantages of complete color spectrum, bright color and high color intensity; the ink has the advantages of excellent water solubility, convenient ink preparation, low cost, easy preparation of high-concentration ink, good ink stability and difficult blockage of a nozzle. Plant pigments include fat-soluble chloroplast pigments, which are present in chloroplasts and are involved in photosynthesis, and water-soluble cytosolic pigments, such as chlorophyll; the latter is present in the vacuole and is related to the color of the flower, such as anthocyanins flavonoids. Theoretically, all other colors can be called out only by the three primary colors of red, green and blue, but the dye components for the current commercial ink brands are disordered, and even some dyes with carcinogenic possibility are used as ink base materials, so the environment-friendly ink material gradually becomes a new concern.
In order to increase the interest of writing, there is also a mixed type ink in which gold powder, fragrance, etc. are added to the ink. Fragrant inks are inks that add a pleasant odor to the ink and can be broadly classified into two types, scented inks and flavored inks. The aroma ink has a similar odor to floral perfume, and the flavor/taste ink can simulate the taste of cooking spice, coffee, chocolate, vanilla or wine. The fragrant ink in the prior art has the problems of short fragrance retention time, single taste type and no abundant layering sense in the using process, and meanwhile, most of fragrance is formed by essence, and carcinogenic risk exists in poor essence raw materials. The high-concentration essence can affect the solubility of the dye and the pen to a certain extent, and has the defects of poor light resistance and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the environment-friendly fragrant ink which has good color rendering property, smooth writing, difficult color change and good color fixation property under illumination, no precipitation, color fading and other conditions, uses environment-friendly materials, does not contain harmful substances, and is not harmful to human bodies when being directly contacted; the pH value of the ink is neutral, and the ink is particularly suitable for pens, has no damage to the pen point and an ink sac of the pen, and is smooth to write.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the environment-friendly fragrant ink.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is provided.
The environment-friendly fragrant ink comprises the following raw material formula components in parts by weight:
wherein the food grade pigment powder is a commercially available food grade pigment powder, and more than one food grade pigment powder can be selected according to the color matching requirement, such as more than one of orange pigment, chrysanthemum yellow, bixin, grape skin red and beet red.
The natural food-grade essence is commercially available, and more than one natural food-grade essence can be selected according to the requirement of fragrance, such as more than one of grapefruit, bergamot, jasmine, green tea and lily of the valley.
Preferably, the water is water having a purity of distilled water or higher.
The invention relates to a preparation method of environment-friendly fragrant ink, which comprises the following steps:
adding food-grade pigment powder, polyvinyl alcohol, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 1, 2-propylene glycol, sorbitol, propylene glycol and water into a reaction bottle, uniformly stirring to obtain a primary solution, standing for more than 2 minutes, adding natural food-grade essence and sodium citrate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the environment-friendly fragrant ink, wherein the pH value of the ink is neutral.
Advantageous effects
1. The invention provides environment-friendly fragrant ink which is stable in fragrance, free of harmful substances to human bodies, free of harm to human bodies when in contact, environment-friendly, free of pollution, good in color rendering property, smooth in writing, not prone to discoloring when being illuminated, good in color fixation, free of precipitation, fading and the like.
2. The invention provides environment-friendly fragrant ink which forms different color formulas through specific raw material formula components and contents. Generally, different color formulas and different pH values exist, for example, blue ink generally has a pH value which is alkaline, while red ink generally has an acid-base value which is acidic, and whether the acid-base value is acidic or alkaline, the pen point and internal components can be corroded, and the later addition of an acid-base regulator can influence the color development and chromatographic effect of the ink, so that the ideal color development cannot be achieved. The ink is prepared by reasonably matching and combining the raw material formula aiming at the two requirements of color development effect and pen point protection, so that the pH value of the ink prepared according to the raw material formula is directly neutral, and the adjustment is not required to be carried out by adopting an acid-base regulator. The ink is suitable for common pens with tips which are not golden tips, and can not corrode pen tips and internal components after long-term use.
3. The invention provides environment-friendly fragrant ink, which adopts octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in the raw material formula, improves the solubility of essence and pigment, and can effectively avoid the pen point blockage; the antibacterial and antiseptic effects are achieved; the stability of the essence is improved by using sorbitol and sodium citrate, so that the odor is volatilized for a long time and is more stable; the 1.2-propylene glycol is used for humidifying, the sorbitol and the polyvinyl alcohol are used for moisturizing, the propylene glycol is used for lubricating, the smooth feeling of writing of a pen is improved, and meanwhile the drying speed of the ink is high during writing due to a reasonable formula.
4. The invention provides a preparation method of environment-friendly fragrant ink, which is simple and easy to operate, the environment-friendly fragrant ink can be obtained, the fragrance of the ink is stable, no harmful substance is contained in the ink, no harm is caused to human bodies when the human bodies are in contact with the ink, the ink is environment-friendly and pollution-free, the color rendering property of the ink is good, the writing is smooth, the color is not easy to change when the ink is illuminated, the color fixing property is good, and the situations of precipitation, fading and the like do not exist; the pH value of the prepared ink is directly neutral, the later adjustment of the pH value of the ink is not needed, and the ink is particularly suitable for pens, can not corrode the pens after being used for a long time, has no damage to the pen point and an ink sac of the pens, and is smooth to write.
