The folding type belt storage device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the storage function of the conveying belt 30 is met, meanwhile, the whole length of the belt storage device is shortened, so that the whole shortest laying length of the belt conveyor provided with the belt storage device is shortened, the transportation requirement when a roadway is short in the early tunneling stage can be met, a scraper conveyor is not needed, the condition that the belt conveyor is laid after the scraper conveyor is manually dismantled is avoided, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the occupied space of the folded belt storage device is small, and the belt storage device is convenient to transport in the roadway.
In some embodiments, the foldable towing rack 20 includes a plurality of supporting frames 21, a folding assembly 22 and a universal wheel 23, the plurality of supporting frames 21 are arranged at intervals between the fixed belt steering assembly and the moving belt steering assembly, adjacent supporting frames 21 are connected by the folding assembly 22, the folding assembly 22 is foldable and unfoldable, when the folding assembly 22 is folded, two adjacent supporting frames 21 are close to each other, when the folding assembly 22 is unfolded, two adjacent supporting frames 21 are far away from each other, and the universal wheel 23 is arranged at the bottom of the supporting frame 21, so that the supporting frames 21 can move in the roadway.

A belt conveyor comprising a conveyor belt, a nose section, a body section, a tail section and a folding storage device according to any one of claims 1-8, the conveyor belt passing around the folding storage device, the nose section, the body section and the tail section in sequence and being connected end to form a closed loop.
10. The belt conveyor of claim 9, wherein the tail section is a self-moving tail.
