the visual detector can shoot and read outside guideboard information, and the visual detector can feed the outside guideboard information back to the main controller;
when the speed of the vehicle body is greater than fifteen percent of the highest speed limit specified in the outside guideboard information, the main controller controls the clasping assembly (8) to finely adjust the position of the seat (3) on the front and rear guide rails (2) and to slightly move the seat backwards;
when the speed of the vehicle body is less than fifteen percent of the lowest speed limit specified in the outside guideboard information, the main controller controls the clasping assembly (8) to finely adjust the position of the seat (3) on the front and rear guide rails (2) and to slightly move the seat forwards.
