s5, when the cutting device 22 is cutting concrete, the piston rod of the side hydraulic rod 32 stops extending outwards, the piston rod of the middle hydraulic rod 31 continues extending upwards to drive the two middle turning plates 33 to move upwards, at the moment, the two middle turning plates 33 rotate towards two sides around the hinged position of the hinge blocks 38, the rotating middle turning plates 33 drive one end of the side turning plates 34 to move upwards, the sliding block 39 rotates at one end of the piston rod of the side hydraulic rod 32, the sliding block 39 slides in the sliding rail 341, an inclined included angle is formed between the middle turning plates 33 and the side turning plates 34, and concrete blocks placed on the middle turning plates 33 and the side turning plates 34 are separated from each other.
