The invention discloses a movable lifting type filter for industrial cooling liquid and a working method thereof, wherein the movable lifting type filter comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a pressurizing rod, a pressure unloading rod, a handle, a water pump, an iron cylinder, a nylon upper cylinder, a nylon lower cylinder, a filter base, a sedimentation tank, a garbage box, a movable plate and a fixed bottom plate; the water inlet pipe connecting hose is arranged in the cooling liquid water tank, and water is filled into the water inlet; the water pump presses the buckling switch, pumps up the cooling liquid to pressurize, and then enters the nylon upper cylinder through the water outlet pipe, and then flows into the nylon lower cylinder; the inside of the nylon lower cylinder body is conical, the cooling liquid rotates on the conical surface to generate centrifugal force, and clean cooling liquid flows from the water outlet of the iron cylinder body to the cooling liquid clean water tank; the lower end of the nylon lower cylinder is connected with a ceramic joint, particles with specific gravity greater than that of the cooling liquid are discharged from the ceramic joint and enter a precipitation box to be precipitated, and are collected in a garbage box. the sedimentation tank is arranged on the upper surface of the movable plate, and the filter base is arranged on the sedimentation tank; the nylon lower cylinder is arranged on the filter base, the nylon upper cylinder is arranged on the nylon lower cylinder, and the iron cylinder is arranged on the nylon upper cylinder; the water pump is arranged on the movable plate, and the water outlet pipe of the water pump is communicated with the water inlet of the filter; the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the movable plate and arranged at the bottom of the fixed bottom plate and used for lifting and lowering the filter; the side surface of the fixed bottom plate is provided with a handle, a pressurizing rod and a pressure relief rod, and the pressurizing rod and the pressure relief rod are connected with a hydraulic cylinder; the garbage box is positioned below the slag discharging opening of the sedimentation box and is placed on the support of the movable plate.

step 5, the lower end of the nylon lower cylinder is connected with a ceramic joint, and scrap iron, grinding wheel ash particles and a small amount of cooling liquid with the specific gravity larger than that of the cooling liquid are discharged from the ceramic joint and enter a precipitation tank for precipitation;
step 6, overflow ports are arranged in the sedimentation tank, and a small amount of cooling liquid is overflowed back to the cooling liquid tank to prevent the sedimentation tank from overflowing;
and 7, collecting scrap iron and grinding wheel ash deposited at the bottom of the depositing box in the garbage box.

the sedimentation tank 19 is arranged on the upper surface of the movable plate 22, and the filter base 18 is arranged on the sedimentation tank 19; the nylon lower cylinder 16 is arranged on the filter base 18, the nylon upper cylinder 15 is arranged on the nylon lower cylinder 16, and the iron cylinder 14 is arranged on the nylon upper cylinder 15; the water pump 8 is arranged on the movable plate 22, and a water outlet pipe of the water pump is communicated with the water inlet 12 of the filter; the hydraulic cylinder 1 is connected with the movable plate 22 and arranged at the bottom of the fixed bottom plate 23 and used for lifting and lowering the filter; the side surface of the fixed bottom plate 23 is provided with a handle 5, a pressurizing rod 3 and a pressure relief rod 4, and the pressurizing rod 3 and the pressure relief rod 4 are connected with the hydraulic cylinder 1; the garbage box 21 is positioned below the slag discharging opening of the settling tank 19 and is placed on the bracket of the movable plate 22.

step 5, the lower end of the nylon lower cylinder 16 is connected with a ceramic joint 17, and scrap iron, grinding wheel ash particles and a small amount of cooling liquid with the specific gravity larger than that of the cooling liquid are discharged from the ceramic joint 17 and enter a precipitation box 19 for precipitation;
