When the height adjusting mechanism 5 works, the third motor 501 drives the second lead screw 504 to rotate, and after the second lead screw 504 rotates, the movable hollow column 503 is driven to move along the second lead screw 504, so that the height of the pushing mechanism 6 can be adjusted.
The pushing mechanism 6 comprises a cylinder 601 connected to the upper end of the movable hollow column 503, a pushing pipeline 602 connected to a shell at one end of the cylinder 601, a pushing channel 603 arranged in the pushing pipeline 602, and a pushing block 604 connected to the output end of the cylinder 601, the pushing block 604 is arranged in the pushing channel 603, and the material storing mechanism 7 is connected to the upper end of the pushing pipeline 602.
The material storing mechanism 7 comprises a material storing pipe 701 connected to the pushing pipeline 602, a material storing groove 702 arranged in the material storing pipe 701, and a material discharging groove 703 arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the material storing groove 702, wherein the material discharging groove 703 is communicated with the pushing channel 603.
The pushing mechanism 6 and the storage mechanism 7 are used in cooperation, the fastener in the storage mechanism 7 enters the pushing channel 603 in the pushing pipeline 602 from the blanking slot 703, the fastener is in a stable state in the pushing channel 603 because the pushing channel 603 and the fastener are matched in structure, then the air cylinder 601 is controlled to push the pushing block to push the fastener out of the pushing channel until the fastener enters the fastener positioning hole 301 on the positioning plate 3, then the fastener retracts, another fastener falls from the blanking slot 703, and the steps are repeated to push the fastener into another fastener positioning hole 301 on the positioning plate 3.
A plurality of fastener positioning holes 301 are formed in one side wall of the positioning plate 3, a plurality of through holes 302 matched with the fastener positioning holes 301 are formed in the other side wall of the positioning plate 3, and the plurality of through holes 302 are communicated with the corresponding fastener positioning holes 301.
The fastener processing equipment comprises the fastener positioning device and further comprises a tapping machine arranged at the processing window 210.
The positioning plate 3 filled with the fasteners to be processed gradually moves to the processing window 210 along with the transmission of the conveying mechanism 2, the nuts can be processed conveniently through the through holes 302 on the reverse side of the positioning plate 3, the whole process is convenient, and the precision is higher.
