The working process of the invention is as follows, when the steel pipe 7 with the bending recess needs to be corrected and repaired, firstly, the bending part of the steel pipe 7 to be processed is placed at the position over the center of the circle of the operation disc 2, and the steel pipe 7 is kept parallel to the upper end surface of the operation disc 2, the correcting device 5 is extended into the steel pipe 7 by rotating the first rotating sleeve 42 and is close to the bending part of the steel pipe 7 along the radial direction of the operation disc 2, the inner side wall of the steel pipe 7 is tightly pressed by the correcting device 5, the two correcting devices 5 respectively clamp the operation disc 2 and the correcting gear 3, the correcting gear 3 drives one correcting device 5 to rotate by the force application gear 44 and the force application mechanism 45, the correction of the bent steel pipe 7 is realized under the combined action of the two correcting devices 5, meanwhile, the auxiliary disc 221 is attached to the steel pipe 7 and is positioned at one side of the moving device 4 fixed with the operation disc 2 by rotating the auxiliary disc 221 and the third bolt 223, meanwhile, the auxiliary disc 221 is locked on the operation disc 2 through the fourth bolt 224, so that secondary bending is avoided in the process of correcting the steel pipe 7, after the steel pipe 7 is straightened, the straightened steel pipe 7 is fixed through the clamping mechanism 61 in the repairing device 6, the side wall of the steel pipe 7 is extruded through the rolling mechanism 62, the recess on the side wall of the steel pipe 7 is flattened, and the recess on the steel pipe 7 is flattened.

force application mechanism (45) includes ring cover (451), central ratchet (452), block pole (453) and first spring lever (454), central ratchet (452) coaxial rotation is connected the lower extreme of application of force gear (44), ring cover (451) are fixed the lower extreme of application of force gear (44) and with application of force gear (44) coaxial axle and cover are established the outside of central ratchet (452), the edge circumference of central ratchet (452) has evenly seted up the one side and has been the straight flank, and the one side is the block groove of oblique flank, the straight flank in block groove is supported by block pole (453), the other end of block pole (453) with application of force gear (44) rotate to be connected, just block pole (453) with first spring lever (454) of fixedly connected with between ring cover (451), the lower extreme fixedly connected with member portion (455) of central ratchet (452), an applying rod (456) is inserted into the rod mounting part (455) in the horizontal direction;
