The pressure detecting member 81 is preferably a pressure gauge, and the temperature detecting member 82 is preferably a temperature gauge, so that the pressure and temperature values in the sealed cavity can be conveniently read.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the negative pressure drug carrying device further includes a first switch 91, a second switch 92, and a third switch 93 disposed on the outer side wall of the case 10. The first switch 91 is connected to the heating tube for controlling the heating tube to be turned on or off. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the case body 10 and the medicine carrying case 20 are made of transparent materials. The box body 10 and the medicine carrying box 20 made of transparent materials are convenient for observing the medicine infiltration condition of the prosthesis with the medicine carrying container 2. The above-described drug-containing cartridge 20 is a sterile disposable product. In order that the vacuum pump 30 is rapidly communicated with the cabinet 10, the sidewall of the cabinet 10 is detachably connected with the vacuum pump 30 by the first inserting and pulling structure. In order to facilitate quick replacement of the drug carrying box 20 in the box body 10, the side wall of the drug carrying box 20 is detachably connected with the drug pushing device 40 through a second plug structure. The box body 10 and the medicine carrying box 20 are both preferably made of medical PC polycarbonate materials, and the first plugging structure and the second plugging structure are both preferably luer connectors. In the present embodiment, the vacuum pump 30 is connected to the first plug structure through a vacuum line.
Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the figure, the box and the medicine carrying box are both made of transparent materials, or the medicine carrying box is detachably connected in the box through a screw connection structure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the medicine pushing device 40 includes a cylinder 41 and a piston rod 42 movably disposed on the cylinder 41. The cylinder body 41 comprises a first cavity and a second cavity, the rod body of the piston rod 42 extends out of the cylinder body 41 from the first cavity, and the second cavity is communicated with the medicine carrying box 20 and forms a medicine filling space. Thus, the piston of the piston rod 42 sucks the medicine into the medicine filling space by sliding the rod body of the piston rod 42, and the piston of the piston rod 42 slowly pushes the rod body of the piston rod 42 from the first chamber to the second chamber, so that the medicine is slowly pushed into the medicine carrying box 20 by the piston of the piston rod 42. The medicine filling space can be operated in real time according to the actual clinical use requirements of patients in operation, and the medicine types such as anti-infective medicines, bone-promoting medicines, osteoporosis-treating medicines or anti-tumor medicines can be filled according to the needs. The anti-infective drugs include but are not limited to gentamicin, vancomycin, meropenem and voriconazole. Such bone-promoting agents include, but are not limited to, bisphosphonates, paramedians, fluorides, growth hormones. The anti-osteoporosis drugs include, but are not limited to, teriparatide, salmon calcitonin, raloxifene, zoledronic acid. The anti-tumor drugs include but are not limited to alkylating agents and nitrogen mustards, platinum compounds, mitomycin, dihydrofolate reductase inhibitors, actinomycin D, paclitaxel and docetaxel.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in order to make the piston of the piston rod 42 slide more smoothly in the cylinder 41, the piston of the piston rod 42 faces the second chamber, and the surface of the piston rod 42 facing the second chamber is a tapered surface.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second chamber is communicated with the medicine carrying box 20 through a communication pipeline 21, and a valve is arranged on the communication pipeline 21. Communicating pipe 21 passes through second plug structure detachably and is connected with the lateral wall of medicine carrying box 20, and second cavity and medicine carrying box 20 intercommunication when opening the valve can hold the medicine in the space of filling in through communicating pipe 21. a case (10);
the medicine carrying box (20) is arranged in the box body (10), a prosthesis with a medicine carrying container (2) is placed in the medicine carrying box (20) in a removable mode, the top of the medicine carrying box (20) is provided with an opening, the medicine carrying container (2) is provided with a plurality of overflowing holes, and medicines are filled into a cavity of the medicine carrying container (2) through a negative-pressure medicine carrying device;
a vacuum pump (30) communicated with the inner cavity of the box body (10);
the medicine pushing device (40) is arranged in the box body (10) and communicated with the inner cavity of the medicine carrying box (20);
the box cover (50) is arranged at the box opening of the box body (10) in a covering mode and can be opened and closed, so that a closed cavity is formed between the box cover and the box body (10);
the negative pressure medicine carrying device further comprises a partition plate (60), the partition plate (60) divides the inner cavity of the box body (10) to form a first compartment and a second compartment, the first compartment and the second compartment are communicated with each other, the medicine pushing device (40) and the medicine carrying box (20) are both arranged in the first compartment, the first compartment is communicated with the medicine carrying box (20), and the vacuum pump (30) is communicated with the second compartment;
the medicine carrying box (20) comprises a bottom wall and a side wall arranged around the edge of the bottom wall in a surrounding mode, the top of the side wall surrounds the opening, and the bottom of the side wall is blocked by the bottom wall; the partition plate (60) is horizontally arranged, the first compartment is positioned above the second compartment, a plurality of communication holes (61) are formed in the partition plate (60), the communication holes (61) are respectively positioned on two sides of the medicine carrying box (20), and the medicine pushing device (40) is positioned between the communication holes (61);
the negative pressure medicine carrying device further comprises a disinfection device (80) arranged in the second compartment, and the disinfection device (80) comprises a heating pipe.
2. The negative pressure drug carrier device according to claim 1, wherein a sealing structure (70) is provided between the case cover (50) and the case mouth of the case body (10).

The negative-pressure drug carrying device according to claim 1, wherein a pressure detection piece (81) and a temperature detection piece (82) are arranged on the outer side wall of the box body (10), the detection end of the pressure detection piece (81) extends into the box body (10), and the detection end of the temperature detection piece (82) extends into the box body (10).

The negative-pressure drug carrying device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the box body (10) and the drug carrying box (20) are both made of transparent materials, and/or a side wall of the box body (10) is detachably connected with the vacuum pump (30) through a first plugging structure, and a side wall of the drug carrying box (20) is detachably connected with the drug pushing device (40) through a second plugging structure.

The negative pressure drug carrying device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the drug pushing device (40) comprises a cylinder (41) and a piston rod (42) movably disposed on the cylinder (41), the cylinder (41) comprises a first chamber and a second chamber, a rod body of the piston rod (42) extends out of the cylinder (41) from the first chamber, and the second chamber is communicated with the drug carrying box (20) and forms a drug filling space.
6. The negative pressure drug carrier according to claim 5, characterized in that the piston of the piston rod (42) faces the second chamber, and the surface of the piston rod (42) facing the second chamber is conical.
7. The negative pressure drug loading device according to claim 5, wherein the second chamber is communicated with the drug loading box (20) through a communication pipeline (21), and a valve is arranged on the communication pipeline (21).
