To control the extension height of the lifter, we can provide a normally open position switch at the end of the butt-strap and associate the position switch with the oil motor. When the lifting rod stretches and the butt joint strip abuts against the sliding rail from the lower side, the position switch is started, and therefore the oil motor is stopped through the controller.
Further, the movable base is disc-shaped, a positioning rod 41 capable of lifting is vertically arranged in the center of the lower side of the movable base, a positioning disc 411 is arranged at the lower end of the positioning rod, and the positioning rod is associated with a controller of the control part. In addition, 3-4 wheels 43 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction at the lower side edge of the movable base, one of the wheels is a driving wheel with an in-wheel motor, the other is a follow-up universal wheel, and the driving wheel comprises a fork rotationally connected with the movable base and a steering mechanism for driving the fork to rotate.
When the patient needs to walk and the movable base needs to move, the controller enables the hub motor to operate, so that the driving wheel is driven to rotate, and the movable base is enabled to move forwards or backwards. Of course, the positioning rod is in a contracted state, and the positioning disc at the lower end of the positioning rod is separated from the bottom surface. Meanwhile, the rotation of the wheel fork can be controlled through the rotating mechanism, so that the moving direction of the driving wheel and the moving base can be controlled; when the movable base needs to stop positioning, the controller stops the hub motor and the driving wheel on one hand, and enables the positioning rod to extend downwards on the other hand, and then enables the positioning disc to contact the ground for positioning.
It will be appreciated that when the drive wheel is operated to move the mobile base, the remaining universal wheels will automatically adjust direction. That is, the direction of the moving base can be conveniently controlled by controlling the direction of one driving wheel through the steering mechanism.
Preferably, the positioning disc is rotatably connected with the positioning rod, so that when the movable base needs to turn around or even turn around at a large angle, the movable base can be stopped to move, then the center of the movable base is positioned through the positioning rod, then the movable base can be rotated in situ by a required angle through the driving wheel, the positioning rod is retracted, and the driving wheel is restarted, so that the movable base can move forwards.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, a motor 44 may be fixed on the movable base, the output shaft of the motor is connected with the positioning rod, and a threaded sleeve 45 connected with the positioning rod in a threaded manner is arranged on the movable base. When the motor is running, the positioning rod can extend downwards or retract upwards. When the positioning rod extends downwards to the position where the positioning disc abuts against the ground to be positioned, the motor continues to rotate, the positioning disc cannot continue to rotate at the moment, and the movable base and the motor generate rotation relative to the positioning rod and the positioning disc, so that the in-situ steering of the movable base is realized. Of course, the positioning disc and the positioning rod are fixedly connected, and the output shaft of the motor and the positioning rod can be inserted through a spline or a regular hexagon jack and a bolt, so that the positioning rod moves relative to the output shaft.
In order to facilitate the turning of the movable base, as shown in fig. 8, the turning mechanism comprises a turning motor 6 and a toggle rod 61, wherein the toggle rod comprises an inner rod 611 which is in cross connection with a fork 431 and an outer rod 612 which is sleeved on the inner rod, a motor shaft of the turning motor is connected with a screw rod 62, a driving sleeve 63 is in threaded connection with the screw rod, and the middle part of the outer rod is hinged with the middle part of the driving sleeve. When the steering motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the driving sleeve moves along the axial direction, and then drives the outer rod to rotate, so that the wheel fork rotates, and the outer rod moves axially relative to the inner rod at the moment to automatically adjust the length of the toggle rod.
When the movable base is required to turn, the steering motor can be started to drive the screw rod to rotate, so that the driving sleeve axially moves, and the steering rod drives the wheel fork and the driving wheel to rotate to change the direction. It can be appreciated that when the toggle rod rotates, the movement of the hinge point of the toggle rod and the driving sleeve is arc-shaped. Therefore, the invention enables the poke rod to comprise the inner rod and the outer rod which can move relatively, thereby avoiding the poke rod from interfering with the driving sleeve. In addition, because the driving sleeve is hinged with the poking rod, the driving sleeve can not rotate along with the screw rod, so that the driving sleeve can be ensured to move forwards and backwards. Of course, we can provide bearing blocks on the mobile base to support both ends of the screw. Of course, the steering motor may employ a stepping motor to precisely control the rotation direction thereof.
It will be appreciated that in the steering mechanism described above, the steering motor does not directly drive the fork to rotate, and therefore the power of the steering motor can be reduced.
Because the wheel fork is in a vertical state, the poking rod is in a horizontal state, so that the poking rod and the wheel fork are in cross connection. Furthermore, the above solution does not allow the fork and the drive wheel to be turned in situ more than 180 °. Therefore, if the driving wheel needs to rotate more than 180 degrees in situ to realize the in situ steering of the movable base, the vertical motor shaft of the steering motor formed by the stepping motor can be directly connected with the wheel fork, or the vertical motor shaft of the steering motor formed by the stepping motor can be in transmission connection with the wheel fork through the gear transmission mechanism.
