2. The portable infusion device according to claim 1, wherein a support bar (17) is horizontally arranged on one side of the bottom end of the first support (1), a connecting sleeve (13) is sleeved on the support bar (17), and the connecting sleeve (13) is arranged on the transmission rod (12).

6. The portable infusion device according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the projection (10) is greater than the depth of the limiting hole (3).
7. The portable infusion device according to claim 1, wherein the first holder (1) is provided with an annular groove (9) on the outer periphery of the bottom end thereof, and the rotating sleeve (2) is disposed inside the annular groove (9).
8. The portable infusion device according to claim 1, wherein the rotating sleeve (2) is provided with at least two balls (8) circumferentially and uniformly on the outer periphery of the top and bottom thereof, respectively.
9. The portable infusion device according to claim 1, wherein the second support (4) is provided with a guide strip (5), the inner wall of the first support (1) is provided with a sliding groove, and the guide strip (5) is arranged inside the sliding groove.
10. The portable infusion device according to claim 1, wherein at least two universal wheels are further provided below said base (6).
