The technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The frequency of use of the dish washer is low due to the fact that users often enter a kitchen for cooking due to business trip or other factors, and the dish washer has great requirements for storage of washed tableware. Most of the existing dish-washing machines in the market have 72h or 168h storage and preservation functions, and the washed tableware is dried and preserved. But dish washer on the existing market, the stage of keeping is simple only according to predetermined program control fan work, and is relatively poor to actual service environment's matching nature and adaptability, receives the influence of external environment humidity easily, causes the inside humidity of dish washer to not keep well below certain level, causes bacterial growing easily, and the custody ability is relatively poor, can't satisfy the demand that the user preserved the tableware for a long time.
Based on the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dishwasher, as shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher is provided with a controller 1, the dishwasher is provided with a fan 2, the fan 2 is used for exchanging air inside and outside the dishwasher, the dishwasher is further provided with a heating unit 3 for heating an internal environment of the dishwasher, and the humidity of the internal environment of the dishwasher is adjusted by cooperating with the fan 2. For the above detailed description of the controller 1, reference is made to the following description of the method embodiment, which is not repeated herein. It should be noted that the humidity mentioned in the embodiments of the present invention refers to relative humidity, i.e. a humidity value directly measured by a humidity sensor.
Specifically, the heating unit 3 may be a heating rod formed by a resistance wire, a PTC, or other heating devices capable of heating air in the internal environment of the dishwasher, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The fan 2 is generally a single fan, and adopts an air inlet fan, and preferably includes two fans, namely an air inlet fan and an air outlet fan, in the embodiment of the invention, so as to increase the exchange speed of the air in the internal environment and the external environment of the dishwasher.
In practical application, humidity sensors are further arranged inside and outside the dishwasher for detecting humidity values of the internal environment and the external environment of the dishwasher and sending detection results to the controller 1.
Compared with the dish washing machine in the prior art, the dish washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the humidity sensors for increasing the detection of the humidity inside and outside the dish washing machine are provided for feeding back the humidity value of the environment inside and outside the dish washing machine in real time, the drying and storing program is flexibly adjusted according to the fed-back humidity value, the long-time drying and storing work is carried out on the tableware, the drying state inside the dish washing machine is kept, and the tableware can be stored for a long time. And is suitable for various humidity environments, and has good humidity control effect and strong storage capacity.
The embodiment of the invention provides a drying and storing method of a dishwasher, which specifically comprises the following steps as shown in figure 2:
step S101: the current humidity of the dishwasher's internal environment is monitored.
Specifically, the humidity sensor can be arranged in the inner container of the dishwasher to monitor the humidity value of the tableware storage environment in real time.
Step S102: and judging whether the current humidity is greater than a first preset humidity threshold value.
The first preset humidity threshold is a maximum humidity value that meets the requirement of the tableware being stored for a long time, and the specific value may be set according to the sensitivity of different types of tableware to the humidity of the storage environment during the storage process, or may also be set according to different storage functions set by the user in advance, and the first preset humidity threshold may be any value between 40% and 70%, for example, the first preset humidity threshold is 50%, which is not limited herein.
Step S103: and when the current humidity is greater than a first preset humidity threshold value, controlling the fan and the heating unit to start to operate.
Specifically, if dish washer internal environment humidity value surpasses the tableware and preserves the humidity value that requires, through opening the circulation of fan in order to accelerate dish washer inside and outside ambient air to reduce the humidity of dish washer internal environment, and heat the evaporation through the great air of the heating unit to dish washer internal humidity that opens the setting in the dish washer, further improve humidity falling speed, realize good dehumidification effect. It should be noted that, in the operating mode, the fan and the heating unit both operate according to a preset opening mode, and both may be started to operate simultaneously, or the fan may be started first to exchange external ambient air inside the dishwasher, and then the heating unit may be started to heat the internal ambient air after a certain time, or the heating unit may be started first to heat the internal ambient air, and then the fan may be started to operate after a certain time, which is not limited to this.
Step S104: and when the current humidity is monitored to be smaller than a second preset humidity threshold value, controlling the fan and the heating unit to be closed, and returning to the step S101.
Wherein the second preset humidity threshold is smaller than the first preset humidity threshold.
Specifically, when the humidity of the internal environment of the dishwasher is reduced to a certain degree, under the condition that the requirement of the humidity of the stored tableware is completely met, in order to avoid energy waste, the fan and the heating unit can be controlled to be closed and stopped, so that the energy conservation and emission reduction are realized under the condition that the requirement of the humidity of the stored tableware is guaranteed. The specific value of the second preset humidity threshold may be set by the user, or may be set according to different requirements for the environmental humidity according to different types of tableware stored in the dishwasher, where the second preset humidity threshold may be any value between 20% and 50%, for example, the first preset humidity threshold is 50%, and the second preset humidity threshold is 30%, which is not limited in this respect. It should be noted that, in the working mode, the control of the turning off of the fan and the heating unit is performed according to a preset turning off manner, and both of them may be turned off simultaneously, or the fan may be turned off first, and the heating unit may be turned off after a certain time, or the heating unit may be turned off first, and the fan may be turned off after a certain time, which is not limited by the present invention.
By executing the steps, the drying and storing method of the dish washing machine, provided by the embodiment of the invention, can timely control the fan and the heating unit in the dish washing machine to work by monitoring the humidity value of the internal environment of the dish washing machine in real time, so as to maintain the internal environment of the dish washing machine in a better humidity range, avoid bacteria breeding, realize long-term storage of tableware, improve the use requirements of users, and prolong the service lives of the fan and the heating unit while controlling the fan and the heating unit to be closed to avoid energy waste when the internal environment humidity of the dish washing machine is proper.
Specifically, in an embodiment, after the fan and the heating unit are controlled to be turned on and operated in step S103, the method for drying and storing a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps:
step S201: and monitoring the current running time of the fan and the heating unit.
And the current running time is the working time after the fan and the heating unit are started.
Step S202: and judging whether the current operation time length exceeds the preset operation time length.
Wherein, should predetermine the run time length for fan and heating unit corresponding maximum run time length under standard mode, should predetermine the run time length and can carry out nimble setting according to dish washer's dehumidification efficiency demand and user's requirement, if: the dishwasher can be subjected to relevant experiments before leaving the factory, and the maximum operation time length for controlling the internal environment humidity of the dishwasher to reach the tableware storage humidity requirement under the common condition by the fan and the heating unit is determined.
Step S203: and when the current operation time length exceeds the preset operation time length, the rotating speed of the fan and the heating power of the heating unit are increased.
Specifically, if fan and heating element start during operation have reached during the maximum operation, it is long to explain that current standard mode can't reach the tableware and keep required environment humidity in the short time, breed bacterium etc. easily, be unfavorable for the tableware to preserve, at this moment, the mode through the heating power who improves fan rotational speed and heating element, can further improve the speed that dish washer internal environment humidity descends, and the work efficiency is improved, and guarantee dish washer reaches the required environment humidity requirement of tableware in the short time, further improve the wet effect of accuse that the tableware was preserved, and user experience is improved.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the controlling the fan and the heating unit to start to operate in step S103 specifically includes the following steps:
step S301: and calculating a first humidity difference value between the current humidity and a first preset humidity threshold value.
Step S302: a target operating mode of the fan and the heating unit is determined based on the first humidity difference.
Specifically, in step S302, a target operation parameter corresponding to the first humidity difference is determined based on a relationship between a preset humidity difference and an operation parameter, where the operation parameter includes: rotating speed parameters of the fan and heating power parameters of the heating unit; a target operating mode is determined based on the target operating parameter.
The first humidity difference value is larger, the rotating speed of the corresponding fan is higher, the heating power is larger, the dehumidification effect is guaranteed, otherwise, if the difference between the current humidity and the first humidity threshold value is not large, the low-rotating-speed operation of the fan can be controlled, and the heating unit is also operated at low power, so that the energy consumption is reduced. For example, the relationship between the preset humidity difference and the operation parameter may be obtained by performing a correlation experiment on the dishwasher, determining the fan rotation speed data and the heating power data of the heating unit corresponding to the dishwasher with different humidity differences, and performing data analysis on the data, where the specific data analysis process may be implemented by referring to the existing data analysis means, such as linear regression, and the like, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, assuming that the first preset humidity threshold is 30%, the humidity of 30% -100% may be divided into n parts by experiment according to the humidity difference between the humidity and the first preset humidity threshold, and each part may be equal or unequal, for convenience of description. Each aliquot corresponds to a stored dry program, i.e., the target operating mode. And judging which part X is in according to the current humidity value X of the internal environment of the dishwasher, and selecting a storage drying program corresponding to the part. For convenience of description in the following examples, the humidity was divided into 3 parts, which were 30% to 50%, 50% to 80%, and 80% to 100%, in this order. In practical application, the fan and the PTC are not suitable for long-time continuous operation, so an intermittent operation mode is adopted, and the corresponding preservation and drying procedures of each part are as follows:
1. humidity range is 30% -50%: working (the fan and the PTC work together) for 1h, and pausing for 30 min; working for 40min, and pausing for 1h (circulating for 4 times); the operation is carried out for 30min, and the suspension is carried out for 1h (always circulating).
2. Humidity range is 50% -80%: working for 1.5h, and pausing for 30 min; working for 1h, pausing for 1h (circulating for 4 times); work for 0.5h and pause for 1h (always circulate).
3. Humidity range is 80% -100%: working for 2h, and pausing for 20 min; working for 1.5h, pausing for 1h (circulating for 3 times); working for 1h, pausing for 1h (circulating for 5 times); the operation is carried out for 40min, and the suspension is carried out for 1h (always circulating).
It should be noted that the fan and the PTC in the preservation drying program operate according to the standard rotation speed and the standard power, and in practical application, different preservation drying programs corresponding to different fan rotation speeds or PTC heating powers can be set respectively to adjust the dehumidification effects of different preservation drying programs, provide the dehumidification flexibility, and improve the user experience.
Step S303: and controlling the fan and the heating unit to start and operate according to the target working mode.
Specifically, the target working modes of the fan and the heating unit are determined by monitoring the humidity value of the internal environment of the dish washing machine in real time and based on the temperature difference value between the humidity value and the first preset temperature threshold value, so that a good dehumidification effect can be ensured, energy waste can be avoided, energy conservation and emission reduction are realized, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, after the step S302 is executed, the step S103 of controlling the fan and the heating unit to start and operate includes the following steps:
step S304: the outside environment humidity of the outside environment of the dishwasher is monitored.
Step S305: and judging whether the external environment humidity is greater than a first preset humidity threshold value.
Step S306: and when the external environment humidity is greater than the first preset humidity threshold value, calculating a second humidity difference value between the external environment humidity and the first preset humidity threshold value.
Step S307: and adjusting the target operation parameter based on the second humidity difference value.
Specifically, in step S307, the rotation speed parameter adjustment amount and the heating power parameter adjustment amount are determined based on the relationship between the preset temperature difference and the operation parameter adjustment amount; and adjusting the target operation parameters according to the rotating speed parameter adjustment amount and the heating power parameter adjustment amount.
Wherein, if the external environment humidity is greater than the first preset humidity threshold, after the fan is turned on, because the external environment humidity of the dishwasher is also relatively large, the internal and external air exchange of the dishwasher can delay the internal dehumidification efficiency of the dishwasher, at this moment, in order to ensure the dehumidification effect, the operation parameters of the fan and the heating power need to be adjusted, the relationship between the preset temperature difference and the operation parameter adjustment amount can be the same as or different from the relationship in the step S302, specifically, flexible setting can be performed according to the actual requirement, exemplarily, the dehumidification effect can be improved by reducing the rotating speed of the fan and improving the heating power of the heating unit, and the invention is not limited thereto.
For example, assuming that the internal ambient humidity of the dishwasher is 40% and the external ambient humidity is 50% greater than the first preset humidity threshold value 30%, the adjusted operation mode of the corresponding saving and drying program is as follows: working (the fan and the PTC work together) for 1.5h, and pausing for 30 min; working for 40min, and pausing for 1h (circulating for 4 times); the operation is carried out for 40min, and the suspension is carried out for 1h (always circulating). Therefore, the dehumidification effect is improved by prolonging the working time of the fan and the PTC. In addition, in practical application, the dehumidification effect can be improved by adjusting the rotation speed of the fan or the PTC heating power, which is not limited in the present invention.
Specifically, in an embodiment, before performing step S101, the method for drying and storing a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps:
step S105: the storage duration after the completion of the washing of the dishware in the dishwasher is monitored.
Step S106: and judging whether the storage time length exceeds a preset storage time length.
Wherein, should predetermine the storage duration and be the tableware of depositing in the dish washer under the condition of not dehumidifying, can normally preserve the longest time that can not produce breeding bacterium scheduling problem promptly.
Step S107: when the storage time length exceeds the preset storage time length, the step S101 is executed.
Specifically, after the user uses the dish washer to wash tableware, the tableware is stored in the dish washer for a short time, such as 1 hour, and the humidity of the internal environment of the dish washer has no influence on the storage of the tableware at the moment, so that the energy consumption is further reduced, the energy waste is avoided, the storage capacity of the tableware can be guaranteed by judging whether the storage time exceeds the preset storage time, the requirement of long-term storage is met, energy conservation and consumption reduction can be further achieved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
By executing the steps, the drying and storing method of the dish washer provided by the embodiment of the invention timely controls the fan and the heating unit in the dish washer to work by monitoring the humidity value of the internal environment of the dish washer in real time, so as to maintain the internal environment of the dish washer in a better humidity range, avoid bacteria breeding, realize long-term storage of tableware, improve the use requirements of users, and prolong the service lives of the fan and the heating unit while controlling the fan and the heating unit to be closed when the internal environment humidity of the dish washer is proper so as to avoid energy waste.
The embodiment of the present invention also provides a drying and storing device for a dishwasher, which is applied to a controller 1 of the dishwasher shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 3, the drying and storing device for the dishwasher includes:
