技术领域
本申请涉及熏香的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种消毒灭菌熏香。
背景技术
熏香有着悠久的历史,其中卫生用熏香可用于改善室内空气中的不良气味、驱除蚊蝇等,同时在熏香内添加特定的组分,可以使得熏香具有一定的消毒杀菌作用。
在现有的具有消毒灭菌功能的熏香中,通常是在熏香中加入具有消毒灭菌功能的中药材,如龙蒿、百里香等,在熏香燃烧过程中,中药材随着燃烧,进而中药材中药物成分释放出芳香气味,其就是中药材中的有效成分,能够对环境中的细菌和病毒起到杀灭作用。
在密闭环境中点燃熏香后,熏香中的芳香气味在环境中做布朗运动自由扩散,并且随着热空气上流,然而,熏香的燃烧速度较慢,导致室内药物颗粒的浓度难以迅速上升至有效浓度,从而导致熏香的消毒灭菌性能受到影响。
发明内容
为了熏香中药物分子在环境中的扩散速度,本申请提供一种消毒灭菌熏香本申请提供的一种消毒灭菌熏香采用如下的技术方案:
一种消毒灭菌熏香,包括以下重量份的原料聚合而成:艾蒿5-7份;檀香3-5份;金银花3-5份;白芷1-3份;樟脑1-2份;竹粉25-30份;鸡蛋清0.2-0.5份;助燃剂0.1-0.3份;分散剂5-6份。
通过采用上述技术方案,竹粉为主材,竹粉本身就可以很强的可燃性,同时具有粘合性,能够对熏香中的药物材质起到粘合作用,竹粉在熏香中起到骨架作用,使得药物成分分散在骨架内,分散剂提高了药物成分分散的均匀性,鸡蛋清含有丰富的动物蛋白,具有很强的粘合能力,与竹粉共同使用能够提高熏香挤出成型后的结构稳定性,助燃剂能够对熏香燃烧起到助燃作用,使得熏香迅速燃烧,药物颗粒的热运动更加迅速,使得室内的药物浓度迅速达到有效浓度,且能够提高药物颗粒的扩散距离。
优选的,熏香包括以下重量份的原料聚合而成:艾蒿5.8-6.3份;檀香4.2-4.7份;金银花3.6-4.5份;白芷1.8-2.6份;樟脑1.4-1.8份;竹粉28-29份;鸡蛋清0.25-0.35份;助燃剂0.2-0.3份;分散剂5-6份。
优选的,所述助燃剂为高锰酸钾。
优选的,所述分散剂为花生油。
优选的,所述鸡蛋清与分散剂的重量份数混合比为1:20。
优选的,所述熏香的制备方法包括以下步骤:将艾蒿、檀香、金银花、白芷和樟脑放置于炒锅内,以70-80℃的温度炒制1h后,趁热将艾蒿、檀香、金银花、白芷和樟脑切割研磨并过150目筛网后,得药物混合粉;将鸡蛋清置于搅拌器具中,以1100-1200r/min的转速搅拌至发泡后,加入竹粉后揉捏拍打成团,再将竹团置于阴凉处醒发2h;将药物混合粉加热至40℃后加入分散剂和助燃剂,搅拌混合后,加入至醒发后的竹团内,揉捏拍打后,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,得消毒灭菌熏香。
优选的,所述竹粉为干竹研磨后过200目筛网所得。
优选的,所述鸡蛋清搅拌前置于4℃环境中冷藏1h。

本实施例1-6中消毒灭菌熏香的制备方法包括以下步骤:将艾蒿、檀香、金银花、白芷和樟脑放置于炒锅内,以70-80℃的温度炒制1h后,趁热将艾蒿、檀香、金银花、白芷和樟脑切割研磨并过150目筛网后,得药物混合粉;将鸡蛋清置于4℃环境中冷藏1h后,取出置于搅拌器具中,以1100-1200r/min的转速搅拌至发泡后,加入竹粉后揉捏拍打成团,再将竹团置于阴凉处醒发2h;将药物混合粉加热至40℃后加入分散剂和助燃剂,搅拌混合后,加入至醒发后的竹团内,揉捏拍打后,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,得消毒灭菌熏香。

本对比例1与实施例5的不同之处在于,对比例1中消毒灭菌熏香的原料中不包含鸡蛋清,加入10-12份纯净水替代。

本对比例3与实施例5的不同之处在于,对比例3中消毒灭菌熏香的原料中不包含竹粉,而是加入等重量份的楠木粉替代。
性能检测试验
试验方法
将实施例1-6和对比例1-3中的消毒灭菌熏香制成直径1mm的圆柱条,且克重为1g,将实施例1-6和对比例1-3中的消毒灭菌熏香置于1m立方的箱体中,将消毒灭菌熏香放置在箱体内放置面的几何中心处,以熏香为圆心,10cm、40cm为半径,呈圆环状分别摆放10个培养皿,在培养皿中承装有单位体积的琼脂和大肠杆菌,并设置空白对照组,空白对照组内不点燃熏香。将熏香点燃后,在熏香燃烧1/2时,从箱体内的两个圆环处,分别随机选定5个培养皿,测量培养皿内的大肠杆菌浓度,在熏香燃烧完毕后,选定剩余培养皿,测量大肠杆菌浓度,以空白对照组中培养皿大肠杆菌浓度作为对照,测量点燃熏香后对大肠杆菌的抑制能力,其结果如表2所示。

结合实施例1-6和对比例1-3可以看出,本申请中制备的灭菌熏香具有良好的杀毒灭菌性能和良好的燃烧性能。

1.一种消毒灭菌熏香,其特征在于,所述熏香包括以下重量份的原料聚合而成:艾蒿5-7份;檀香3-5份;金银花3-5份;白芷1-3份;樟脑1-2份;竹粉25-30份;鸡蛋清0.2-0.5份;助燃剂0.1-0.3份;分散剂5-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的熏香,其特征在于,所述熏香包括以下重量份的原料聚合而成:艾蒿5.8-6.3份;檀香4.2-4.7份;金银花3.6-4.5份;白芷1.8-2.6份;樟脑1.4-1.8份;竹粉28-29份;鸡蛋清0.25-0.35份;助燃剂0.2-0.3份;分散剂5-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的熏香,其特征在于:所述助燃剂为高锰酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的熏香,其特征在于:所述分散剂为花生油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的熏香,其特征在于:所述鸡蛋清与分散剂的重量份数混合比为1:20。
6.根据权利要求1所述的熏香,其特征在于,所述熏香的制备方法包括以下步骤:将艾蒿、檀香、金银花、白芷和樟脑放置于炒锅内,以70-80℃的温度炒制1h后,趁热将艾蒿、檀香、金银花、白芷和樟脑切割研磨并过150目筛网后,得药物混合粉;将鸡蛋清置于搅拌器具中,以1100-1200r/min的转速搅拌至发泡后,加入竹粉后揉捏拍打成团,再将竹团置于阴凉处醒发2h;将药物混合粉加热至40℃后加入分散剂和助燃剂,搅拌混合后,加入至醒发后的竹团内,揉捏拍打后,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,得消毒灭菌熏香。
