Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sensor application, in particular to a sealed electric connector and a liquid level meter.
Background
The high-pressure-resistant sealed electric connector used on the existing liquid level meter theoretically uses the air pressure of 8MPa, and can be used to 20MPa by matching with auxiliary means such as sealant and the like in actual use. However, when the pressure is more than 20MPa, obvious air leakage phenomenon exists, and the air leakage type air conditioner cannot be used under high-pressure conditions (more than 20 MPa). Meanwhile, a common high-pressure sealing electric connector adopts a glass sintering process to ensure high-pressure sealing, and has the advantages of complex production process and high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sealed electric connector and a liquid level meter, which can realize the reliable use of the liquid level meter in high-pressure environments and the like through a simpler structure and have lower manufacturing cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the sealed electric connector provided by the invention comprises a welding through, an upper wiring terminal, a coat nut and a lower wiring terminal; the welding straight-through is a hollow tubular column, one end of the welding straight-through is welded with the liquid level meter, the upper wiring terminal is arranged in the hollow cavity of the welding straight-through, and one end of the upper wiring terminal is welded with an output wire of the liquid level meter; the outer sleeve nut is a hollow tubular column with different calibers at two ends, wherein the caliber of one end of the outer sleeve nut is larger than the diameter of the other end of the welding straight-through pipe; the lower wiring terminal is arranged in the hollow inner cavity of the outer sleeve nut, and one end of the lower wiring terminal is welded with an electric wire to be connected with external equipment; and the welding straight-through is used for pressing the other end of the upper wiring terminal to the other end of the lower wiring terminal in the coat nut through inserting the coat nut, so that the upper wiring terminal is communicated with the lower wiring terminal.
In the sealed electrical connector described above, preferably, the connector further comprises an upper end seal and a lower end seal; the upper end sealing piece is coated on one side of the upper wiring terminal and one side of the lower wiring terminal and is used for isolating the upper wiring terminal from the welding straight-through; the lower end sealing piece is coated on one side of the lower wiring terminal and one side of the upper wiring terminal and is used for isolating the lower wiring terminal from the outer sleeve nut, and the lower wiring terminal is clamped in the hollow inner cavity of the outer sleeve nut through the caliber difference of the ports of the outer sleeve nut.
In the sealed electrical connector, preferably, when the welding through is inserted into the casing nut and the upper terminal and the lower terminal are connected, the upper end sealing member and the lower end sealing member form a sealed cavity, and the connection ends of the upper terminal and the lower terminal inside the cavity are isolated from the outside.
In the sealed electrical connector, preferably, the upper end seal member and the lower end seal member are made of an insulating material.
In the sealed electrical connector, preferably, an external thread is disposed on a side of the welded straight-through portion inserted into the external nut; and one side of the sleeve nut corresponding to the welding straight-through is provided with an internal thread corresponding to the external thread, and the welding straight-through is inserted into the sleeve nut through the external thread and the internal thread of the sleeve nut.
In the sealed electrical connector, preferably, the connector further includes a protection spring, and the protection spring is sleeved on the electrical wire connected to the external device and used for protecting the electrical wire connected to the lower wiring terminal.
In the sealed electrical connector described above, preferably, the connector further includes a glue layer disposed between the protection spring and the lower end seal for fixing the protection spring to the lower end seal; and coating the wire interface of the lower wiring terminal connected with external equipment, and performing waterproof sealing.
The invention also provides a liquid level meter comprising the sealed electric connector, wherein the liquid level meter is in welded through connection with the sealed electric connector, and an internal signal wire is welded with the upper wiring terminal of the sealed electric connector.
In the above-mentioned level gauge, preferably, the electric wire connected to the upper terminal of the level gauge is covered with a thermoplastic tube.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: the nonmetal sealing piece is adopted for sealing and insulation, so that the structure is simple, and the volume is small; the glass sintering is avoided, the production process is simplified, and the production cost is reduced; the upper wiring terminal and the lower wiring terminal are tightly pressed by threads, and are matched with a sealing piece to form mechanical seal, so that the sealing performance is high, the sealing piece can resist high pressure, the theoretical use air pressure is 30MPa, and the sealing piece can be normally used under 25MPa through practical verification.

Referring to fig. 1, the sealed electrical connector provided by the present invention includes a welding through 1, an upper connection terminal 3, a casing nut 5 and a lower connection terminal 10; the welding straight-through device comprises a welding straight-through device 1, a liquid level meter, an upper wiring terminal 3, a lower wiring terminal 3 and an output wire, wherein the welding straight-through device 1 is a hollow pipe column, one end of the welding straight-through device 1 is welded with the liquid level meter, the upper wiring terminal 3 is arranged in a hollow inner cavity of the welding straight-through device 1, and one end of the upper wiring terminal 3 is welded with the output wire of the liquid level meter; the outer sleeve nut 5 is a hollow tubular column with different calibers at two ends, wherein the caliber of one end of the outer sleeve nut 5 is larger than the diameter of the other end of the welding straight-through 1; the lower wiring terminal 10 is arranged in the hollow inner cavity of the outer sleeve nut 5, and one end of the lower wiring terminal 10 is connected with external equipment by welding wires; the welding through 1 presses the other end of the upper wiring terminal 3 toward the other end of the lower wiring terminal 10 in the coat nut 5 by inserting the coat nut 5, so that the upper wiring terminal 3 is conducted with the lower wiring terminal 10.
In the above embodiment, the connector further comprises an upper end seal 4 and a lower end seal 6; the upper end sealing piece 4 is coated on one side of the upper wiring terminal 3 and one side of the lower wiring terminal 10 and is used for isolating the upper wiring terminal 3 from the welding straight-through 1; the lower end sealing member 6 is coated on one side of the lower connecting terminal 10 and one side of the upper connecting terminal 3, and is used for isolating the lower connecting terminal 10 from the outer sleeve nut 5, and the lower connecting terminal 10 is clamped in the hollow inner cavity of the outer sleeve nut 5 through the caliber difference of the port of the outer sleeve nut 5. Specifically, when the welding straight-through 1 is inserted into the outer sleeve nut 5, and the upper terminal block 3 is connected with the lower terminal block 10, the upper end sealing member 4 and the lower end sealing member 6 form a closed cavity, and the connection end of the upper terminal block 3 and the lower terminal block 10 inside the cavity is isolated from the outside. In order to improve stability between the welding straight-through and the jacketing nut, in an embodiment of the invention, an external thread is arranged on one side of the welding straight-through, which is inserted into the jacketing nut; and one side of the sleeve nut corresponding to the welding straight-through is provided with an internal thread corresponding to the external thread, and the welding straight-through is inserted into the sleeve nut through the external thread and the internal thread of the sleeve nut. Specifically, in actual work, the welding through-way can be pressed to the outer sleeve nut in a rotary extrusion mode, so that the upper wiring terminal and the lower wiring terminal are connected; of course, those skilled in the art may fix the welded through with the jacketing nut by other snap-fit structures, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connector may further include a protection spring, where the protection spring is sleeved on the electric wire connected to the external device and is used for protecting the electric wire connected to the lower connection terminal. Further, to ensure stability of the protection spring, the connector may further include a glue layer disposed between the protection spring and the lower end seal for fixing the protection spring to the lower end seal; and coating the wire interface of the lower wiring terminal connected with external equipment, and performing waterproof sealing. The length of the protection spring can be selected and set according to actual needs, and the invention is not described in detail.
To sum up, referring to fig. 1 again, the sealed electrical connector provided by the present invention integrally includes a welding through 1, an electrical wire 2 (a level gauge lead-out electrical wire), an upper connection terminal 3, an upper end sealing member 4, a casing nut 5, a lower end sealing member 6, a glue layer 7, a protection spring 8, an electrical wire 9 (a lead-out connection external device) and a lower connection terminal 10;
the welding straight-through device 1 is used for being welded with a liquid level meter, an inner cavity is provided with an upper wiring terminal 3 and an upper end sealing piece 4, the bottom is externally threaded, and the upper wiring terminal and the lower wiring terminal can be tightly pressed by being matched with an external nut 5; the upper wiring terminal 3 is welded with the internal wire; the upper end sealing piece 4 is made of nonmetal materials, so that the upper wiring terminal 3 is insulated from the welding straight-through 1; meanwhile, the sealing effect is achieved; the lower wiring terminal 10 and the lower end sealing piece 6 are arranged in the inner cavity of the outer sleeve nut 5, and the inner thread is designed and matched with the welding straight-through 1 so as to compress the upper wiring terminal and the lower wiring terminal; the lower end sealing piece 4 is made of nonmetal materials, so that the lower wiring terminal 10 is insulated from the coat nut 5, and the sealing effect is achieved; the protection spring 8 protects the end part of the electric wire to prevent bending and breaking; the colloid layer 7 fixes the spring, ensures the waterproof seal of wiring position.
When the assembly method is specifically used, the assembly flow is as follows:
1. welding the welding straight-through with the liquid level meter, and installing an upper end sealing ring and an upper wiring terminal at the position shown in the figure;
2. the electric wire inside the liquid level meter is welded with the upper wiring terminal through the through welding hole, and the side surface on the upper wiring terminal is provided with a hole, so that the welding is convenient. After the welding is finished, the metal is exposed and is completely protected by using a thermoplastic pipe, so that the insulativity of the metal is ensured.
3. The lower end sealing element, the lower wiring terminal and the outer sleeve nut are installed at the position shown in the figure, the outgoing line is welded with the lower wiring terminal and is insulated and protected, and the other end of the outgoing line passes through the outgoing line from the outer sleeve nut;
4. connecting the mounted coat nut with the same mounted welding through connection, screwing, injecting glue at a designated position, ensuring the position of the wiring terminal and ensuring waterproof sealing of the wiring terminal of the machine;
5. before the adhesive is dried, the protection spring is pushed into a certain depth along the lead, so that the protection spring is adhered to the waterproof adhesive for fixing the position of the protection spring. The length of the protection spring is cut according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides a liquid level meter 11 including the sealed electrical connector, wherein the liquid level meter 11 is connected to the sealed electrical connector 13 by a through-connection, and an internal signal wire is welded to the upper connection terminal of the sealed electrical connector 13. Further, the electric wire connected with the upper terminal of the level gauge 11 is covered by a thermoplastic tube. In actual operation, the sealed electric connector 13 is welded with the liquid level meter 11 mainly through the flange group 12 fixed and sealed with the interface of the liquid level meter 11, and the specific welding mode and structure can be selected and adjusted according to actual needs, so that the sealed electric connector is not further limited by the invention.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: the nonmetal sealing piece is adopted for sealing and insulation, so that the structure is simple, and the volume is small; the glass sintering is avoided, the production process is simplified, and the production cost is reduced; the upper wiring terminal and the lower wiring terminal are tightly pressed by threads, and are matched with a sealing piece to form mechanical seal, so that the sealing performance is high, the sealing piece can resist high pressure, the theoretical use air pressure is 30MPa, and the sealing piece can be normally used under 25MPa through practical verification.

and the welding straight-through is used for pressing the other end of the upper wiring terminal to the other end of the lower wiring terminal in the coat nut through inserting the coat nut, so that the upper wiring terminal is communicated with the lower wiring terminal.

The sealed electrical connector of claim 4, further comprising a glue layer disposed between the protective spring and the lower seal for securing the protective spring to the lower seal; and coating the wire interface of the lower wiring terminal connected with external equipment, and performing waterproof sealing.
6. A fluid level gauge comprising the sealed electrical connector of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the fluid level gauge is welded through-connection with the sealed electrical connector and an internal signal wire is welded with the upper terminal of the sealed electrical connector.
7. The gauge of claim 6, wherein the wires connected to the upper terminal are encased by a thermoplastic tube.
