Background
The high pressure resistant sealed electric connector used on the existing liquid level meter can use the pressure of 8MPa theoretically, and can use the pressure of 20MPa by matching with auxiliary means such as sealant and the like during actual use. However, if the pressure is more than 20MPa, the gas leakage is significant, and the gas cannot be used under high pressure conditions (> 20 MPa). Meanwhile, the general high-pressure sealing electric connector adopts a glass sintering process to ensure high-pressure sealing, and has the disadvantages of complex production process and high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sealed electric connector and a liquid level meter, which realize the reliable use of the liquid level meter in high-pressure and other environments through a simpler structure and have lower manufacturing cost.

When in specific use, the assembly process is as follows:

4. connecting the installed outer nut with the welded through hole which is installed in the same way, screwing up, injecting glue at an appointed position, ensuring the position of a wiring terminal and ensuring the waterproof sealing of the wiring terminal;
5. before the glue is dried, the protection spring is pushed into a certain depth along the lead, so that the protection spring is adhered to the waterproof glue for fixing the position of the protection spring. The length of the protection spring is intercepted according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides a liquid level meter 11 including the sealed electrical connector, wherein the liquid level meter 11 is connected to the sealed electrical connector 13 by welding, and an internal signal wire is welded to the upper connection terminal of the sealed electrical connector 13. Further, the electric wires of the liquid level meter 11 connected with the upper wiring terminal are covered by a thermoplastic tube. In practical operation, the sealed electrical connector 13 is welded to the liquid level meter 11 mainly through the flange set 12 fixedly sealed with the interface of the liquid level meter 11, and the specific welding mode and structure can be selectively adjusted according to actual needs, which is not further limited by the invention.
