the achievement conversion module is used for inputting, auditing and managing conversion conditions of scientific and technological achievements;
the intellectual property module is used for registering and managing patents and papers related to scientific research subjects;
the scientific and technological award-evaluating module is used for filling, examining and inputting management on declaration information of scientific and technological awards.

The scientific and technological information management system integrating achievement display according to claim 1, wherein the subject management module comprises an item establishment management submodule, a task book management submodule, a subject implementation submodule and a subject acceptance submodule;
the subject management submodule is used for inputting and editing basic information of scientific research subjects, the task book management submodule is used for achieving assignment of scientific research subject task books, filling and auditing of basic information of the task books, the subject implementation submodule is used for recording the implementation process of scientific research subjects from question opening to question closing, and the subject acceptance module is used for acceptance and auditing of the question closing of the scientific research subjects and inputting results.
