s5, triggering of the intelligent alarm system: after receiving the data value transmitted in step S4, the intelligent alarm system determines whether the data value that triggers an alarm is reached according to the data value, and if so, the intelligent alarm system triggers an alarm, and transmits alarm information to the mobile phone of the worker in a manner of short message and telephone, so as to perform manual processing.

s1.2, an industrial equipment temperature detector collects internal temperature data of industrial equipment, an industrial equipment static detector collects static data of the surface of the industrial equipment, a photoelectric sensor in an industrial equipment fault lamp detection system detects whether a fault point is lighted, and an industrial equipment smoke signal detection system is used for detecting the power-on condition of the industrial equipment;
s1.3, an infrared camera in the area monitoring system is used for shooting and recording the internal images of the industrial area, and the equipment monitoring system is used for shooting and recording the operation images of the industrial equipment.

The data acquisition device with cloud data tracking function according to claim 5, wherein the intelligent alarm system is electrically connected with an alarm in the peripheral control room, and after the data converted in the step S3 is received in the step S4, the intelligent alarm system is triggered if the data reaches one of the preset environmental temperature and humidity value, the industrial equipment temperature value, the air quality value, the dust particle content value, the carbon dioxide content value, the static electricity value and the equipment power-on signal value, and then the alarm is given out to prompt a worker to go to the processing.
