In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, one end of the fixed valve rod 26 extends out of the liquid outlet end of the sliding valve sleeve 23 and is provided with a fixed valve flap 27, the fixed valve flap 27 is provided with a tapered limiting structure 35 for preventing the sliding valve sleeve 23 from sliding out of the male connector valve body 2, a contact surface of the sliding valve sleeve 23 and the tapered limiting structure 35, which is matched with the tapered limiting structure, is also a tapered structure, and a female connector second sealing ring 45 is arranged on a contact surface of the sliding valve sleeve 23 and the tapered limiting structure 35. Referring to fig. 4, the support frame 25 is similar to a handwheel, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the support frame 25, and the other end of the fixed valve rod 26 is screwed into the threaded hole and fastened by a nut 36.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, an annular sliding groove 37 is formed in an outer wall of the female joint valve body 22, a first accommodating groove 39 is formed in the inner wall of the outer shell 28 at a position corresponding to the annular sliding groove 37, the first accommodating groove 39 is circumferentially arranged on the inner wall of the outer shell 28, steel balls 38 are contained in the first accommodating groove 39, the steel balls 38 are slidably connected in the annular sliding groove 37 and are pressed by a first pressing screw 40 on the outer wall of the outer shell 28, so that the female joint valve body 22 and the outer shell 28 can bear corresponding axial force, but axial displacement is not generated, and accordingly, relative rotational motion can be performed. The handle 34 is provided with a second receiving groove 41, the outer shell 28 is provided with a third receiving groove 42 corresponding to the second receiving groove 41, and the second receiving groove 41 and the third receiving groove 42 are provided with steel balls 38 and are pressed tightly by a second pressing screw 43 on the handle 34. Preferably, there are three second receiving grooves 41 and three third receiving grooves 42, i.e. the handle 34 is fixedly connected with the housing 28 by three steel balls 38.
In this embodiment, the large pieces of the quick connect dry valve are all made of aluminum, are very light in weight, and are very light to operate under the balance force of the hose, especially the spring cylinder of the loading arm, thus having low labor intensity. The rubber sealing elements in the quick-connection dry valve are made of fluorinated rubber, so that the quick-connection dry valve has higher wear resistance and corrosion resistance and long service life.

In the process of detaching the female connector plug 65, the plug handle 71 is rotated 180 degrees counterclockwise, the fixed valve flap 27 and the sliding valve sleeve 23 are subjected to the second dirt removing operation, and the female connector plug 65 can be detached by rotating a certain angle continuously, so that the female connector plug can be connected with the male connector 1.

Claims (10)

1. A male connector is characterized by comprising a male connector valve body and a spring bushing arranged in a valve cavity of the male connector valve body, wherein a movable valve sleeve is sleeved in the spring bushing, and the end of the movable valve sleeve is connected with a movable valve clack used for sealing a liquid inlet of the valve cavity of the male connector valve body; a return spring is arranged in the spring bushing and the movable valve sleeve; one end of the return spring is abutted against the bottom of the spring bushing, and the other end of the return spring is abutted against the movable valve clack; a vent hole is correspondingly formed at the joint of the spring bushing and the male connector valve body, and the vent hole is communicated with the interior of the spring bushing; and a spiral guide groove is formed in the outer wall of the male connector valve body.

The male connector of claim 1, wherein a guide valve rod is coaxially arranged in the movable valve sleeve, one end of the guide valve rod is connected with the movable valve clack, and a sliding through hole for the other end of the guide valve rod to penetrate out is formed in the bottom of the spring bushing.
3. The male connector of claim 2, wherein the spring bushing has a first wear-resistant descaling ring for descaling the movable valve sleeve, and the sliding through hole has a second wear-resistant descaling ring for descaling the pilot valve stem.
4. The male connector of claim 3, wherein the liquid inlet of the valve cavity of the male connector valve body is provided with a conical limiting boss for preventing the end head of the movable valve clack from extending out.
