Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The existing electronic water pump communication protocols mainly comprise two communication protocols, one is an LIN communication mode, and the communication mode can realize closed-loop control of the rotating speed of the electronic water pump, including real-time input and signal feedback. After the LIN communication of the electronic water pump fails, for example, the LIN line is broken, the wiring harness is connected in a virtual mode, the electronic water pump cannot be waken up after the engine is started, the engine is normally started, and the electronic water pump does not rotate, so that the water temperature of the engine is high easily. If LIN communication fails in the running process of the electronic water pump, the electronic water pump enters an emergency mode, and after an engine stops, an engine ECU (electronic control unit) cannot send a sleep signal to the electronic water pump, so that the electronic water pump cannot stop, and the electronic water pump can run until a storage battery of a vehicle is insufficient. The engine cannot be started in the next driving cycle, and even if the engine is started due to abnormal LIN communication, the electronic water pump cannot be wakened up, so that the engine has high water temperature and even more serious faults such as damage of an engine cylinder body, a cylinder cover or a sealing cylinder gasket are caused.
The other communication mode is a LIN + PWM communication mode, wherein LIN is used as a main communication mode, and PWM is used as an emergency communication mode. The PWM emergency is divided into two modes, wherein the first mode is a speed regulation mode: the engine ECU can send out PWM waveforms with the frequency of 100-200 Hz and the adjustable high-level duty ratio (0% -100%), wherein the high level of the PWM is more than or equal to 5V, and the low level of the PWM is less than or equal to 1V. The second mode is the panic mode: after detecting the LIN communication fault of the electronic water pump, the engine ECU inputs high level to the electronic water pump, and the electronic water pump runs at 100% of the rotation speed. In the next driving cycle, the wake-up electronic water pump continues to operate at 100% of the speed. However, the application cost is high, an electronic water pump integrated PWM communication protocol and an engine ECU integrated pull-up resistor are required, PWM is used as an emergency communication protocol, the use frequency is extremely low, and certain cost waste is caused. Moreover, under the condition that the existing vehicle adopts an LIN communication mode, the LIN + PWM communication mode is changed into the LIN + PWM communication mode, so that the hardware of the vehicle is greatly changed, and the cost is higher.
Based on the above technical problem, the present disclosure provides an electronic water pump fault handling method, system, storage medium, and electronic device, in an operation process of the electronic water pump, if a communication connection between the electronic water pump and an electronic control unit is interrupted, a rotation speed of the electronic water pump is adjusted to a preset rotation speed, and the electronic water pump is controlled to operate all the time under a condition that the communication connection is not recovered, until a voltage of a storage battery of a vehicle reaches a preset threshold value or a power supply of the entire vehicle is powered off, the electronic water pump is controlled to stop operating. Therefore, on the premise that the hardware structure of the vehicle is not improved, the condition that the storage battery of the vehicle is lack of power due to the fact that the electronic water pump cannot stop running under the condition of communication failure is prevented. And when the electronic water pump fails in communication, the electronic water pump can operate at a preset rotating speed, so that the situations of high engine water temperature, cylinder gasket leakage and the like are prevented.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a water pump fault handling method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for processing a water pump fault, including:
110, detecting whether the communication connection between an electronic water pump and an electronic control unit is interrupted or not in the process that the electronic water pump of a vehicle is in a running state;
step 120, controlling the electronic water pump to operate at a preset rotating speed under the condition that the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is interrupted; and
and 130, under the condition that the electronic water pump is not in communication connection with the electronic control unit, controlling the electronic water pump to continuously operate at the preset rotating speed until the voltage of the storage battery of the vehicle reaches a preset voltage threshold value or the power of the whole vehicle of the vehicle is powered off, and controlling the electronic water pump to stop operating.
In step 110, the electronic water pump is in an operating state, which means that the electronic water pump is in an operating process, and if the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is interrupted in the operating process of the electronic water pump, the electronic water pump cannot receive the control instruction sent by the electronic control unit, for example, cannot receive the rotation speed adjustment instruction or the operation stop instruction sent by the electronic control unit.
Note that the electronic control unit may be an engine ECU of the vehicle. The communication connection between the engine ECU and the electronic water pump may be at least one of LIN communication, CAN communication, and PWM communication.
In step 120, during the operation of the electronic water pump, the engine ECU determines the rotation speed of the electronic water pump according to the operation condition of the vehicle, the water temperature and the ambient temperature. If the communication is interrupted, the working state of the electronic water pump is maintained in the working state before the communication is interrupted. In step 120, when the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is interrupted, the electronic water pump adjusts the rotation speed of the electronic water pump to a preset rotation speed and maintains the electronic water pump to operate at the preset rotation speed. Wherein the preset rotating speed is 75% of the rotating speed of the electronic water pump. Through the rotational speed adjustment with electronic pump for predetermineeing the rotational speed, not only can satisfy the heat dissipation demand of engine, can prevent moreover that electronic pump from lasting with full power operation, leading to the electric quantity of excessive consumption battery.
In step 130, the electronic water pump continuously detects whether the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is recovered under the condition of communication connection, and if the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is not recovered, the electronic water pump continuously operates at the preset rotating speed until the voltage of a storage battery of the vehicle reaches a preset voltage threshold value or a power supply of the whole vehicle of the vehicle is powered off, and the electronic water pump is controlled to stop operating.
Here, when the engine of the vehicle is continuously operated, the system voltage of the vehicle is maintained at 12V, and therefore, the electronic water pump is always operated at the preset rotation speed during the operation of the engine, thereby preventing the electronic water pump from stopping to cause high water temperature of the engine or leakage of a cylinder gasket. If the vehicle is stopped and powered off, but the storage battery is not powered off, the electronic water pump can continuously run until the storage battery of the vehicle is in a low state. In the disclosure, by setting the preset voltage threshold, the electronic water pump stops running after the voltage of the storage battery of the vehicle reaches the preset voltage threshold, so that the situation that the vehicle cannot be started due to power shortage of the storage battery is prevented. Or when the vehicle is stopped and the power supply of the whole vehicle is powered off, the engine stops running at the moment, the electronic water pump is not needed for heat dissipation, and the electronic water pump can be controlled to stop running at the moment.
Wherein the preset voltage threshold may preferably be a lowest starting voltage of the vehicle. If the lowest starting voltage of the vehicle is 11V, the preset voltage threshold is 11V.
It should be understood that the lowest starting voltage is the best mode for carrying out the present disclosure, and may be set to a value larger than the lowest starting voltage in practical applications, such as 11.2V, 11.5V, etc.
Therefore, by setting the operation strategy of the electronic water pump, the electronic water pump can still be operated according to the use condition of the vehicle under the condition that the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is interrupted. If the voltage threshold value is preset, the vehicle can continuously operate under the condition that the engine is operated, and the electronic water pump can be controlled to stop operating according to the preset voltage threshold value when the engine stops operating.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for handling a fault of an electronic water pump according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, in one implementable embodiment, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit are in communication connection, controlling the electronic water pump to be recovered to a normal operation state.
Here, if the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is restored after the communication connection is interrupted, the electronic water pump can receive the data information transmitted from the engine ECU. Therefore, the electronic water pump is restored to a normal operation state. The normal operation state refers to that the electronic water pump operates according to a control command sent by an engine ECU.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a proposed water pump failure handling method during vehicle starting according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, in one implementable embodiment, the method further comprises:
step 210, detecting whether the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is interrupted or not in the starting process of the vehicle;
and 220, limiting the output torque of the engine of the vehicle within a preset torque range under the condition that the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is interrupted.
Wherein, in step 210, during a start of the vehicle, the engine is started and the engine ECU attempts to wake up the electronic water pump over the communication link. If the communication connection is interrupted, the electronic water pump cannot be woken up.
In step 220, when the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is interrupted, the electronic water pump cannot be started. If the output power of the engine is too high, the engine water temperature may rise at a fast rate, resulting in damage to the vehicle. In the present disclosure, the output torque of the engine of the vehicle is limited within a preset torque range. For example, the output torque of the engine is limited to 50 n.m. Therefore, the vehicle can continuously run under a lower load, the rising speed of the water temperature of the engine is slowed, the running time of the vehicle is improved, and a user can conveniently drive the vehicle to maintain.
In an implementable embodiment, the controlling the electronic water pump to operate at a preset rotation speed in case of interruption of the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit includes:
under the condition that the duration of interruption of communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit reaches a first preset duration, controlling the electronic water pump to continuously operate at the preset rotating speed; and
and continuously detecting whether the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is recovered or not in the process that the electronic water pump continuously runs at the preset rotating speed.
Here, when the duration of the interruption of the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit reaches a first preset duration, for example, when the interruption of the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit reaches 2s, the electronic water pump is controlled to continuously operate at a preset rotating speed, so that misjudgment caused by conditions such as communication delay can be effectively avoided. And in the process that the electronic water pump runs at the preset rotating speed, whether the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is recovered or not is continuously detected, and when the communication connection is recovered, the electronic water pump can be recovered to be in normal running. And when the communication connection is not recovered, the voltage of the storage battery of the vehicle is detected to reach a preset voltage threshold value, or the power supply of the whole vehicle of the vehicle is powered off, and the electronic water pump is controlled to stop running.
The communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is interrupted, and the communication signal can be not detected. If the communication signal fed back by the electronic water pump cannot be detected within 2s, outputting a fault code for indicating that the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is interrupted, so that a driver can determine the type of the fault of the vehicle according to the fault code.
It should be understood that the fault code may be output whether an interruption in the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is detected during start-up or during operation of the vehicle.
In one implementable embodiment, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the duration of interruption of the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit reaches a second preset duration, outputting prompt information for indicating that the electronic water pump of the vehicle breaks down so as to prompt a driver to overhaul the vehicle.
Here, the duration of interruption of the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit refers to the duration from the detection of the start of the communication interruption. For example, if a communication interruption between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is detected at 14:00:00, a warning message indicating that the electronic water pump of the vehicle is malfunctioning is output at 14:00: 05. Wherein, the electronic water pump of the vehicle can be indicated to be out of order by lighting the failure lamp of the vehicle. The prompt information may also be output in the form of sound, light, or the like.
It should be understood that the prompt message may be output whenever an interruption in the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is detected, whether during the start-up or during the operation of the vehicle.
It should be noted that the first preset time period and the second preset time period may be the same or different, and may be set according to practical applications.
In one implementable embodiment, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit recover communication connection, restarting the electronic water pump for multiple times, and detecting whether the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is interrupted or not in each restarting process;
and if the interruption of the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the electronic control unit is not detected in the process of restarting for many times, stopping outputting the prompt information.
Here, if the electronic water pump is restored to the communication connection with the engine ECU after the vehicle outputs the prompt message for prompting the electronic water pump to malfunction, the engine ECU restarts the electronic water pump a plurality of times in succession, and detects whether the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is interrupted during each restart. If the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is not interrupted in each restarting process, the communication fault can be determined to be eliminated. At the moment, the electronic water pump enters normal starting work, and the fault lamp is turned off.
Therefore, the electronic water pump is restarted for multiple times, for example, through three driving cycles, so that the reliability of the communication connection between the electronic water pump and the engine ECU is verified, and the situation that the communication connection is interrupted again after the vehicle is started is prevented.
