Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the first spur gear 503 is rotatably connected to the fire door panel 2 through a bearing, and the second spur gear 505 is meshed with a latch on the outer side of the first spur gear 503.
In the present embodiment, this structure is provided to rotate the second spur gear 505 to rotate the first spur gear 503.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the connecting hole 502 is connected to the nozzle 501 through a connecting hose 506, and the diameters of the baffle 407 and the inner wall of the connecting hole 502 are equal.
In this embodiment, this structure is provided to allow water to flow through the connection hole 502 and the connection hose 506 to be ejected from the bottom of the spout 501.
Referring to fig. 4, the outer side of the second bevel gear 409 is partially provided with teeth, and the first bevel gear 403 is meshed with the teeth on the outer side of the second bevel gear 409.
In this embodiment, this structure is provided to rotate the first bevel gear 403 to rotate the second bevel gear 409, so that the blocking plate 407 loses shielding of the connection hole 502.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 7, a threaded hole matching with the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod 401 is provided at the bottom of the cross rotating frame 404, and a sliding groove matching with the top end of the cross rotating frame 404 is provided at the bottom of the push plate 402.
In this embodiment, when the bidirectional screw 401 is rotated by providing this structure, the bottom of the cross turret 404 is relatively moved, thereby pushing the push plate 402 to move upward.
Referring to fig. 6, a through hole matching with the L-shaped push rod 504 is provided on the inner side of the first straight gear 503, and a cavity for the expansion spring 510 to expand and contract is provided on the inner side of the first straight gear 503.
In this embodiment, the L-shaped push rod 504 can be moved relative to the first straight gear 503 by providing this structure.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, one side of the connection hole 502 is connected to an external water pipe by threads.
In the present embodiment, the connection of the connection hole 502 with the external water pipe is achieved by providing this structure, thereby supplying water to the spout 501.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before the door frame 1 is installed, the baffle 407 shields the connecting hole 502, so that external impurities are prevented from entering the connecting hose 506 through the connecting hole 502, the door frame 1 can be placed in a door opening when the door frame 1 is installed, at the moment, the worm 405 can be screwed by an external wrench, the worm 405 can drive the bidirectional screw rod 401 to rotate through the worm wheel 406 when rotating, the bottom of the cross rotating frame 404 can be relatively moved when the bidirectional screw rod 401 rotates, the push plate 402 is pushed to move upwards, the top of the push plate 402 is contacted with the top of the door opening, and a gap between the door opening and the door frame is filled, so that the door frame 1 is pre-installed, and the installation time is saved; the bi-directional screw rod 401 can drive the second bevel gear 409 to rotate through the first bevel gear 403 when rotating, so as to enable the baffle 407 to rotate, thereby enabling the connecting hole 502 to lose shielding, providing convenience for the subsequent water flow transportation, when fire spreads around the door frame 1, the handle 3 can be pressed downwards firstly, the handle 3 can drive the first straight gear 503 to rotate through the second straight gear 505 when rotating, at the moment, the first straight gear 503 can drive the L-shaped push rod 504 to rotate, thereby enabling the straight rack 509 to rotate from one side of the third straight gear 508 to the upper side of the third straight gear 508, at the moment, the L-shaped push rod 504 can be pressed, thereby enabling the straight rack 509 to drive the third straight gear 508 to rotate, thereby opening the valve 507, at the moment, the water flow in the external water pipe can flow through the connecting hole 502, the connecting hose 506 is sprayed out by the spray pipe 501, thereby extinguishing the fire around the door frame 1, and providing convenience for the observation of the fire condition.

1. A thermal insulating fire door comprising:
a door frame (1);
the fireproof door plate (2) is arranged on the inner side of the door frame (1);
the handle (3) is arranged at one end of the fireproof door plate (2);
a fireproof glass window (6), wherein the fireproof glass window (6) is arranged on the inner side of the fireproof door plate (2) and is positioned above the handle (3);
the spraying mechanisms (5) are distributed at two ends of the door frame (1) and inside the fireproof door plate (2) and are used for carrying out fire extinguishing treatment on the periphery of the door frame (1); the spraying mechanism (5) comprises a spray pipe (501), a connecting hole (502), a first straight gear (503), an L-shaped push rod (504), a second straight gear (505), a connecting hose (506), a valve (507), a third straight gear (508), a straight rack (509) and a telescopic spring (510), wherein the connecting hole (502) is arranged on one side of the door frame (1), the connecting hose (506) is arranged on one side of the connecting hole (502) and penetrates into the fireproof door plate (2), the valve (507) is arranged on the outer side of the connecting hose (506) and is positioned on the inner side of the fireproof door plate (2), the third straight gear (508) is arranged on one side of the valve (507), the first straight gear (503) is arranged on one end of the fireproof door plate (2) and is positioned on one side of the handle (3), the second straight gear (505) is arranged on the outer side of the handle (3), the L-shaped push rod (504) penetrates through the inner side of the connecting hose (506) to the inner side of the fireproof door plate (2) and is positioned on one end of the first straight gear (503) and is positioned on the telescopic spring (509) which is arranged on one end of the fireproof door plate (2), the spray pipe (501) is arranged at two ends of the door frame (1) and is positioned above the fireproof door plate (2);
the limiting mechanisms (4) are distributed at the top of the door frame (1) and at the inner sides of the connecting holes (502) and are used for limiting the door frame (1); stop gear (4) including two-way lead screw (401), push pedal (402), first bevel gear (403), cross rotating frame (404), worm (405), worm wheel (406), baffle (407), pivot (408), second bevel gear (409), two-way lead screw (401) set up in the top of door frame (1), worm wheel (406) set up in the outside of two-way lead screw (401), worm (405) run through to from the inboard of door frame (1) one end of door frame (1), and be located the below of worm wheel (406), cross rotating frame (404) set up in the outside of two-way lead screw (401), and be located the top of worm wheel (406), push pedal (402) set up in one side of two-way lead screw (401), and be located the top of door frame (1), second bevel gear (409) set up in the top of door frame (1), and be located in first bevel gear (403) are fixed in the bottom of pivot (408) and be located the bottom of baffle (408), the bottom of second bevel gear (408) is fixed in the bottom (408).
2. A fire door according to claim 1, wherein the first spur gear (503) is rotatably connected to the fire door panel (2) by means of bearings, and the second spur gear (505) is engaged with a latch on the outside of the first spur gear (503).
3. A fire door according to claim 2, wherein the connection hole (502) is connected to the nozzle (501) through the connection hose (506), and the baffle (407) has a diameter equal to the diameter of the inner wall of the connection hole (502).
4. A fire door according to claim 3, wherein the second bevel gear (409) is provided with teeth locally on the outside, and the first bevel gear (403) is engaged with the teeth on the outside of the second bevel gear (409).

The heat-insulating fireproof door according to claim 4, wherein a threaded hole matched with the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod (401) is formed in the bottom of the cross rotating frame (404), and a sliding groove matched with the top end of the cross rotating frame (404) is formed in the bottom of the push plate (402).

The heat-insulating fireproof door according to claim 5, wherein a through hole matched with the L-shaped push rod (504) is arranged on the inner side of the first straight gear (503), and a cavity allowing the telescopic spring (510) to expand and contract is arranged on the inner side of the first straight gear (503).
7. A fire door according to claim 6, wherein one side of the connection hole (502) is connected to an external water pipe by means of a screw thread.
