Please refer to fig. 1, 3, 4, and 7, the limiting mechanism 4 includes a bidirectional screw rod 401, a push plate 402, a first bevel gear 403, a cross rotating frame 404, a worm 405, a worm gear 406, a baffle 407, a rotating shaft 408, and a second bevel gear 409, the bidirectional screw rod 401 is disposed on the top of the door frame 1, the worm gear 406 is disposed on the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod 401, the worm 405 penetrates to one end of the door frame 1 from the inner side of the door frame 1 and is located below the worm gear 406, the cross rotating frame 404 is disposed on the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod 401 and is located above the worm gear 406, the push plate 402 is disposed on the top of the cross rotating frame 404, the first bevel gear 403 is disposed on one side of the bidirectional screw rod 401 and is located on the top of the door frame 1, the second bevel gear 409 is disposed on the top of the door frame 1 and is located on one side of the first bevel gear 403, the rotating shaft 408 is fixed on the bottom of the gear 409, the baffle 407 is fixed on the bottom of the second bevel gear 408, and is located inside the connection hole 502.
In this embodiment, when the door frame 1 is placed in a door opening, the worm 405 can be screwed by an external wrench, the worm 405 can drive the bidirectional screw rod 401 to rotate through the worm wheel 406 when rotating, the bottom of the cross rotating frame 404 can move relatively when the bidirectional screw rod 401 rotates, so that the push plate 402 is pushed to move upwards, the top of the push plate 402 is in contact with the top of the door opening, and thus a gap between the door opening and the door frame is filled, thereby pre-installation of the door frame 1 is realized, so that a large amount of time is saved, the bidirectional screw rod 401 can drive the second bevel gear 409 to rotate through the first bevel gear 403 when rotating, so that the baffle 407 rotates, so that the connecting hole 502 is not blocked, and convenience is provided for conveying of subsequent water flow.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 5, the first spur gear 503 is rotatably connected to the fire door panel 2 through a bearing, and the second spur gear 505 is engaged with the latch outside the first spur gear 503.
In the present embodiment, this structure is provided to rotate the second spur gear 505, so as to rotate the first spur gear 503.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the connection hole 502 is connected to the nozzle 501 through the connection hose 506, and the diameter of the baffle 407 is equal to the diameter of the inner wall of the connection hole 502.
In this embodiment, the structure is arranged to make the water flow through the connection hole 502 and the connection hose 506 to be sprayed out from the bottom of the spray pipe 501.
Referring to fig. 4, the outer side of the second bevel gear 409 is partially provided with a latch, and the first bevel gear 403 is engaged with the latch on the outer side of the second bevel gear 409.
In the present embodiment, this structure is provided to rotate the first bevel gear 403 and drive the second bevel gear 409 to rotate, so that the blocking plate 407 loses the shielding of the connection hole 502.
Please refer to fig. 1, 3 and 7, a threaded hole matched with the outer side of the bidirectional screw 401 is formed at the bottom of the cross rotating frame 404, and a sliding groove matched with the top end of the cross rotating frame 404 is formed at the bottom of the push plate 402.
In this embodiment, when the bidirectional screw 401 is rotated by providing such a structure, the bottom of the cross turret 404 is relatively moved, thereby pushing the push plate 402 to move upward.
Please refer to fig. 6, a through hole matching with the L-shaped push rod 504 is disposed inside the first straight gear 503, and a cavity for the extension spring 510 to extend is disposed inside the first straight gear 503.
In the present embodiment, the L-shaped push rod 504 can be moved relative to the first straight gear 503 by providing this structure.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 4, one side of the connection hole 502 is connected to an external water pipe through a screw.
In the present embodiment, the connection between the connection hole 502 and the external water pipe is achieved by providing such a structure, so as to supply water to the nozzle 501.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before the door frame 1 is installed, the baffle 407 can shield the connecting hole 502 to prevent external impurities from entering the connecting hose 506 through the connecting hole 502, when the door frame 1 is installed, the door frame 1 can be placed in a door opening, the worm 405 can be screwed by an external wrench, the worm 405 can drive the bidirectional screw rod 401 to rotate through the worm gear 406 when rotating, and when the bidirectional screw rod 401 rotates, the bottom of the cross-shaped rotating frame 404 can move relatively to push the push plate 402 to move upwards, so that the top of the push plate 402 is in contact with the top of the door opening, and a gap between the door opening and the door frame is filled, so that the door frame 1 is pre-installed, and the installation time is saved; the two-way screw 401 can drive the second bevel gear 409 to rotate through the first bevel gear 403 when rotating, so as to rotate the baffle 407, thereby the connecting hole 502 is not blocked, which provides convenience for the subsequent water flow, when a fire spreads to the periphery of the door frame 1, the handle 3 can be pressed downwards first, when the handle 3 rotates, the first spur gear 503 can be driven by the second spur gear 505 to rotate, at this time, the first spur gear 503 can drive the L-shaped push rod 504 to rotate, so as to rotate the spur rack 509 from one side of the third spur gear 508 to the upper side of the third spur gear 508, at this time, the L-shaped push rod 504 is pressed, thereby the spur rack 509 can drive the third spur gear 508 to rotate, thereby the valve 507 is opened, at this time, the water flow in the external water pipe can flow through the connecting hole 502, the connecting hose 506 is ejected from the spray pipe 501, so as to extinguish the fire around the door frame 1, thereby providing convenience for observing the fire.

a door frame (1);
the fireproof door panel (2) is arranged on the inner side of the door frame (1);

and the limiting mechanisms (4) are distributed on the top of the door frame (1) and the inner sides of the connecting holes (502) and used for limiting the door frame (1).

The heat-insulation fireproof door according to claim 1, wherein the spraying mechanism (5) comprises a spraying pipe (501), a connecting hole (502), a first spur gear (503), an L-shaped push rod (504), a second spur gear (505), a connecting hose (506), a valve (507), a third spur gear (508), a spur rack (509) and a telescopic spring (510), the connecting hole (502) is arranged on one side of the door frame (1), the connecting hose (506) is arranged on one side of the connecting hole (502) and penetrates into the fireproof door panel (2), the valve (507) is arranged on the outer side of the connecting hose (506) and is positioned on the inner side of the fireproof door panel (2), the third spur gear (508) is arranged on one side of the valve (507), the first spur gear (503) is arranged on one end of the fireproof door panel (2), and be located one side of handle (3), second spur gear (505) set up in the outside of handle (3), L shape push rod (504) certainly the one end of first spur gear (503) is run through to the inboard of fire door plant (2), spur rack (509) are fixed in the one end of L shape push rod (504), and are located the inboard of fire door plant (2), expanding spring (510) set up in the inboard of first spur gear (503), and cup joint in the outside of L shape push rod (504), spray tube (501) set up in the both ends of door frame (1), and be located the top of fire door plant (2).

The heat-insulation fireproof door according to claim 2, wherein the limiting mechanism (4) comprises a bidirectional screw rod (401), a push plate (402), a first bevel gear (403), a cross rotating frame (404), a worm (405), a worm wheel (406), a baffle (407), a rotating shaft (408) and a second bevel gear (409), the bidirectional screw rod (401) is arranged at the top of the door frame (1), the worm wheel (406) is arranged at the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod (401), the worm (405) penetrates from the inner side of the door frame (1) to one end of the door frame (1) and is positioned below the worm wheel (406), the cross rotating frame (404) is arranged at the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod (401) and is positioned above the worm wheel (406), the push plate (402) is arranged at the top of the cross rotating frame (404), the first bevel gear (403) is arranged on one side of the two-way screw rod (401) and located on the top of the door frame (1), the second bevel gear (409) is arranged on the top of the door frame (1) and located on one side of the first bevel gear (403), the rotating shaft (408) is fixed to the bottom of the second bevel gear (409), and the baffle (407) is fixed to the bottom of the rotating shaft (408) and located on the inner side of the connecting hole (502).
4. The heat insulation fireproof door according to claim 2, wherein the first spur gear (503) is rotatably connected with the fireproof door panel (2) through a bearing, and the second spur gear (505) is meshed with a latch outside the first spur gear (503).
5. The door as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said connection hole (502) is connected to said nozzle (501) by means of said connection hose (506), said baffle (407) having a diameter equal to the inner wall of said connection hole (502).
6. The heat-insulation fireproof door according to claim 3, wherein a latch is partially arranged on the outer side of the second bevel gear (409), and the first bevel gear (403) is meshed with the latch on the outer side of the second bevel gear (409).

The heat-insulation fireproof door according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of the cross rotating frame (404) is provided with a threaded hole matched with the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod (401), and the bottom of the push plate (402) is provided with a sliding groove matched with the top end of the cross rotating frame (404).
