Description

Photo-biodegradable plastic film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic films, in particular to a photo-biodegradable plastic film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In daily life, plastic products have penetrated into the aspects of our lives, and various plastic products bring convenience to our lives, such as plastic shopping bags, plastic cups, disposable lunch boxes in life, agricultural films in production, plastic containers, plastic components and the like. However, most plastics are difficult to degrade, and a large amount of white garbage is generated after the plastics are discarded, so that great harm is generated to the ecological environment and animals and plants in the nature.
The plastic product has the advantages of strong stability, light weight, low production cost and the like, thereby being deeply favored by people. However, due to the chemical stability of the general-purpose plastic, the general-purpose plastic can exist in the environment stably for a long time after being abandoned, so that a large amount of plastic waste is accumulated in the environment, and serious harm is brought to the environment.
In order to cope with the gradually serious white pollution, degradable plastics are produced. The degradable plastic is a plastic which has various properties meeting the use requirements, has unchanged performance in the preservation period and can be degraded into substances harmless to the environment under the natural environment condition after use. According to the environment condition of degradation, the degradable plastics can be divided into three categories: photodegradable plastics, biodegradable plastics and photo-biodegradable plastics. The photodegradable plastic is degraded and decomposed under the irradiation of sunlight, cracks appear on the surface of the material, the mechanical property is seriously reduced, and then the material is crushed to achieve the purpose of decomposition, but the photodegradable residue can not be effectively decomposed by microorganisms in the nature, has high dependence on the irradiation of light, and can not be degraded under the condition without the irradiation of light; biodegradation means that under the natural environment, plastics are degraded and assimilated through physical, chemical or biological actions under the action of microorganisms, but the plastics are decomposed by the microorganisms and only added bioactive substances are added, and polymers are not decomposed, and finally, the polymers are changed into small blocks and broken blocks from large blocks and whole blocks, which is not beneficial to recycling and treatment, thereby causing more problems to the environment. The photo-biodegradable plastic can be subjected to photo-degradation under the condition of illumination and can be subjected to biological decomposition under the condition of no illumination. Compared with single photodegradable plastic and biodegradable plastic, the degradation speed and the degradation degree are higher.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the photo-biodegradable plastic film, which mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) adding polyvinyl alcohol, iron dibutyldithiocarbamate, a compatilizer and a lubricant into a parallel double-screw extruder, and carrying out melt blending extrusion granulation to prepare photosensitizer modified FeDBC/PVA;
(2) pre-blending corn starch and a starch plasticizer, standing for a period of time, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder for granulation, and preparing modified plasticized starch;
(3) uniformly mixing and stirring the photosensitizer modified FeDBC/PVA blending master batch prepared in the step (1), the modified plasticized starch prepared in the step (2), resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate) and a lubricant at a high speed;

(5) adopting a film blowing machine to obtain the degradable plastic film from the film blowing material prepared in the step (4), and controlling the film blowing temperature to be close to 160 ℃;
(6) and (5) cooling the degradable plastic film prepared in the step (5), and slitting and rolling.
Compared with the existing degradable plastic film, the invention has the innovation points that: 1. the light-biological dual degradation effect is realized by adding photosensitizer iron dibutyl dithiocarbamate and modified starch, and the environmental protection effect is improved.
2. The resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate) is added to improve the flame retardant property of the degradable plastic film.
