Abstract
The invention discloses a water-soluble adjustable polyvinyl alcohol film, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 20-40 parts of compound plasticizer, 1-5 parts of processing lubricant, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of opening agent and 0.5-2 parts of slipping agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-soluble adjustable polyvinyl alcohol film, which comprises the steps of weighing the raw material components according to a formula, putting the raw material components into a high-speed mixer, uniformly mixing the raw material components, discharging the mixture, and then sequentially carrying out extrusion granulation by a double-screw extruder and blow molding by a film blowing machine to obtain the water-soluble adjustable polyvinyl alcohol film. The water solubility of the polyvinyl alcohol film prepared by the invention can be regulated and controlled according to raw material components, and the polyvinyl alcohol film has excellent mechanical properties and can be used for shopping bags with different water solubilities.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a polyvinyl alcohol film and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing awareness of people's living standards and environmental protection, white pollution caused by plastic packaging materials is more and more important, so that the requirements for green packaging materials in the field of packaging are higher and higher, and the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol packaging film is used as a novel degradable green packaging material, is safe and convenient to use, has good water solubility and biodegradability, and is widely used for packaging various products in developed countries such as Europe, America, Japan and the like, such as pesticides, detergents, water treatment agents and the like. However, the existing water-soluble film has the problems of bubble generation, uneven thickness and the like in the production, poor tensile strength, poor solubility, long hydrolysis time and partial pollution, and the problems are directly applied to the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film. At present, the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film is mainly formed by solution tape casting, the forming process and the formula are simple and easy to operate, but the development of the process is always limited by the defects of long production period, low production efficiency, high energy consumption and the like. With the development of PVA modification technology, the process for preparing the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film by blow molding is carried out at the same time, and the advantage in the aspect of cost control is quite obvious. However, the blow molding technology of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film is not mature at present, continuous production is difficult to realize, traditional film blowing equipment needs to be upgraded and modified, and the film produced by blow molding and the film produced by solution casting technology have great difference, for example, the water solubility is much worse than that of the film produced by solution casting technology, so that the film cannot completely replace the film produced by the solution casting technology.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the existing blow molding water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film, replace the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film formed by solution and provide the polyvinyl alcohol film with adjustable water solubility.
The invention solves the technical problem and provides a preparation method of the polyvinyl alcohol film.

a water-soluble adjustable polyvinyl alcohol film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 20-40 parts of compound plasticizer, 1-5 parts of processing lubricant, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of opening agent and 0.5-2 parts of slipping agent.
Wherein, the polyvinyl alcohol powder is a composition of partial alcoholysis type polyvinyl alcohol with different polymerization degrees.
Wherein the compound plasticizer is a compound of glycerol, polyethylene glycol with molecular weight less than 600 or low molecular weight polypropylene glycol, and an amide reagent.
Wherein, the processing lubricant is at least one of polyethylene glycol and polyethylene wax with molecular weight more than 1000.
Wherein the antioxidant is a composition of hindered phenol antioxidant and phosphite ester antioxidant containing benzene ring.
Wherein the opening agent is at least one of stearamide, oleamide and erucamide.
Wherein the slipping agent is at least one of talcum powder, white carbon black and titanium dioxide.
The preparation method of the water-soluble adjustable polyvinyl alcohol film comprises the following steps:
(1) 100 parts of partial alcoholysis type polyvinyl alcohol powder with different polymerization degrees are placed in a high-speed mixer, 1-5 parts of processing lubricant, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of opening agent and 0.1-1 part of slipping agent are sequentially added into a high-speed mixer, the mixture is mixed for 1-5 minutes at a high speed, the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, 20-40 parts of compound plasticizer are slowly added into the high-speed mixer, and the mixture is continuously mixed for 10-30 minutes and uniformly mixed after the addition is finished.
(2) And (2) conveying the mixed material obtained in the step (1) to a double-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating to obtain the modified polyvinyl alcohol material capable of being subjected to blow molding.
(3) Adding the modified polyvinyl alcohol material obtained in the step (2) into a film blowing machine, and performing blow molding to obtain the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film.
The extrusion granulation temperature in the step (2) is 80 ℃/120 ℃/150 ℃/160 ℃/170 ℃/175 ℃/175 ℃/170 ℃/170 ℃/165 ℃.
In the step (3), the film blowing temperature is 170 ℃/175 ℃/175 ℃/175 ℃/170 ℃.
The invention further aims to solve the technical problem of providing a polyvinyl alcohol film with adjustable water solubility, which can meet the packaging requirements of different water-soluble products and the requirements of different application fields.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the water solubility of the polyvinyl alcohol film with adjustable water solubility can be adjusted according to a formula and a process, and the polyvinyl alcohol film with adjustable water solubility is more excellent and can be comparable to a polyvinyl alcohol film formed by solution tape casting.
2. The polyvinyl alcohol film prepared by the invention has high production efficiency and low raw material cost, and has obvious price advantage compared with the prior solution tape-casting film and other completely biodegradable films.
3. All the components adopted by the invention are nontoxic and harmless, have good biocompatibility and degradability, and meet the requirement of environmental protection.

Claims (10)
1. The water-solubility-controllable polyvinyl alcohol film is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 20-40 parts of compound plasticizer, 1-5 parts of processing lubricant, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of opening agent and 0.5-2 parts of slipping agent.

3. The water-soluble controllable polyvinyl alcohol film according to claim 1, wherein the compounded plasticizer is a compound of glycerol, polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of less than 600 or low molecular weight polypropylene glycol, or an amide reagent.
4. The adjustable water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film according to claim 1, wherein the processing lubricant is at least one of polyethylene glycol and polyethylene wax having a molecular weight greater than 1000.
5. The water-soluble controllable polyvinyl alcohol film as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is a combination of hindered phenol antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant containing benzene ring.

8. The method for preparing the water-soluble controllable polyvinyl alcohol film according to claims 1-7, comprising the following steps:
