一种从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的系统和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的系统和方法,尤其涉及一种利用低温精馏法提取氢气的系统和方法。
背景技术
合成氨生产过程中合成气循环使用,因此必须有部分尾气排放以保证氨合成反应的正常进行。而这部分尾气中一般含有氨、甲烷、氢气、氩气、氮气等气体。由于目前尾气大多直接排放至空气中,不但造成了环境污染,同时也是一种资源浪费。
氢气在冶金、化学工业等方面有着广泛的应用,并且是一种重要的新型燃料。而采用精馏是进行气体分离的常规方式,现有技术中存在多篇文献涉及利用精馏法对合成氨尾气进行氢气的提取,但是其提出的氢气浓度偏低,例如US20190003766 A1在辅助精馏塔顶部获得约7:1的N2/H2气体流,因此当需要对该气体流再回收利用时,必然需要后续再纯化步骤对氢气提浓。其次,现有合成氨尾气提氢工艺中较少涉及热源、冷源的再利用问题,造成了能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的全部或部分不足,提供一种利用低温精馏法从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的系统和方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明一方面提供了一种从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的系统,所述系统包括主换热器、分离罐、氢气塔、塔顶分离罐、塔底分离罐和容纳上述部件的冷箱;所述主换热器与所述分离罐通过管线连接,脱氨后的合成氨尾气经所述主换热器冷却成气液两相混合物,所述气液两相混合物进入所述分离罐并完成气液分离;所述分离罐底部液体出口与所述氢气塔下部连接以将气液分离后的液体输入至所述氢气塔下部,所述分离罐顶部气体出口与所述氢气塔中部连接以将气液分离后的气体进入所述氢气塔中部;所述氢气塔底部设置有蒸发器、顶部设置有冷凝器,所述氢气塔塔顶氢气出口与所述主换热器通过管线连接,部分塔顶氢气经所述塔顶氢气出口返流进入所述主换热器,在冷却所述合成氨尾气的同时,自身复热后作为产品氢气排出;所述塔顶分离罐中部具有液氮注入口,所述塔顶分离罐底部液体出口与所述冷凝器入口连接,所述塔顶分离罐顶部气体出口与所述主换热器通过管线连接、并进一步与所述冷箱外氮压机的入口连接;所述氮压机的出口经所述主换热器与所述塔底分离罐连接,所述塔底分离罐顶部气体出口与所述蒸发器入口连接以提供热源,所述蒸发器出口与所述塔顶分离罐连接,所述塔底分离罐底部液体出口与所述氢气塔上部连接。
所述氢气塔为填料塔,所述氢气塔底部设置有塔底液出口。
和所述塔顶分离罐顶部气体出口连接的管线与和所述冷凝器出口连接的管线汇合后与所述主换热器连接、并进一步与所述冷箱外的氮压机入口连接。
所述氢气塔塔顶氢气出口与所述主换热器连接的管线上设置有第一调节阀,所述塔顶分离罐与所述冷凝器入口连接的管线上设置有第二调节阀;所述氢气塔的回流比通过所述第一调节阀和所述第二调节阀进行调节。
所述主换热器为铝质板翅式高效主换热器,其换热效率高,节约了装置的冷量损失。
另一方面,本发明提供了一种从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的方法,所述方法包括以下流程:吸附脱氨后的合成氨尾气进入所述冷箱,所述合成氨尾气经过所述主换热器被冷却为气液两相混合物,所述气液两相混合物经过所述分离罐完成气液分离,其中,所述分离罐底部液体进入所述氢气塔下部,所述分离罐顶部气体进入所述氢气塔中部,塔顶氢气一部分返流进入所述主换热器,在冷却所述合成氨尾气、自身复热后作为产品氢气出所述冷箱,塔顶氢气另一部分在所述冷凝器中冷凝后,作为所述氢气塔的回流液;所述合成氨尾气分离所需的冷量来自于液氮,所述液氮被注入到所述塔顶分离罐中,从所述塔顶分离罐底部流出的液氮进入到所述冷凝器,冷凝所述氢气塔中的部分上升气作为回流液,所述液氮吸收热量被气化;气化后的氮气经所述主换热器复热出冷箱,而后通过氮压机升压后再次进入所述主换热器,换热冷却后的液氮进入到所述塔底分离罐中;所述塔底分离罐顶部氮气进入所述蒸发器,为塔底液提供热源,氮气释放热量转为液氮后回到所述塔顶分离罐中;所述塔底分离罐底部液氮进入所述氢气塔的顶部,至此液氮完成整个循环。
所述吸附脱氨后的合成氨尾气温度为309~315K,压力为1.1~1.3MPa,主要组分为甲烷、氢气、氩气、氮气。
所述合成氨尾气经过所述主换热器被冷却为约89K的气液两相混合物,所述气液两相混合物中气相约占40%,液相约占60%。
所述氢气塔的操作压力控制在1.0MPa左右,100K、0.2MPa液氮被注入到所述塔顶分离罐中,气化后的氮气经所述主换热器复热至307K出冷箱,而后通过氮压机升压至3.0MPa后再次进入所述主换热器,换热冷却后液氮经过节流阀节流至1.8MPa进入到所述塔底分离罐,所述塔底分离罐的顶部氮气为114K。
通过低温精馏,所述氢气塔顶部得到的氢气纯度达到90%左右,其余为氮气;所述氢气塔底部得到的甲烷、氩气的混合液体经节流阀节流后送出所述冷箱。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.利用低温精馏法,从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的工艺流程,提取的氢气纯度达到90%左右(其余为氮气),压力为1.0MPa,可供原合成氨装置或其他用户使用,为用户创造了更高收益;
2.氮气作为塔底蒸发器的热源,液氮作为塔顶冷凝器的冷源,冷热源物料为同一种物质,易于操作,且实现了能源的高效循环利用;
3.高效铝质板翅式主换热器,换热效率高,节约了装置的冷量损失;
4.氢气塔使用高效填料,入塔物料以液态和气态两种形式参与精馏,低温精馏分离效果好,操作弹性范围可达50%~120%。

如图1所示,一种从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的系统,所述系统包括主换热器(2)、分离罐(3)、氢气塔(4)、塔顶分离罐(7)、塔底分离罐(8)和容纳上述部件的冷箱(1);所述主换热器(2)与所述分离罐(3)通过管线连接,脱氨后的合成氨尾气经所述主换热器(2)冷却成气液两相混合物,所述气液两相混合物进入所述分离罐(3)并完成气液分离;所述分离罐(3)底部液体出口与所述氢气塔(4)下部连接以将气液分离后的液体输入至所述氢气塔(4)下部,所述分离罐(3)顶部气体出口与所述氢气塔(4)中部连接以将气液分离后的气体进入所述氢气塔(4)中部;所述氢气塔(4)底部设置有蒸发器(5)、顶部设置有冷凝器(6),所述氢气塔(4)塔顶氢气出口与所述主换热器(2)通过管线连接,部分塔顶氢气经所述塔顶氢气出口返流进入所述主换热器,在冷却所述合成氨尾气的同时,自身复热后作为产品氢气排出;所述塔顶分离罐(7)中部具有液氮注入口,所述塔顶分离罐(7)底部液体出口与所述冷凝器(6)入口连接,所述塔顶分离罐(7)顶部气体出口与所述主换热器(2)通过管线连接、并进一步与所述冷箱(1)外氮压机的入口连接;所述氮压机的出口经所述主换热器(2)与所述塔底分离罐(8)连接,所述塔底分离罐(8)顶部气体出口与所述蒸发器(5)入口连接以提供热源,所述蒸发器(5)出口与所述塔顶分离罐(7)连接,所述塔底分离罐(8)底部液体出口与所述氢气塔(4)上部连接。
所述氢气塔(4)为填料塔,所述氢气塔(4)底部设置有塔底液出口。
和所述塔顶分离罐(7)顶部气体出口连接的管线与和所述冷凝器(6)出口连接的管线汇合后与所述主换热器(2)连接、并进一步与所述冷箱(1)外的氮压机入口连接。
所述氢气塔(4)塔顶氢气出口与所述主换热器(2)连接的管线上设置有第一调节阀(9),所述塔顶分离罐(7)与所述冷凝器(6)入口连接的管线上设置有第二调节阀(10);所述氢气塔(4)的回流比通过所述第一调节阀(9)和所述第二调节阀(10)进行调节。
所述主换热器(2)为铝质板翅式高效主换热器。
本发明提供的从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的方法,包括以下流程:吸附脱氨后的合成氨尾气(310K,1.2MPa,主要组分为甲烷、氢气、氩气、氮气)进入所述冷箱(1),所述合成氨尾气经过所述主换热器(2)被冷却为约89K的气液两相混合物(气相约占40%,液相约占60%),所述气液两相混合物经过所述分离罐(3)完成气液分离,其中,所述分离罐(3)底部液体进入所述氢气塔(4)下部,所述分离罐(3)顶部气体进入所述氢气塔(4)中部,所述氢气塔4的操作压力控制在1.0MPa左右,塔顶氢气一部分返流进入所述主换热器(2),在冷却所述合成氨尾气、自身复热后作为产品氢气出所述冷箱(1),塔顶氢气另一部分在所述冷凝器(6)中冷凝后,作为所述氢气塔(4)的回流液;所述合成氨尾气分离所需的冷量来自于液氮,100K、0.2MPa的所述液氮被注入到所述塔顶分离罐(7)中,从所述塔顶分离罐(7)底部流出的液氮进入到所述冷凝器(6),冷凝所述氢气塔(4)中的部分上升气作为回流液,所述液氮吸收热量被气化;气化后的氮气经所述主换热器(2)复热307K出冷箱(1),而后通过氮压机升压至3.0MPa后再次进入所述主换热器(2),换热冷却后的液氮经过节流阀节流至1.8MPa进入到所述塔底分离罐(8)中;所述塔底分离罐(8)顶部氮气(114K)进入所述蒸发器(5),为塔底液提供热源,氮气释放热量转为液氮后回到所述塔顶分离罐(7)中;所述塔底分离罐(8)底部液氮进入所述氢气塔(4)的顶部,至此液氮完成整个循环。所述氢气塔(4)底部得到的甲烷、氩气的混合液体经节流阀节流后送出所述冷箱(1)。

Claims (8)

1.一种从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括主换热器(2)、分离罐(3)、氢气塔(4)、塔顶分离罐(7)、塔底分离罐(8)和容纳上述部件的冷箱(1);所述主换热器(2)为铝质板翅式高效主换热器,所述主换热器(2)与所述分离罐(3)通过管线连接,脱氨后的合成氨尾气经所述主换热器(2)冷却成气液两相混合物,所述气液两相混合物进入所述分离罐(3)并完成气液分离;所述分离罐(3)底部液体出口与所述氢气塔(4)下部连接以将气液分离后的液体输入至所述氢气塔(4)下部,所述分离罐(3)顶部气体出口与所述氢气塔(4)中部连接以将气液分离后的气体进入所述氢气塔(4)中部;所述氢气塔(4)底部设置有蒸发器(5)、顶部设置有冷凝器(6),所述氢气塔(4)塔顶氢气出口与所述主换热器(2)通过管线连接,部分塔顶氢气经所述塔顶氢气出口返流进入所述主换热器,在冷却所述合成氨尾气的同时,自身复热后作为产品氢气排出;所述塔顶分离罐(7)中部具有液氮注入口,所述塔顶分离罐(7)底部液体出口与所述冷凝器(6)入口连接,所述塔顶分离罐(7)顶部气体出口与所述主换热器(2)通过管线连接、并进一步与所述冷箱(1)外氮压机的入口连接;所述氮压机的出口经所述主换热器(2)与所述塔底分离罐(8)连接,所述塔底分离罐(8)顶部气体出口与所述蒸发器(5)入口连接以提供热源,所述蒸发器(5)出口与所述塔顶分离罐(7)连接,所述塔底分离罐(8)底部液体出口与所述氢气塔(4)上部连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述氢气塔(4)为填料塔,所述氢气塔(4)底部设置有塔底液出口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其特征在于,和所述塔顶分离罐(7)顶部气体出口连接的管线与和所述冷凝器(6)出口连接的管线汇合后与所述主换热器(2)连接、并进一步与所述冷箱(1)外的氮压机入口连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述氢气塔(4)塔顶氢气出口与所述主换热器(2)连接的管线上设置有第一调节阀(9),所述塔顶分离罐(7)与所述冷凝器(6)入口连接的管线上设置有第二调节阀(10);所述氢气塔(4)的回流比通过所述第一调节阀(9)和所述第二调节阀(10)进行调节。
5.一种从合成氨尾气中提取氢气的方法,其采用权利要求1-4中任一所述系统,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下流程:吸附脱氨后的合成氨尾气进入所述冷箱(1),所述合成氨尾气经过所述主换热器(2)被冷却为气液两相混合物,所述气液两相混合物经过所述分离罐(3)完成气液分离,其中,所述分离罐(3)底部液体进入所述氢气塔(4)下部,所述分离罐(3)顶部气体进入所述氢气塔(4)中部,所述氢气塔(4)的操作压力控制在1.0MPa左右,塔顶氢气一部分返流进入所述主换热器(2),在冷却所述合成氨尾气、自身复热后作为产品氢气出所述冷箱(1),塔顶氢气另一部分在所述冷凝器(6)中冷凝后,作为所述氢气塔(4)的回流液;所述合成氨尾气分离所需的冷量来自于液氮,100K、0.2MPa所述液氮被注入到所述塔顶分离罐(7)中,从所述塔顶分离罐(7)底部流出的液氮进入到所述冷凝器(6),冷凝所述氢气塔(4)中的部分上升气作为回流液,所述液氮吸收热量被气化;气化后的氮气经所述主换热器(2)复热至307K出冷箱(1),而后通过氮压机升压至3.0MPa后再次进入所述主换热器(2),换热冷却后的液氮经过节流阀节流至1.8MPa进入到所述塔底分离罐(8)中;所述塔底分离罐(8)顶部氮气为114K进入所述蒸发器(5),为塔底液提供热源,氮气释放热量转为液氮后回到所述塔顶分离罐(7)中;所述塔底分离罐(8)底部液氮进入所述氢气塔(4)的顶部,至此液氮完成整个循环。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述吸附脱氨后的合成氨尾气温度为309~315K,压力为1.1~1.3MPa,主要组分为甲烷、氢气、氩气、氮气。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述合成氨尾气经过所述主换热器(2)被冷却为约89K的气液两相混合物,所述气液两相混合物中气相约占40%,液相约占60%。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,通过低温精馏,所述氢气塔(4)顶部得到的氢气纯度达到90%左右,其余为氮气;所述氢气塔(4)底部得到的甲烷、氩气的混合液体经节流阀节流后送出所述冷箱(1)。
