Claims (8)

1. A dustbin is characterized by comprising a first shell with a semicircular cross section, a second shell and a third shell, wherein the second shell and the third shell are spliced with the first shell and have a quarter-circle cross section; the first shell, the second shell and the third shell are spliced to form a cylindrical barrel with an opening at the upper end; the bottom of the first shell is provided with a driving module which is used for controlling the second shell and the third shell to be spliced or separated with or from the first shell; a ferrule is arranged at the upper end of the second shell, a clamping jaw assembly is arranged in the ferrule and used for clamping an opening of a garbage bag; when the first shell, the second shell and the third shell are combined, the clamping jaw assembly stretches the upper end opening of the garbage bag, and when the first shell, the second shell and the third shell are separated, the clamping jaw assembly shrinks the upper end opening of the garbage bag; a first electric push rod is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the first shell along the vertical direction, a second electric push rod is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the second shell along the vertical direction, and a third electric push rod is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the third shell along the vertical direction; and when the first electric push rod is contracted, the transmission module controls the driving module to drive the second shell, the third shell and the first shell to be spliced.

The trash bin of claim 1, wherein the clamping jaw assembly comprises a first shaft rod, the first shaft rod is fixedly arranged inside the second shell along the vertical direction, a convex sleeve extending downwards and sleeved on the first shaft rod is arranged at the lower end of the ferrule, a first torsion spring is arranged between the convex sleeve and the first shaft rod, and the first torsion spring is used for forcing the convex sleeve to drive the ferrule to turn towards the outside of the second shell; the upper end of the first shaft lever extends out of the upper end face of the ferrule and is fixedly provided with a horizontal deflector rod; the upper end of the ferrule is provided with a limiting sliding groove with an inverted T-shaped section, a first sliding block and a plurality of second sliding blocks are connected in the limiting sliding groove in a sliding manner along the circumferential direction of the ferrule, and the first sliding block is close to the upper end of the first shaft lever; each second sliding block is hinged with two first connecting rods which are positioned in the same horizontal plane, and the end parts of the two first connecting rods, which are close to each other, are provided with first convex teeth which are meshed with each other; a second connecting rod in a horizontal plane is hinged to the first sliding block; and clamping block assemblies are arranged between the horizontal deflector rod and the adjacent first connecting rod, between the second connecting rod and the adjacent first connecting rod and between the two adjacent first connecting rods.

The trash bin of claim 2, wherein the clamp block assemblies are evenly distributed along the circumference of the collar when the first housing, the second housing and the third housing are assembled, and the clamp block assemblies are close to the first shaft in a counterclockwise direction when the first housing, the second housing and the third housing are separated.

The trash bin of claim 2, wherein the clamping block assembly comprises a first clamping block, a protruding shaft extending downwards is arranged at the lower end of the first clamping block, and the horizontal deflector rod and the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the first connecting rod, and the two first connecting rods are hinged to the protruding shaft; the first clamping block is provided with a second clamping block and a second torsion spring for forcing the second clamping block to press towards the first clamping block; the first clamping block and the second clamping block are used for clamping the garbage bag.
