The gluing component 3 is necessary because the gluing component 3 can increase the primary positioning of the left side wing 61 and the right side wing 62 of the carton and the front side wing 63 and the rear side wing 64 of the carton, and because the sealing force provided by the tape sealing is limited, and in the actual production, if the heavy object carried in the carton 6 is heavy, the bearing capacity of the carton 6 is difficult to ensure by only one light and thin tape, and the problem that the bottom of the carton 6 is exposed in the middle of the use process is more difficult to ensure; in the production process, it is found that if the side wings of the carton 6 are not limited before the glue sealing assembly 4 starts to perform glue sealing operation on the carton 6, the anti-interference capability is weak, and the side wings are prone to deviation, so that the glue sealing position of the glue sealing assembly 4 is not uniform, and the glue sealing effect is poor, therefore, the glue sealing assembly 3 is additionally arranged between the front folding part 22 and the back folding part 23, and the relative positions of the left side wing 61 of the carton and the right side wing 62 of the carton can be roughly positioned, so that the relative positions of the left side wing 61 of the carton and the right side wing 62 of the carton are fixed before entering the glue sealing assembly 4. The glue sealing assembly 4 can simultaneously perform glue sealing operation on the upper surface and the lower surface of the carton 6 so as to reduce repeated operation and improve the glue sealing efficiency of the carton 6.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the front end of the frame assembly 1 is provided with a bottom driving belt assembly 11, the bottom driving belt assembly 11 includes a first driving belt 111, and an upper surface of the first driving belt 111 is in contact with a lower surface of the carton 6; two-sided driving belt assemblies 12 are arranged on the left and right sides of the rack assembly 1, the two-sided driving belt assemblies 12 comprise second driving belts 121, and the side surfaces of the second driving belts 121 are in contact with the side surfaces of the cartons 6; the sealing glue assembly 4 is provided with an upper driving belt assembly 42, the upper driving belt assembly 42 comprises a fourth driving belt 421, and the bottom surface of the fourth driving belt 421 is in contact with the upper surface of the carton 6.
In this specific embodiment, the first driving belt 111, the second driving belt 121, and the fourth driving belt 421 are preferably made of belts, and the surfaces of the belts are provided with a frosted surface for increasing friction force, so as to increase the friction force between the first driving belt 111, the second driving belt 121, and the fourth driving belt 421 and the carton 6, and prevent the relative sliding from occurring, which affects the yield of the final carton 6.
Considering the production efficiency and the anti-interference capability, on the premise that the yield can be ensured, the moving speed of the paper box 6 in the box sealing machine is as fast as possible, so that the bottom driving belt assembly 11 is set to drive the paper box 6 to enter the folding assembly 2, and in the glue sealing assembly 4, the paper box 6 and the high-speed running paper box 6 which are used for coping with heavy load cannot slide relatively in the glue sealing assembly 4, so that the position deviation is caused, and the two-side driving belt assembly 12 and the upper driving belt assembly 42 are set to drive the paper box 6 to move, and the sliding is prevented while the efficiency is considered.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the rear folding mechanism 222 includes a rear folding link 2221, a rear folding plate 2222 and a first driving part 2225, in this preferred embodiment, the first driving part 2225 is selected to be an air cylinder, one end of the rear folding link 2221 is rotatably connected to the first driving part 2225, the other end of the rear folding link 2221 is connected to the rear folding plate 2222, the middle part of the rear folding link 2221 is rotatably connected to the front and rear folding parts 22, and the rear folding plate 2222 is adapted to turn the rear side flap 64 of the carton.
As shown in fig. 1, the solid line part shows that the rear folding link 2221 is in the initial state, and the dotted line part shows that the rear folding link 2221 is driven by the first driving part 2225 to rotate, and the rear folding link 2221 drives the rear folding plate 2222 to contact the rear carton side flap 64, so that the rear carton side flap 64 is relatively turned over, and the cover folding operation is completed.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, the rear folding link 2221 is provided with a plurality of link adjustment holes 2223, the rear folding mechanism 222 includes a link adjustment shaft 2224, the link adjustment shaft 2224 passes through any one of the link adjustment holes 2223, and the rear folding link 2221 is rotatably connected to the front and rear folding portions 22 via the link adjustment shaft 2224.
The length of the rear folding link 2221 is required to be adjustable, and in the actual production process, for the cartons 6 with different sizes, if the length of the rear folding link 2221 cannot be adjusted, for the taller cartons 6, the contact area between the carton rear side wings 64 and the rear folding plates 2222 is too large, and the cartons 6 are easily damaged; for a shorter carton 6, the contact area between the rear side flap 64 of the carton and the rear folding plate 2222 is too small, so that the rear side flap 64 of the carton is not folded, and thus different rear folding links 2221 are adjusted according to different cartons 6, thereby increasing the overall flexibility of the mechanism, reducing the use cost and improving the product competitiveness.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the side folding portion 23 includes a side folding base 231 and a second driving portion 233, in this specific embodiment, the second driving portion 233 is an air cylinder, the side folding mechanism 232 is mounted on the side folding base 231, the side folding mechanism 232 includes a side folding link 2321 and a side folding plate 2322, one end of the side folding link 2321 is rotatably connected to the second driving portion 233, the other end of the side folding link 2321 is connected to the side folding plate 2322, and a middle portion of the side folding link 2321 is rotatably connected to the side folding base 231.
The second driving portion 233 can push the two-side folding connecting rods 2321 to rotate, so that the two-side folding connecting rods 2321 drive the two-side folding plates 2322 to rotate, and thus drive the left carton flank 61 and the right carton flank 62 to rotate relatively, thereby achieving the purpose of folding the left carton flank 61 and the right carton flank 62, and the design of the two-side folding connecting rods 2321 can ensure the stability of the operation of the carton sealing machine.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the distal end of the two side folding link 2321 extends inward beyond the two side folding plate connecting portion 2323, and the two side folding plate connecting portion 2323 is connected to the two side folding plates 2322.
Fig. 6 shows the positions of the two side flaps 2322 when the two side folding links 2321 are in the open state in the two side folding portions 23, and fig. 7 shows the positions of the two side flaps 2322 when the two side folding links 2321 are in the folded state in the two side folding portions 23, the two side flaps 2322 are inwardly closed, and the left side flap 61 and the right side flap 62 of the folding carton are folded.
The end of the two-side folding link 2321 is inwardly contracted and connected with the two-side folding plates 2322, so that the moving distance of the two-side folding mechanism 232 can be reduced, when a common carton sealing machine is used for folding the left carton flank 61 and the right carton flank 62, the two-side folding mechanism 232 is usually rotated by 90 degrees so as to achieve the purpose of folding the left carton flank 61 and the right carton flank 62, but the operation method causes the running efficiency of the carton sealing machine to be too low, and the problem that the second driving part 233 fails easily occurs in the repeated practical process; the ends of the two side folding links 2321 of the box sealing machine of the present application contract inward to form two side folding plate connecting portions 2323, so that the rotation angle of the two side folding mechanisms 232 is smaller than 90 °, the operation time of the second driving portion 233 is reduced, and the operation stability of the box sealing machine can also be ensured.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the front end of the glue sealing assembly 4 extends outward to form an auxiliary pressing rod 43, and the auxiliary pressing rod 43 is adapted to assist in pressing the left carton side wing 61 and the right carton side wing 62.
It is worth mentioning that the auxiliary pressing rod 43 can greatly improve the working efficiency and stability of the carton sealing machine, and because the rotating angle of the two-side folding mechanism 232 is smaller than 90 degrees, the left carton flank 61 and the right carton flank 62 are not folded in place, in the subsequent glue sealing process, the left carton flank 61 and the right carton flank 62 are possibly not folded in place, so that the subsequent yield is influenced, and the left carton flank 61 and the right carton flank 62 can be further pressed by additionally arranging the auxiliary pressing rod 43.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the auxiliary pressing rods 43 are disposed on the left and right sides of the sealing assembly 4, the front ends of the auxiliary pressing rods 43 are tilted upward, and the rear ends of the auxiliary pressing rods 43 are parallel to the upper surface of the carton 6.
The shape of the auxiliary pressure lever 43 is a shape with the front end tilted upwards and the rear end parallel to the upper surface of the carton 6, and the auxiliary pressure lever 43 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the front part of the glue sealing component 4, so that the contact area between the auxiliary pressure lever 43 and the left side wing 61 of the carton and the right side wing 62 of the carton can be increased, the upper surface of the carton 6 can be ensured to be smooth with the help of the auxiliary pressure lever 43, the left side wing 61 of the carton and the right side wing 62 of the carton are tightly attached, the subsequent glue sealing process can be favorably carried out, and the yield of the carton 6 can be further improved.
The two-side folding mechanism 232 has two working modes, one is that for a larger carton 6, the carton can enter a folding state from an open state, and the cylinder pushes the two-side folding plates 2322 to fold so as to realize a cover folding process; secondly, the folding connecting rods 2321 on both sides are kept in a folding state, the left side wing 61 and the right side wing 62 of the carton are driven by the bottom driving belt assembly 11 of the carton 6 to realize a certain folding angle according to the positions of the folding plates 2322 on both sides, and then complete folding is completed with the help of the auxiliary pressing rod 43. The second mode can effectively improve production efficiency, increases the durability of the whole assembly and reduces abrasion.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the separating unit 21 preferably includes a separating support 211 and a separating plate connecting seat 213, the separating plate connecting seat 213 is installed in the middle of the separating support 211, the separating plates 212 are disposed on the left and right sides of the separating plate connecting seat 213, the separating plate 212 is provided with an adjusting slide 2121 and a fixing groove 2122, the separating plate connecting seat 213 is provided with a fixing protrusion 2131 and an adjusting protrusion 2132, the fixing protrusion 2131 and the fixing groove 2122 are rotatably connected, and the adjusting protrusion 2132 and the adjusting slide 2121 are slidably connected.
In this specific embodiment, the adjusting sliding slot 2121 is a circular arc slot with a radian less than 90 °, and when the angle of the paging plate 212 needs to be adjusted, the fixing protrusion 2131 is a fulcrum to rotate the paging plate 212, at this time, the adjusting protrusion 2132 slides in the adjusting sliding slot 2121, so that the paging plate 212 presents a certain angle to meet the angle requirements of different side wings of different cartons 6, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the turning angle of the paging plate 212 in fig. 3 is less than that of the paging plate 212 in fig. 4.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the front and rear hinge portions 22 and the sealant assembly 4 are both provided with a height adjustment assembly 7, the height adjustment assembly 7 is adapted to adjust the heights of the front and rear hinge portions 22 and the sealant assembly 4, and the principle of the height adjustment assembly 7 is that the height adjustment screw is rotated by the height adjustment handle, so as to drive the front and rear hinge portions 22 and the sealant assembly 4 to move up and down.
The two-side folding seat 231 is provided with a distance adjusting assembly 8, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the two-side folding mechanism 232 is mounted on the distance adjusting assembly 8, the distance adjusting assembly 8 comprises a first bevel gear 81, a second bevel gear 82, a screw 83 and a handle 84, the screw 83 is connected with the second bevel gear 82, the two-side folding seat 231 is provided with a screw groove 2311 matched with the screw 83, the first bevel gear 81 is meshed with the second bevel gear 82, and the handle 84 is suitable for driving the first bevel gear 81 to rotate.
The distance adjusting assembly 8 can change the relative distance between the folding plates 2322 on the two sides according to the size requirements of different cartons 6, so that the production stability is improved, and in the actual production process, the rotating handle 84 can drive the screw 83 to rotate, so as to drive the folding mechanisms 232 on the two sides to move inwards or outwards, so as to adjust the relative distance between the folding plates 2322 on the two sides.

a gluing assembly mounted between the front and rear hinge portions and the side hinge portions, the gluing assembly being adapted to spray hot melt glue on the carton front and rear side flaps;
the glue sealing assembly is installed at the rear part of the folding assembly, glue sealing devices are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the glue sealing assembly, and the glue sealing devices are suitable for sealing adhesive tapes on the upper surface and the lower surface of the carton.

A fully automatic cover folding and sealing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein said frame assembly is provided at a forward end thereof with a bottom drive belt assembly, said bottom drive belt assembly including a first drive belt, an upper surface of said first drive belt being in contact with a lower surface of said carton; two side driving belt assemblies are arranged on the left side and the right side of the rack assembly and comprise second driving belts, and the side surfaces of the second driving belts are in contact with the side surfaces of the cartons; an upper driving belt assembly is arranged on the glue sealing assembly and comprises a fourth driving belt, and the bottom surface of the fourth driving belt is in contact with the upper surface of the carton.

The fully automatic lid folding and box sealing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said front and rear folding portions comprise a rear folding mechanism, said rear folding mechanism comprises a rear folding link, a rear folding plate and a first driving portion, one end of said rear folding link is rotatably connected to said first driving portion, the other end of said rear folding link is connected to said rear folding plate, a middle portion of said rear folding link is rotatably connected to said front and rear folding portions, and said rear folding plate is adapted to flip said rear side flap of said carton.

The automatic lid folding and box sealing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein said rear folding link is provided with a plurality of link adjustment holes, said rear folding mechanism includes a link adjustment shaft, said link adjustment shaft passes through any one of said link adjustment holes, said rear folding link is rotatably connected to said front and rear folding portions through said link adjustment shaft.

The fully automatic lid folding and box sealing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said both-side folding portions comprise both-side folding seats and second driving portions, said both-side folding mechanism is mounted on said both-side folding seats, said both-side folding mechanism comprises both-side folding links and both-side folding plates, one end of said both-side folding links is rotatably connected to said second driving portions, the other end of said both-side folding links is connected to said both-side folding plates, and the middle portion of said both-side folding links is rotatably connected to said both-side folding seats.
