As shown in fig. 1-2, the invention provides an attritor milling pot with a cleaning function, which comprises a cleaning mechanism 6, a pot body 1 and a pot cover 3 matched with the pot body 1; the cleaning mechanism 6 comprises a rotating shaft 64, a counterweight ball 61 and a cleaning rod 65; the rotating shaft 64 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the tank cover 3, and the counterweight ball 61 is vertically connected to the upper end of the rotating shaft 64 through a support rod 62; the sweeping rod 65 is arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft 64 in a downward inclined manner and is tightly attached to the inner side wall of the tank body 1; the cleaning rod 65 is disposed opposite to the weight ball 61. The vertical ball mill is matched with a planetary ball mill for use, when the vertical ball mill is in work, the vertical ball mill can rotates and revolves, the counterweight ball 61 is always far away from the revolution axis under the action of revolution centrifugal force, so that the cleaning rod is close to the revolution axis, the steel ball and materials in the tank body 1 are far away from the revolution axis under the action of the rotation centrifugal force and the revolution centrifugal force, the interference between the cleaning rod 65 and the steel ball in the tank body 1 is prevented, and the cleaning rod 65 can perform cleaning work under the condition of no interference.
In another embodiment, the side wall of the tank body 1 is in an arc shape protruding outwards, so that the materials in the lower corner of the tank body 1 can be conveniently dispersed on the side wall of the tank body 1 under the action of centrifugal force, and the grinding is more sufficient.
In another embodiment, the sweep lever 65 is a tension spring. In another embodiment, the rotating shaft 64 is provided with a limiting portion 63 at both upper and lower sides of the tank cover 3, and the limiting portion 63 is one of a gasket, a snap spring, and a nut. The limit part 63 limits the rotating shaft 64, and the rotating shaft 64 is prevented from slipping off the tank cover 3.
