Further, the cutting mechanism 4 further comprises a front pull rod 9 and a front fixing sheet 92; the front pull rod 9 is sleeved in the cutter control sleeve 7 in a sliding manner, two ends of the front pull rod 9 extend out of two ends of the cutter control sleeve 7, and the sliding of the front pull rod 9 is used for controlling the opening of the front fixing piece 92; the end part of the front pull rod 9 extending out of the port 52 in the operation area is provided with a front piece notch 91, and a front piece rotating shaft 911 is arranged along the direction vertical to the front piece notch 91; the number of the front fixing pieces 92 is two, and the front fixing pieces 92 are rotatably mounted on the front rotating shaft 911.
When the device is applied, after the elastic piece 812 is opened, the front pull rod 9 is pushed to a target position, and the cutter control sleeve 7 is pushed forwards only to enable the tail end of the cutter control sleeve 7 to be propped against the front fixing piece 92, so that the front fixing piece 92 is opened to play a fixing role; the electric knife 64 can then be opened for cutting; the front fixing piece 92 is made of soft rubber, so that damage to the soft rubber can be reduced, the purpose of protecting the intestinal tract is achieved, and the operation safety is improved.
In order to realize the balloon 2 introducing function of the introducing mechanism, the catheter 1 of the embodiment is provided as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the catheter 1 is communicated with an inflation manifold 11, and the inflation manifold 11 is arranged between the balloon 2 and a drainage outlet 15; the peripheral wall of the conduit 1 surrounded by the air bag 2 is provided with an inflation through hole 14; the inflation unit 3 is provided with an inflation port 321, the inflation unit 3 is mounted on the inflation manifold 11, the inflation port 321 penetrates through the inflation manifold 11 to enter the interior of the conduit 1, and the inflation port 321 is further connected and communicated with the inflation through hole 14.
In use, the inflation unit 3 is mounted on the inflation manifold 11, and a portion of the inflation unit 3 communicates with the inflation through-hole 14 through the conduit 1 of the inflation manifold 11 to inflate the airbag 2.
Further, the inflation unit 3 includes a manual inflation ball 31 and an inflation tube 32; the manual inflatable ball 31 is provided with an air outlet end 311, the outer wall of the air outlet end 311 is sleeved on the inner wall of the inflatable manifold 11, and the air outlet end 311 is connected and communicated with one end of the inflatable tube 32; the other end of the inflation tube 32 is provided with an inflation inlet 321, and the inflation inlet 321 is in sealed communication with the inflation through hole 14.
In application, after the airbag 2 reaches a position to be expanded, the manual inflation ball 31 is pressed to inflate the inflation tube 32 with gas, and the inflation tube 32 inflates the gas into the airbag 2 through the inflation through hole 14 which is in sealed communication with the inflation tube 32, so that the airbag 2 is inflated.
Further, the inflation unit 3 further includes a barometer 33, and a pressure measuring end 331 of the barometer 33 is communicated with the interior of the inflation manifold 11.
When the air bag 2 is inflated in application, the air bag is inflated through the manual inflation ball 31, the air pressure meter 33 is needed to assist in measuring the air pressure, and the amount of the inflated air is convenient to control.
In order to prevent reflux when the air bag 2 is placed or cutting is carried out or flushing is needed when operation is carried out, an irrigation manifold 12 and a drainage bag 17 are arranged, in the embodiment, the irrigation manifold 12 and the drainage bag 17 are arranged as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, a catheter 1 is communicated with the irrigation manifold 12, the nozzle of the irrigation manifold 12 is in threaded connection with an irrigation device to be used, and an irrigation switch 13 is arranged between the nozzle of the irrigation manifold 12 and the catheter 1; the drainage bag 17 is communicated with the drainage outlet 15.
When in application, the flushing device can be connected with the flushing manifold 12 for flushing when the flushing is needed; after the flushing or when drainage is needed, the drainage bag 17 is connected through the drainage outlet 15 of the catheter 1, and the drained liquid is collected.
In order to realize the visual operation function of the device, a micro camera is also arranged, and the embodiment is arranged as shown in fig. 3 and 5, wherein the micro camera is a leading-in micro camera 16 and a cutting guide micro camera 41 respectively; the lead-in micro camera 16 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the operation opening 18, and the lead-in micro camera 16 is arranged adjacent to the air bag 2; the cutting guide micro camera 41 is arranged on the outer wall of the cutter control sleeve 7, the cutting guide micro camera 41 is arranged adjacent to the cutter opening block 71, and the cutting guide micro camera 41 is slidably mounted in the guide groove 63.
When the device is used, the micro camera adopts a wireless transmission camera with a battery, and circuits can be arranged in the conduit 1 and the cutter control sleeve 7 to support the micro camera when necessary; the miniature camera 16 is introduced to provide video navigation for the airbag 2 when being placed; the cutting guide micro camera 41 is arranged on the knife control tube and can provide images when the electric knife 64 is opened and cut; through setting up miniature camera, reducible injury improves the security of operation.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A device for treating strictures following intestinal anastomosis,
comprises an introducing mechanism and a cutting mechanism;
the introducing mechanism comprises a catheter, a balloon and an inflating unit;
an operation opening and a drainage outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the conduit, and a mounting opening is arranged on the wall between the operation opening and the drainage outlet;
the balloon is sleeved on the outer wall of the catheter and is arranged adjacent to the operation port;
the inflation unit is used for inflating the air bag;
the cutting mechanism is detachably connected with the mounting port and is used for extending out of the operation port to perform cutting operation.
2. The device for treating post-enteroanastomosis stenosis according to claim 1,
the catheter is communicated with an operation manifold, and the operation manifold is arranged between the air bag and the drainage outlet; the operating manifold is provided with the mounting port, and the cutting mechanism is inserted into the mounting port.
3. The device for treating strictures after intestinal anastomosis according to any one of claims 1 or 2,
the cutting mechanism comprises an outer sleeve, a conductive sleeve, an electric knife and a knife control sleeve;
the outer sleeve is inserted into the mounting port, is sleeved outside the conductive sleeve in a sliding manner and is provided with an operation area outer port and an operation area inner port which are communicated with each other;
the surface of the conductive sleeve is provided with an insulating coating, and two ends of the conductive sleeve extend out of the outer sleeve; one end of the conductive sleeve penetrating through the external port of the operation area is electrically connected with a conductive interface; one end of the conductive sleeve penetrating through the port in the operation area is provided with a guide groove, and the guide groove extends along the length direction of the conductive sleeve;
the electric knife is rotatably arranged in the guide groove and is electrically connected with the conductive sleeve;
the knife control sleeve is sleeved in the conductive sleeve in a sliding mode, two ends of the knife control sleeve extend out of the conductive sleeve, a knife opening block is arranged on the outer wall of the end portion of the knife control sleeve and is mounted in the guide groove in a sliding mode, and the knife opening block slides to control the opening of the electrotome.
4. The device for treating post-enteroanastomosis stenosis according to claim 3,
the conductive sleeve is provided with a power connection handle, and the power connection handle is provided with the conductive interface;
the electric knife is in a long sheet shape, and a knife rotating shaft is arranged at the end part of the electric knife;
the shape of the cutting block is triangular.
5. The device for treating post-enteroanastomosis stenosis according to claim 3, wherein said cutting mechanism further comprises a rear cannula and an umbrella frame;
the rear sleeve is sleeved in the outer sleeve in a sliding manner, and one end of the rear sleeve inserted into the outer sleeve is provided with a connecting end;
the umbrella frame is sleeved in the outer sleeve in a sliding mode, the umbrella frame is connected with the connecting end, and the sliding of the rear sleeve is used for controlling the opening and closing of the umbrella frame.
6. The device for treating post-enteroanastomosis stenosis according to claim 5,
the umbrella framework comprises a connecting cover and an elastic sheet;
the inner peripheral wall of the connecting cover is sleeved with the outer peripheral wall of the connecting end;
one end of the elastic sheet is connected with the end face of the outer side of the connecting cover, and the elastic sheet is elastically abutted to the inner wall of the outer sleeve.
7. The device for treating post-enteroanastomosis stenosis according to claim 3, wherein said cutting mechanism further comprises a front pull rod and a front securing tab;
the front pull rod is sleeved in the cutter control sleeve in a sliding manner, two ends of the front pull rod extend out of two ends of the cutter control sleeve, and the sliding of the front pull rod is used for controlling the opening of the front fixing piece;
the end part of the front pull rod extending out of the port in the operation area is provided with a front piece notch, and a front piece rotating shaft is arranged in the direction vertical to the front piece notch;
the front fixing pieces are two in number and are rotatably mounted on the front rotating shaft.
8. The device for treating a stricture after intestinal anastomosis according to claim 1,
the catheter is communicated with an inflation manifold which is arranged between the air bag and the drainage outlet;
the peripheral wall of the conduit surrounded by the air bag is provided with an inflation through hole;
the inflation unit is provided with an inflation inlet, the inflation unit is installed on the inflation manifold, the inflation inlet penetrates through the inflation manifold to enter the conduit, and the inflation inlet is further connected and communicated with the inflation through hole.
9. The device for treating post-enteroanastomosis stenosis according to claim 8,
the inflation unit comprises a manual inflation ball and an inflation tube;
the manual inflatable ball is provided with an air outlet end, the outer wall of the air outlet end is sleeved on the inner wall of the inflatable manifold, and the air outlet end is connected and communicated with one end of the inflatable tube;
the other end of the inflation tube is provided with the inflation inlet, and the inflation inlet is communicated with the inflation through hole in a sealing mode.
10. The device for treating post-enteroanastomosis stenosis according to claim 9, wherein said inflation unit further comprises a barometer, a pressure sensing end of said barometer being in communication with an interior of said inflation manifold.
