Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of intubation equipment, and particularly relates to a nasopharynx breather pipe.
Background
At present, the nasopharynx breather pipe that uses at present clinically exposes the end and lacks fixing device, leads to taking in the use nasopharynx breather pipe easily to slide into patient's nasal cavity aggravates patient's respiratory obstruction condition, leads to causing the slippage more easily in the operation process of phlegm nursing is inhaled to the patient. Especially, a male patient with a large nasal cavity can easily cause the pipeline to slide into the nasal cavity of the patient even if the male patient uses the nasopharynx air pipe with the largest size.
The prior art generally fixes the nasopharynx breather pipe by tying a knot at the exposed end of the nasopharynx breather pipe, fixing the knot on the ear of a patient or fixing the knot on the nose of the patient by using a 3M elastic bandage. However, the method has the disadvantages of insufficient comfort, poor fixing effect and high risk that the nasopharynx breather pipe is easy to separate or slide downwards to the deep part of the respiratory tract in the using process.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows: the existing nasopharynx breather pipe fixing mode is not enough in comfort level, the fixing effect is not good, and the nasopharynx breather pipe is easy to separate from or has a large risk of sliding downwards to the deep part of the respiratory tract in the using process.
The difficulty in solving the above problems and defects is: the fixing device is disposable and can not be used repeatedly, if the fixing effect is influenced by repeated use, the economic burden of a patient is increased; the long-term fixation of the fixing device on the nose of a patient may cause allergic reaction to some patients, so that how to select environment-friendly and non-allergic materials is also a difficulty.
The significance of solving the problems and the defects is as follows: the nasopharynx breather pipe with the fixing device has great significance in saving and treating the life of a patient, ensuring the smoothness of the respiratory tract of the patient and medical safety, and selecting the breathable material which is not easy to cause allergy can bring the maximum comfort to the patient and can reduce the burden of the patient.

The nasopharynx breather pipe provided by the embodiment of the invention is made of soft rubber material. The trachea 1 is a cylindrical tube with a slightly flat posterior wall, the upper end of which is connected to the larynx at the level of the upper edge of the flat 7 th cervical vertebral body, down to the sternal horn plane, and has an upwardly convex half-moon-shaped ridge, called the tracheoeminence ridge. The air pipe branch is named as an air pipe branch. The trachea is composed of cartilage, smooth muscle fibers and connective tissue. The tracheal cartilage is "C" shaped and occupies about 2/3 of the circumference of the trachea, with the notch facing backwards. The number of tracheal cartilages is generally 14-16, and the cartilages are connected by ligamentum annulatum. The membranous wall formed by smooth muscle fibers and connective tissue closes the posterior gap of the tracheal cartilage. The trachea 1 is covered with mucous membrane. The trachea has cartilage as a bracket, so that the lumen is kept in an open state, and the normal operation of the respiratory function is ensured. The lower edge of the upper flat 6 th cervical vertebral body is connected with the larynx; the part from the lower part to the sternum angle plane is divided into a left bronchus and a right bronchus, the part of the bifurcation is called the right bronchus, and a half-moon-shaped ridge protruding upwards is arranged in the bifurcation and called the carina of the bronchus. Average length of adult trachea: the male is 10.6cm, the female is 9.8cm. small trachea, deep position and large mobility. The nose is the initial part of the respiratory passage and is also the olfactory organ. The nasal cavity is a cavity gap between two lateral craniums, and is formed by taking a bony nasal cavity and cartilage as a base and lining mucosa and skin on the surface. The nasal cavity is an irregular narrow cavity gap with a narrow top and a wide bottom, and the front diameter and the rear diameter are larger than the left side and the right side, the front nostril is opened, and the rear nostril is stopped to be communicated with the nasopharynx. The nasal cavity is divided into a left cavity and a right cavity by the nasal septum, the front part of the nasal cavity is communicated with the outside through the nostril, and the rear part of the nasal cavity is communicated with the pharyngeal cavity through the posterior orifice of the nostril. Each nasal cavity can be divided into two parts of nasal vestibule and inherent nasal cavity.
