Further, the folding snap fastener 230 is further provided with a locking buckle 240, the locking buckle 240 includes a movable member 241 and a locking post 242, the movable member 241 is disposed on the rotating member 233, the locking post 242 is disposed on the first connecting member 231, and in an embodiment, a hook for locking a groove or a through hole on the locking post 242 is disposed on the movable member 241, so that the movable member 241 is locked with the locking post 242 when the movable member 241 slides or rotates back and forth.
The folding buckle structure 230 is provided with a hook 2321 on the second connecting piece 232, and a rotating piece 233 is arranged on the second connecting piece 232, so that the second connecting piece 232 arranged on the binding belt 220 can be flexibly connected and fixed with the first connecting piece 231 on the lower limb support, and the thigh can be bound on the lower limb support; the locking buckle 240 is arranged, so that the folding snap fastener 230 formed by the first connecting piece 231 and the second connecting piece 232 is locked more firmly; the magnet structure is arranged to further lock, so that the knee pad locking effect is enhanced.
In an embodiment, the upper and lower positions of the knee pad body 220 are the opening structures 221, and are connected through the connecting blocks 240, and due to the thickness difference between the thigh 1 and the shank 2 of the human body, the opening structures 221 can be connected by replacing the connecting blocks 240 with different lengths, and the knee pad body 220 and the legs of the human body can be fixed. In one embodiment, locking structures may be provided on the knee pad body 220 and the connection block 240 to perform locking, and the locking structures include a hook structure, a chute structure, or the like, which are not limited herein.
In another embodiment, the opening structure 221 may be provided with a leg cuff assembly 250 with adjustable connection length to achieve wearing and fixing of legs of different thickness, referring specifically to fig. 11-13, the knee pad body 220 further includes a leg cuff assembly 250 for adjusting the width of the opening structure 221 on the knee pad body 220, and the leg cuff assembly 250 includes: a first adjustment collar 251, a second adjustment collar 252, a gear 253, an adjustment knob 254, and a shaft 255; one end of the shaft 255 is connected to the adjusting knob 254, the other end is connected to the gear 253, rack structures are respectively provided on the first adjusting hoop 251 and the second adjusting hoop 252, and the gear 253 is clamped between the rack structures of the first adjusting hoop 251 and the second adjusting hoop 252 to slide left and right so as to adjust the interval position between the first adjusting hoop 251 and the second adjusting hoop 252, thereby adjusting the width of the opening structure 221 on the knee pad body 220 connected to the first adjusting hoop 251 and the second adjusting hoop 252 respectively. Further, a wire pulling wheel 2531 is further disposed on the gear 253 and is fixed on the shaft 255 in tandem with the gear 253 to protect the outer surface of the gear 253.
In one embodiment, the adjustment knob 254 is disposed on a mounting plate 256, a sliding slot 2561 is formed in the mounting plate 256, and a rack structure provided on the first adjustment collar 251 and the second adjustment collar 252 is capable of sliding within the sliding slot 2561. The adjusting knob 254 further comprises a knob cover 2541, a ratchet wheel 2542, a pawl wheel 2543 and a dial wheel 2544, wherein the ratchet wheel 2542 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 256, and the inner edge of the ratchet wheel 2542 is in a ratchet structure. Pawl wheel 2543 is disposed within ratchet wheel 2542 to cooperate with the ratchet tooth structure, pawl wheel 2543 includes a main body portion 25431 and a cantilevered pawl 25432 fixedly attached to main body portion 25431 and having resiliency. The main body 25431 is rotatably coupled to the shaft 255, and the dial 2544 is fixedly coupled to the shaft 255. The thumb wheel 2544 cooperates with the pawl wheel 2543 to rotate the thumb wheel 2544 in a forward direction, the thumb wheel 2544 driving the cantilever pawl 25432 closer to the body portion 25431, disengaging the cantilever pawl 25432 from the ratchet tooth structure. Reverse rotation of thumb wheel 2544, cantilever pawl 25432 slides against the ratchet arrangement.
Pawl wheel 2543 cooperates with the ratchet-toothed structure of ratchet wheel 2542, and cantilever pawl 25432 is snap-fitted to ratchet wheel 2542 when thumb wheel 2544 is relatively stationary. Forward rotation of thumb wheel 2544, thumb wheel 2544 brings cantilever pawl 25432 adjacent body portion 25431, disengaging cantilever pawl 25432 from the ratchet-toothed structure, and forward rotation of thumb wheel 2544 requires a force to overcome the resiliency of cantilever pawl 25432. When the thumb wheel 2544 is again stationary, the cantilever pawl 25432 returns under elastic action. Reverse rotation of thumb wheel 2544, with cantilever pawl 25432 slidably abutting the ratchet arrangement, also requires that reverse rotation of thumb wheel 2544 provide a force that overcomes the resiliency of cantilever pawl 25432. The user can rotate the adjustment knob cover 2541 to overcome the resistance caused by the pawl wheel 2543, so that the gear 253 is rotated, and the distance between the first adjustment hoop 251 and the second adjustment hoop 252 is adjusted, so that the tightness of the leg hoop assembly 250 is adjusted. The user can also directly break or press the first adjusting hoop 251 and the second adjusting hoop 252 to adjust the tightness, and the shaft 255 is driven to rotate through rack and pinion transmission, so that the resistance caused by the pawl wheel 2543 is overcome. The tightness of the leg cuff assembly 250 can be adjusted by the adjusting knob cover 12541, so that the leg cuff assembly is convenient to use, and the tightness of the leg cuff assembly 1250 can be adjusted by directly controlling the first adjusting cuff 251 and the second adjusting cuff 252, so that the leg cuff assembly is convenient to use, and the leg cuff assembly is more comfortable to be attached to the leg of a user.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (13)

1. A limit adjustment linkage, comprising;
a housing;
a first bracket: is arranged on the shell;
and a second bracket: the second bracket is arranged on the shell and is connected with the first bracket through a reverse four-bar linkage, and the second bracket moves relative to the first bracket and the shell respectively;
limiting device: the device is arranged on the shell and positioned in the middle of the first bracket and the second bracket, and when the first bracket or the second bracket moves relative to the shell, the device is abutted against the first bracket and the second bracket to limit the maximum amplitude of the movement of the first bracket or the second bracket; the limiting device is a fixed structure with mutually opposite groove structures and detachable through a screw, or is a limiting structure with an elastic buffer structure and a limiting position adjusted through the screw; or the limiting device is a continuous limiting structure with large meshing teeth and small meshing teeth which are mutually coupled;
when the limiting device is of a fixing structure with mutually opposite groove structures and detachable through screws, the limiting device is detachably fixed on the shell through screws, and the limiting device with different radians and lengths is arranged between the first bracket and the second bracket so as to adjust the maximum amplitude of the relative movement of the first bracket and the second bracket; one end of the limiting device is contacted with the connecting rod, the other end of the limiting device is contacted with the first support, one end of the limiting device is provided with a first L-shaped groove structure so as to facilitate the movement of the connecting rod, the other end of the limiting device is provided with a second L-shaped groove structure opposite to the first groove structure, an arc-shaped groove is formed in one side edge of the limiting device, and the arc-shaped groove is matched with the edge of the first support so as to be convenient to be abutted against the first support.
2. The limit adjustment link device according to claim 1, wherein the anti-four link includes a first bracket shaft, a second bracket shaft, a link, a first link shaft and a second link shaft, the first bracket shaft and the second bracket shaft are respectively fixed on the housing and respectively inserted into through holes of the first bracket and the second bracket so that the first bracket and the second bracket rotate around the first bracket shaft or the second bracket shaft, the first link shaft and the second link shaft are respectively disposed at two ends of the link and respectively connect the first bracket and the second bracket, and a connecting line of the first bracket shaft and the second bracket shaft is disposed intersecting with an extending direction of the link so as to form an anti-four link structure.
3. The limit adjusting connecting rod device according to claim 1, wherein the limit device comprises an elastic buffer block, a sliding block and a top block, a groove for accommodating the elastic buffer block is formed in the shell, the sliding block is accommodated in the groove, one end of the top block is fixed on the shell through a screw, and the other end of the top block is inserted into the groove and is in contact with the sliding block.
4. The limit adjustment connecting rod device according to claim 3, wherein the top block is provided with a through hole for inserting the screw, the through hole is in a long strip shape, and the position of the sliding block in the groove is adjusted by the screw being located at different positions of the through hole, so that the limit position of the limit device is adjusted.
5. The limit adjustment linkage of claim 1, wherein the limit device is a continuous limit structure comprising:
toggle the key: a first boss and a second boss are arranged;
large meshing teeth: the first boss on the toggle button is meshed with the large meshing teeth so as to limit the position of the toggle button;
small meshing teeth: the second boss on the toggle button is meshed with the small meshing teeth so as to limit the position of the toggle button, the large meshing teeth are mutually coupled with the small meshing teeth, the first boss is meshed with the large meshing teeth, and the second boss is meshed with the small meshing teeth.
6. The limit adjustment connecting rod device according to claim 5, wherein a cavity is formed in the shell, the length of the cavity is the adjustment range of the toggle button, the large engagement teeth and the small engagement teeth are respectively arranged at the positions of the cavity, the toggle button penetrates through the cavity, a first boss on the toggle button is engaged with the large engagement teeth, and a second boss on the toggle button is engaged with the small engagement teeth.

The lower limb support is characterized by comprising the limit adjusting connecting rod device according to any one of claims 1-6 and a knee pad body, wherein two limit adjusting connecting rod devices are arranged and are respectively arranged on the left side edge and the right side edge of the knee pad body.

The brace of claim 7, wherein the brace body is further provided with a hinge device, the hinge device comprises a first bracket, a second bracket, a connecting shaft and an adjusting assembly, the first bracket is connected with the first bracket or the second bracket, the second bracket is connected with a leg bracket on the brace body, the first bracket and the second bracket are hinged and connected into a whole through the connecting shaft, the adjusting assembly is respectively arranged on the first bracket and the second bracket, and the adjusting assembly is adjusted to enable an included angle between the first bracket and the second bracket to move relatively so as to adjust an angle.
9. The lower limb brace of claim 8, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a slider and a top pin, the slider is provided with a threaded structure adapted to the top pin, the slider is disposed in the second frame clamp, the first frame clamp is provided with an extension block, the extension block is provided with a first through hole for accommodating the top pin, the top pin is screwed with the threaded structure in the slider after passing through the first through hole, and an angle between the first frame clamp and the second frame clamp is adjusted by adjusting the penetration of the top pin into the threaded structure of the slider.
10. The lower limb brace of claim 7, wherein the knee pad body is further provided with a folding snap fastener for installing and detaching the binding band on the knee pad body, the folding snap fastener comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, the first connecting piece is provided with a first hook, the second connecting piece is provided with a rotating piece, the rotating piece rotates on the second connecting piece by taking a first connecting rod as an axis, one end of the rotating piece is provided with a second connecting rod, when the second connecting rod is hung on the first hook, and the second connecting piece and the rotating piece rotate to be in a straight line, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected and locked; the first connecting piece is provided with a first magnet block, the second connecting piece is provided with a second magnet block, and when the first connecting piece is connected and locked with the second connecting piece, the first magnet block and the second magnet block are adsorbed together.

The brace of claim 10, wherein the folding button further comprises a locking button, the locking button comprises a movable member and a locking post, the movable member is disposed on the rotating member, the locking post is disposed on the first connecting member, and the movable member is slid or rotated to lock the movable member and the locking post.

The lower extremity brace of claim 7, wherein the knee brace body further comprises a leg cuff assembly for adjusting a width of a leg brace, the leg cuff assembly comprising: the device comprises a first adjusting hoop, a second adjusting hoop, a gear, an adjusting knob and a shaft; one end of the shaft is connected with the adjusting knob, the other end of the shaft is connected with the gear, rack structures are respectively arranged on the first adjusting hoop and the second adjusting hoop, the gear is clamped between the rack structures of the first adjusting hoop and the second adjusting hoop to slide left and right, the interval position between the first adjusting hoop and the second adjusting hoop is adjusted, and therefore the width between leg supports connected with the first adjusting hoop and the second adjusting hoop respectively is adjusted.

The lower limb brace of claim 12, wherein the adjustment knob comprises a knob cover, a ratchet wheel, a pawl wheel and a thumb wheel, the ratchet wheel is mounted on the mounting plate, and an inner edge of the ratchet wheel is of a ratchet structure; the ratchet wheel is arranged in the ratchet wheel and is matched with the ratchet structure, the ratchet wheel comprises a main body part and a cantilever pawl which is fixedly connected with the main body part and has elasticity, the main body part is rotationally connected with the shaft, the shifting wheel is fixedly connected with the shaft, the shifting wheel is matched with the ratchet wheel, the shifting wheel is rotated positively, the shifting wheel drives the cantilever pawl to be close to the main body part, the cantilever pawl is separated from the ratchet structure, the shifting wheel is rotated reversely, and the cantilever pawl is in sliding butt joint with the ratchet structure.
