the fulcrum shaft (9-3), the fulcrum shaft (9-3) is fixed at the bottom of the support rod (9-2), and the bottom end of the fulcrum shaft (9-3) is screwed and arranged at the bottom of the groove (9-1-1) through a bearing;
the two insertion rods (9-4) are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the supporting column (9-1), and the insertion rods (9-4) penetrate through the supporting column (9-1) and are inserted into the supporting column (9-2);
the number of the handle parts (9-5) is two, and the two handle parts (9-5) are respectively fixed at the outer end of the inserted rod (9-4);
