Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dispersant composition and a water dispersible granule prepared from the same, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide preparations.
Background
The water dispersible granule is a novel pesticide preparation developed from wettable powder and a suspending agent in the early stage of the 20 th century in the 80 th year, and is a granular preparation which can be put into water and can be quickly disintegrated and dispersed to form a high-suspension solid-liquid dispersion system. Although the suspending agent is an environment-friendly preparation, the requirements on production conditions are high, high-content preparation cannot be realized, and the production, packaging and transportation costs are high, so that the use cost is increased; the wettable powder has the problem of dust pollution in the processing and using processes and seriously harms human health. The water dispersible granule can granulate the powdery preparation, can avoid dust pollution, is convenient to use and package, and can be quickly disintegrated and dispersed into a high-suspension dispersion system after being put into water in use. The water dispersible granule does not use any organic solvent, has the advantages of wettable powder and suspending agent, overcomes the defects of the wettable powder and the suspending agent, and is a great trend of the development of the current pesticide preparation.
The dispersing agent is an important component of the water dispersible granule. At present, the commonly used dispersing agents in the water dispersible granule are sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium lignin sulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate and the like. Although these dispersants have a certain effect of promoting disintegration and dispersion, they often have a problem of difficulty in disintegration when they are applied to low-melting-point raw drugs or high-content preparations, or have a low suspension rate after disintegration, which affects the dispersion of raw drugs.
