collecting environmental data of an incubator and surface temperature data of hatching eggs;
carrying out data processing on the environmental data of the incubator and the surface temperature data of the hatching eggs;
establishing a temperature trend of the incubator and a surface temperature trend of hatching eggs according to the environmental data of the incubator and the surface temperature data of the hatching eggs, and establishing a standard trend of the temperature of the healthy growing hatching eggs based on the temperature standard of the healthy growing hatching eggs;
carrying out differential analysis on the incubator environment data and the hatching egg surface temperature data subjected to data processing according to the hatching egg surface temperature trend, the incubator temperature trend and the healthy and developing hatching egg temperature standard trend to obtain an analysis result;
and carrying out data processing on the environmental data of the incubator and the surface temperature data of the hatching eggs according to the analysis result so as to monitor, regulate and control the incubation temperature.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the incubator environmental data includes incubator temperature, incubator humidity, incubator lighting, incubator carbon dioxide concentration, and incubator oxygen concentration.

establishing an incubator temperature evaluation model according to the incubator temperature trend, and analyzing the surface temperature of hatching eggs according to the incubator temperature evaluation model to obtain an analysis result; specifically, a standard hatching egg temperature score is set, if the surface temperature trend of the hatching egg is lower than the standard hatching egg temperature trend, the incubator temperature score is lower than the standard hatching egg temperature score, and if the surface temperature trend of the hatching egg is higher than the standard hatching egg temperature trend, the incubator temperature score is higher than the standard hatching egg temperature score.
