本申请实施例提供一种通信方法、装置以及系统,涉及通信技术领域,用以降低终端在直连通信接口上传输数据的功耗。该方案包括:终端接收来自接入网设备的资源信息,资源信息用于表征直连通信接口资源。终端通过直连通信接口资源传输数据,终端处于无线资源控制RRC‑非激活状态。本申请实施例提供的方法在终端处于RRC‑非激活状态时,依然可以使用来自接入网设备的直连通信接口资源传输数据,因此可以降低终端在直连通信接口上传输数据的功耗,该方案可以适用于直连通信场景。
