Detailed Description
The sheets of patent documents 1 to 3 are used by being stuck to the surface of a tooth at the time of use. However, the inventors of the present invention have found that the following problems exist in the operability of the oral tablet during use: it is not known which surface the tooth-adhering surface of the sheet is on during the adhering operation, or the application effect to the teeth is reduced due to unnecessary contact with the tooth-adhering surface during the adhering operation.
The present invention relates to an oral tablet that can solve the above problems of the prior art.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 and 2 show an oral tablet according to an embodiment of the present invention. The oral cavity sheet 1 of the present embodiment includes a tooth adhesive sheet 3 and a release sheet 2 covering an adhesive surface 41 of the tooth adhesive sheet 3 to be adhered to a tooth. The oral cavity sheet 1 is used by peeling the tooth adhesive sheet 3 from the peeling sheet 2 and adhering the tooth adhesive sheet 3 to the teeth. The method of use will be described in detail below. In the oral sheet 1 of the present embodiment, the tooth adhesive sheet 3 and the release sheet 2 are detachably stacked so that the attachment surface 41 of the tooth adhesive sheet 3 faces the release sheet 2 before use. The oral cavity sheet 1 may be formed by laminating a tooth adhesive sheet 3 having the same area as the release sheet 2 on the release sheet 2 in a releasable manner, but it is preferable to laminate a tooth adhesive sheet 3 having a smaller area than the release sheet 2 on the release sheet 2 in a releasable manner.
The dental adhesive sheet 3 has an adhesive surface 41 and a back surface 45 (see fig. 2) opposite to the adhesive surface 41.
As shown in fig. 2, the adhesive dental sheet 3 of the present embodiment has a laminated structure in which an active layer 42 forming an adhesive surface 41 and a protective layer 44 forming a back surface 45 are laminated.
The active layer 42 preferably contains functional ingredients that act on the teeth, gums, and gums. The functional component is transferred to the teeth, gums and gingiva in a state where the functional layer 42 is in contact with the teeth, gums and gingiva, and the function of the functional component is exhibited. The active layer 42 can contain a functional ingredient capable of acting on 1 or more sites selected from the group consisting of enamel, dentin, gums and gingiva of a tooth. The functional ingredients are not particularly limited, and ingredients exhibiting various effects such as an effect of whitening teeth, an effect of suppressing excessive sensitivity to cold food stings, an effect of preventing dental caries, periodontal disease, and the like can be used. In the present embodiment, the functional component acting on teeth is contained, but the functional component acting on gums and gums may be contained.
In the present embodiment, the active layer 42 has solubility in saliva. With this structure, the transferability of the functional component from the active layer 42 to the tooth can be improved. From the viewpoint of improving the solubility, it is preferable that the action layer 42 of the dental adhesive sheet 3, that is, the part forming the adhesive surface 41 contains a water-soluble polymer.
Examples of the water-soluble polymer include: polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, dextrin, polyethylene oxide, water-soluble nylon, natural polysaccharides, and the like. Examples of the natural polysaccharides include: sodium alginate, gellan gum, guar gum, xanthan gum, gum arabic, carrageenan, galactomannan, gelatin, casein, albumin, pullulan, and the like.
From the viewpoint of improving the shape retention of the adhesive dental sheet 3 during use, the adhesive dental sheet 3 preferably has a protective layer 44 having a lower solubility than the action layer 42. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the tooth adhesive sheet 3 from dissolving from the back surface 45 in a state where the tooth adhesive sheet 3 is adhered to the teeth, gums, and gingiva (hereinafter also referred to as an adhered state). This improves the transferability of the functional component to the teeth, gums and gingiva, and reduces the discomfort caused by the dissolution of the tooth attachment sheet 3 in the attached state. The solubility is the solubility in saliva, but may be determined by the solubility in physiological saline, for convenience.
From the viewpoint of releasing the dental adhesive sheet 3 attached to teeth as described below, the protective layer 44 preferably contains a water-insoluble polymer having a hydrophilic group. The polymer is water-insoluble and thus hydrophobic, and has a hydrophilic group, so that the polymer has a property of being dispersible in water or a water-soluble solvent. Examples of the polymer include: cellulose such as ethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinyl acetal, zein (a main component of corn protein), acrylic resin such as mannan, casein, nylon, and polymethacrylic resin, and oxazoline-modified silicone. These polymers can be used alone in 1 kind or more than 2 kinds in combination.
In view of easy detachment of the dental adhesive sheet 3 from the tooth surface after use, for example, a combination of pullulan for the active layer 42 and ethyl cellulose for the protective layer 44 is preferably used.
Each of the action layer 42 and the protective layer 44 may contain other various additives in addition to the above components. Examples of the other various additives include a neutralizer, a plasticizer, a surfactant, and a perfume.
From the viewpoint of ensuring excellent conformability and adhesiveness to teeth and the like and maintaining good adhesiveness, the water content of the action layer 42 and the protective layer 44 is preferably 5 to 16 mass%, more preferably 6 to 15 mass%, and even more preferably 7 to 14 mass%. The water content is a value obtained by a measurement method using a water meter (for example, guan-300 series, automated water content measuring device, manufactured by hire corporation) by the karl fischer method.
The release sheet 2 is configured to be peelable from the tooth attachment sheet 3. The material for forming the release sheet 2 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include: resins such as poly fatty acid ester, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, polyamideimide, polyether ether ketone, polyetherimide, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, nylon resin, and acrylic resin, and 1 kind of them or 2 or more kinds of them can be used in combination.
The oral cavity sheet 1 of the present embodiment includes an upper tooth sheet a to be attached to the upper teeth and a lower tooth sheet B to be attached to the lower teeth, as the tooth attachment sheet 3. Hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, the description of the tooth adhesive sheet 3 is applied to the upper teeth sheet a and the lower teeth sheet B, respectively.
The dental adhesive sheet 3 has a 1 st direction X along the dentition in the attached state and a 2 nd direction Y orthogonal to the 1 st direction X. The dental adhesive sheet 3 of the present embodiment has a shape elongated in the 1 st direction X. The upper teeth piece a and the lower teeth piece B in the present embodiment may have different lengths in the 1 st direction X.
The dental adhesive sheet 3 includes a main body 30 and an extension 36 extending from the main body 30 to one side in the 1 st direction X. The main body 30 is a main part attached to the surface of the tooth. The extension 36 is shorter than the main body 30 in the 2 nd direction Y.
As shown in the present embodiment, the upper tooth piece a and the lower tooth piece B are disposed on the same release sheet 2 so that the positions of the body center line CL2, which bisects the entire length of the body 30 in the 1 st direction X, coincide with each other. The upper tooth sheet a and the lower tooth sheet B may be laminated in a peelable manner on the same release sheet 2 as in the present embodiment, may be laminated in a peelable manner on a release sheet joined together, or may be laminated in a peelable manner on a separate release sheet.
In the present embodiment, the dental adhesive sheet 3 has the 1 st region F attached to the front surface side of the tooth and the 2 nd region R folded back and attached to the back surface side of the tooth. In the dental adhesive sheet 3 of the present embodiment, when the 2 nd region R is folded back with the below-described folding line WL in a state where the 1 st region F is attached to the tooth front surface side, the 2 nd region R is attached to the tooth back surface side.
The body 30 of the present embodiment is formed symmetrically about a body center line CL2 that bisects the entire length of the body 30 in the 1 st direction X. As in the present embodiment, the upper tooth sheet a and the lower tooth sheet B may be disposed on the same release sheet 2 so that the positions of the tooth adhesive sheet center lines CL1, which bisect the entire length of the tooth adhesive sheet 3 in the 1 st direction X including the extending portions 36, coincide with each other.
The tooth paste sheet 3 is formed to be left and right asymmetrical with respect to the tooth paste sheet center line CL 1. The oral cavity sheet 1 having the dental adhesive sheet 3 is excellent in handling properties during use and can be easily applied to the tooth surface. That is, it is possible to suppress the situation in which it is not known which surface the tooth attachment surface is on during the attachment operation, and therefore, it is possible to apply the tooth attachment surface to the tooth surface accurately. The operability of the oral tablet 1 will be described with reference to fig. 3.
In the method of using the oral cavity sheet 1, first, the dental adhesive sheet 3 is peeled off from the release sheet 2. Since the dental adhesive sheet 3 is formed asymmetrically in the left-right direction as described above, the left-right direction and the front-back direction of the oral sheet 1 can be easily distinguished. Further, the user can intuitively pinch the extending portion 36 and easily peel the dental adhesive sheet 3 from the release sheet 2 (see fig. 3 (a)). Further, the dental adhesive sheet 3 can be directly stuck to the surface of the tooth with the extension portion 36 pinched, and the operation of sticking the sheet 3 to the tooth can be easily performed (see fig. 3 (b)). By providing the extended portion 36 as a main portion that comes into contact with a finger or the like of the user in this manner, when the peeling operation or the sticking operation is performed, the contact between the action layer 42 of the main body portion 30 and the finger or the like of the user can be suppressed as much as possible, and the functional component in the action layer 42 of the main body portion 30 can be stably maintained. That is, the decrease in the function of the functional component in the action layer 42 of the body section 30 can be effectively suppressed. The present inventors have found that, particularly when the active layer 42 contains a water-soluble polymer, the functional components of the adhesive dental sheet 3 may be reduced by dissolution of water in the fingers when the adhesive dental sheet 3 is peeled from the release sheet 2. Further, the extension portion 36 prevents the sticking surface from being unknown during the sticking operation of the tooth adhesive sheet 3, and thus can be accurately applied to the tooth surface.
Then, the 1 st region F of the dental adhesive sheet 3 is attached to the front side of the teeth along the tooth rows. At this time, the extended portion 36 is also stuck to the surface of the tooth. Next, the 2 nd region R of the dental adhesive sheet 3 is folded back toward the tooth back surface side (see fig. 3 (c)), and the 2 nd region R is stuck to the tooth back surface side along the dentition, so that the dental adhesive sheet 3 is in a stuck state. After maintaining the attached state for a predetermined time, the tooth adhesive sheet 3 is disintegrated by brushing with a toothbrush or the like together with the tooth adhesive sheet 3, and then rinsed with water to detach the tooth adhesive sheet 3 from the teeth.
On the other hand, in the oral cavity patch of the related art having no extending portion in bilateral symmetry with respect to the center line of the dental adhesive patch, it is not clear where the user should hold the patch when peeling it from the release sheet 2. In addition, in the peeling operation and the sticking operation, the position where the dental adhesive sheet is pinched must be changed, and the dental adhesive sheet must be pinched again, so that the operation is liable to be complicated. Further, the tooth patches may be stuck to each other or the patch may be stuck to the fingers of the user by re-pinching. In this way, the functional component may be reduced in the functional layer 42 and the effect of the functional component may be reduced by sticking to a portion other than the tooth surface. Further, if the tooth attachment sheet is symmetrical to the center line of the tooth attachment sheet, it may be impossible to know which surface the tooth attachment sheet is attached to during the attachment operation.
From the viewpoint of further improving the workability of the operation of peeling the dental adhesive sheet 3 from the peeling sheet 2 and the operation of attaching the dental adhesive sheet 3 to the teeth, the dimensions and the like of the dental adhesive sheet 3 are preferably in the following ranges.
The length L1 (see fig. 1) of the extending portion 36 in the 1 st direction X is preferably 3% or more, more preferably 10% or more, further preferably 15% or more, and preferably 30% or less, more preferably 25% or less, further preferably 20% or less, and preferably 3% or more and 30% or less, more preferably 10% or more and 25% or less, further preferably 15% or more and 20% or less, with respect to the total length L (see fig. 1) of the dental adhesive sheet 3 in the 1 st direction X.

From the viewpoint of further improving the operability and visibility of the extending portion 36, it is preferable that the extending portion 36 is disposed so as to be offset to the 2 nd direction Y side of the main body 30. With this configuration, visibility of the extending portion 36 in the dental adhesive sheet 3 can be improved, and when the dental adhesive sheet 3 has the 1 st region F and the 2 nd region R, the operation of attaching the 1 st region F and the operation of folding back the 2 nd region R can be easily performed.
The extending portion 36 may be formed in the 1 st region F or the 2 nd region R, and is preferably formed in the 1 st region F, and more preferably formed on one end side of the 1 st region F in the 1 st direction X from the viewpoint of facilitating the operation of folding back the 2 nd region R.
The dental adhesive sheet 3 of the present embodiment has the extending portion 36 only on one side in the 1 st direction X of the main body 30, but the dental adhesive sheet 3 may have the extending portion 36 on both sides in the 1 st direction X of the main body 30. Since the dental adhesive sheet 3 is formed to be asymmetric in the left-right direction, when the dental adhesive sheet 3 has the extending portions 36 on both sides of the main body 30 in the 1 st direction X, the extending lengths and shapes of the extending portions are preferably different from each other. That is, it is preferable that the extending portion extending more than the extending portion 36 extending to the 1 st direction side is not provided on the other side in the 1 st direction. However, from the viewpoint of improving the visibility of the extending portion 36 and facilitating intuitive operation, it is more preferable that the dental adhesive sheet 3 does not have the extending portion 36 extending to the other side in the 1 st direction X.
The oral tablet 1 in fig. 1 is shown in the following state: the upper tooth piece A is disposed such that the 1 st region F is located on the upper side and the 2 nd region is located on the lower side, and the lower tooth piece B is disposed such that the 1 st region F is located on the lower side and the 2 nd region is located on the upper side. This arrangement state is preferable because it corresponds to the arrangement relationship of the upper teeth sheet a and the lower teeth sheet B in the oral cavity, and is easy to intuitively operate.
In the upper teeth sheet a of the present embodiment, the extending portion 36 is positioned on the left side of the 1 st region F when viewed from the front side of the adhesive tooth sheet 3 in the above-described arrangement state. In the case where the extending portions 36 are provided on both sides of the main body portion 30 in the 1 st direction X, the longer of the two extending portions 36 in the 1 st direction X or the larger of the two extending portions 36 in the 1 st direction X is preferably located on the left side of the 1 st region F.
In the lower teeth sheet B of the present embodiment, the extending portion 36 is positioned on the left side of the 1 st region F when viewed from the front side of the adhesive tooth sheet 3 in the above-described arrangement state.
In this way, from the viewpoint of operability when used by a right-handed user, the extending portion 36 is preferably positioned on the left side, or the extending portions 36 on both sides of the main body 30 are preferably positioned on the left side of the 1 st region F, whichever has a longer length in the 1 st direction X or a larger area. Specifically, when the tooth adhesive sheet 3 is peeled off by pinching the extending portion 36 with the right hand, the sticking surface 41 is easily stuck to the front side of the tooth by turning the sticking surface 41 to the near side.
In the case of use by a left-handed user, the upper teeth sheet a and the lower teeth sheet B are preferably arranged as follows from the viewpoint of facilitating the operation of turning the attachment surface 41 to the near side and attaching the attachment surface 41 to the front side of the teeth.
In the above-described arrangement state, the extending portion 36 is positioned on the right side of the 1 st region F when viewed from the front side of the adhesive tooth sheet 3. In the case where the extending portions 36 are provided on both sides of the main body portion 30 in the 1 st direction X, the 1 st direction X of the two extending portions 36 having a longer length or a larger area is located on the right side of the 1 st region F.
In the arrangement state, the extending portion 36 is located on the right side of the 1 st region F when viewed from the front of the dental adhesive sheet 3. In the case where the extending portions 36 are provided on both sides of the main body portion 30 in the 1 st direction X, the 1 st direction X of the two extending portions 36 having a longer length or a larger area is located on the right side of the 1 st region F.
Therefore, from the viewpoint of further improving the operability, when the upper tooth sheet a and the lower tooth sheet B are peelably laminated on the same release sheet 2 or the release sheets 2 coupled together so as to be aligned in the 1 st direction, it is preferable that the extending portions 36 are arranged on the same side in the 1 st direction X in the upper tooth sheet a and the lower tooth sheet B. In other words, it is preferable that the extended portions 36 of the upper tooth piece a and the lower tooth piece B protrude in the same direction. Alternatively, when the extending portions 36 are provided on both sides of the main body portion 30 in the 1 st direction X, it is preferable that the two extending portions 36 protruding to both sides of the main body portion 30 of the upper tooth piece a and the lower tooth piece B are arranged on the same side in the 1 st direction X, whichever has a longer length or a larger area in the 1 st direction X.
The dental adhesive sheet 3 of the present embodiment has the 1 st region F and the 2 nd region R as described above. The dental adhesive sheet 3 of the present embodiment may be provided as follows: the main body 30 has an inwardly-tapered portion 31 formed of a pair of concave portions that are recessed inward in the 1 st direction X at both ends in the 1 st direction X, and the inwardly-tapered portion 31 is a folded-back guide portion that folds back the 2 nd region R. Specifically, when the 2 nd region R is folded back with a folding line WL passing through the center of the retracted portion 31 in the 2 nd direction Y in a state where the 1 st region F is attached to the tooth front side, the 2 nd region R is attached to the tooth back side. The folded line WL may be an imaginary line, or may be formed of an eyelet line or the like which can guide the folding.
When the dental adhesive sheet 3 has the 1 st region F and the 2 nd region R, the dental adhesive sheet 3 preferably has a folding guide portion for folding the 2 nd region R in the 1 st direction X on both ends of the body 30 in the 1 st direction X, from the viewpoint of facilitating folding the 2 nd region R. In the present embodiment, the folding guide portion is the above-described retracted portion 31. The concave portion constituting the indented portion 31 may be formed in any shape such as a polygonal shape, e.g., a U-shape, a semicircular shape, or a triangular shape. The folded-back guide portions may be a pair of notches formed at both ends of the body portion 30 in the 1 st direction X, or may be recesses or notches (or cut-outs) formed at either end of the body portion 30 in the 1 st direction X.
Further, from the viewpoint of dividing the 2 nd region R into a plurality of regions to improve the ease of folding back, it is preferable that the 2 nd region R has 1 or a plurality of dividing portions that divide the 2 nd region R into a plurality of regions in the 1 st direction X. In the present embodiment, the dividing portion is 1 recessed portion 32 formed in the center of the 2 nd region R in the 1 st direction X. The concave portion 32 as the dividing portion may be formed in any shape such as a polygonal shape such as a U-shape, a semicircular shape, or a triangular shape. The dividing portion may be a notch portion extending over the entire length of the 2 nd region R in the 2 nd direction Y. The dividing portion is preferably formed over the entire length of the 2 nd region R in the 2 nd direction Y. The 2 nd direction Y total length of the 2 nd region R means a length from an outer edge of the 2 nd direction Y of the 2 nd region R in the 2 nd direction Y to the fold-back line WL. The 2 nd region R may have 1 or more divided portions at any position in the 1 st direction X. In the case where the 2 nd region R has 1 divided part, the divided part is preferably formed in the center of the 2 nd region R of the main body 30 in the 1 st direction X from the same viewpoint as described above.
The tooth adhesive sheet 3 may be formed such that the lengths of the upper tooth sheet a and the lower tooth sheet B in the 1 st direction X are different from each other. Since the upper teeth are more easily exposed to the sight of others than the lower teeth, it is preferable to set the range of the beautified teeth such as whitening larger than the lower teeth. From this viewpoint, the total length of the upper tooth sheet a in the 1 st direction X is preferably 1.05 times or more, more preferably 1.1 times or more, further preferably 1.15 times or more, and preferably 10 times or less, more preferably 5 times or less, further preferably 1.25 times or less, and preferably 1.05 times or more and 10 times or less, more preferably 1.1 times or more and 5 times or less, further preferably 1.15 times or more and 1.25 times or less, relative to the total length of the lower tooth sheet B in the 1 st direction X. The overall length of the upper teeth piece a and the lower teeth piece B in the 1 st direction X is the maximum length of each piece A, B in the 1 st direction X.
The dental adhesive sheet of the present embodiment preferably has a concave portion on the surface of the surface to be adhered to the teeth. The concave portion may be, for example, a concave portion 43 corresponding to the convex portion 21 formed in the release sheet 2, and is left on the surface of the attachment surface 41 of the tooth adhesive sheet 3 when the release sheet 2 is peeled. Thus, the tooth adhesive sheet 3 peeled from the release sheet 2 can be distinguished between the sticking surface 41 and the back surface 45 by the concave portion 43. The convex portions 21 of the release sheet 2 may be uneven portions obtained by embossing the surface of the release sheet 2.
From the viewpoint of further improving the discrimination between the sticking surface 41 and the back surface 45, the depth of the recessed portion 43 formed on the sticking surface 41 is preferably 8 μm or more, more preferably 11 μm or more, and even more preferably 15 μm or more, and is preferably 53 μm or less, more preferably 46 μm or less, and even more preferably 40 μm or less, and is preferably 8 μm or more and 53 μm or less, more preferably 11 μm or more and 46 μm or less, and even more preferably 15 μm or more and 40 μm or less. The depth of the concave portion 43 can be measured by the same method as the following < method of measuring the thickness of the dental adhesive sheet 3 >.
The thickness of the adhesive dental sheet 3 is preferably 35 μm or more, more preferably 50 μm or more, further preferably 60 μm or more, and preferably 500 μm or less, more preferably 150 μm or less, further preferably 70 μm or less, and preferably 35 μm or more and 500 μm or less, more preferably 50 μm or more and 150 μm or less, further preferably 60 μm or more and 70 μm or less, in order to improve the adhesion of the adhesive dental sheet 3 to the irregularities such as tooth surfaces and slits. The thickness of the tooth paste sheet 3 can be measured by the following method.
< method for measuring thickness of tooth adhesive sheet 3 >
The thickness of the tooth attachment wafer 3 can be measured using a digital microscope (e.g. VHX-1000 manufactured by KEYENCE). The cut surface of the dental adhesive sheet 3 was observed at a magnification of 20 to 100 times without load using the digital microscope, and the maximum thickness of the cut surface was measured. Each cross section obtained by cutting the dental adhesive sheet 3 at an arbitrary 3 points was measured, and the average value of the maximum thicknesses at the 3 points was defined as the thickness of the dental adhesive sheet 3.
From the viewpoint of improving the workability of attaching the dental adhesive sheet 3 to teeth, the deformation of the dental adhesive sheet 3 when the tensile strength is 20MPa is preferably 2% or more, more preferably 3% or more, further preferably 4% or more, and further more preferably 5% or more. In addition, the deformation of the dental adhesive sheet 3 at a tensile strength of 20MPa can be measured by the following method.
< method of measuring deformation >
The deformation of the dental adhesive sheet having a tensile strength of 20MPa was measured by a rheometer (MCR 502, manufactured by Anton Paar). The deformation is measured by placing a piece of the measurement object on a tool for measuring the deformation. The resolution software used Rheoplus 32. The measuring tool uses a universal elongation measuring system (UXF 12/UNI). The tensile strain is measured when the tensile stress is varied within a range of 1 to 20MPa in a room temperature environment (about 25 ℃ C.). The measurement time was set to 30 seconds, and the tensile stress was linearly controlled at 1 point/1 second. The tensile deformation is represented by% as the amount of change from about 20mm in the initial length of the sheet sandwiched between the rotary cylinder and the stationary cylinder.
The haze value (turbidity) of the dental adhesive sheet 3 is preferably 80 or less, more preferably 70 or less, even more preferably 60 or less, and even more preferably 50 or less, from the viewpoint of facilitating the adhesion of the dental adhesive sheet 3 depending on the unevenness of the tooth surface and the arrangement of the teeth. The haze value was measured by the following method.
< method for measuring haze (turbidity) >
The haze value (haze) was measured according to the test method for plastic articles of Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS K7136). The haze value was measured using a haze meter (trade name "NDH 7000 II", manufactured by Nippon Denshoku industries Co., Ltd.). The average value of the measurement results of any 3 points on the sample was taken as the haze value.
From the viewpoint of facilitating the operation of peeling the tooth adhesive sheet 3 from the release sheet 2, it is preferable that the tooth adhesive sheet 3 and the release sheet 2 are different in color from each other.
As described above, the dental adhesive sheet 3 is composed of a water-soluble polymer. From the viewpoint of suppressing moisture absorption of the tooth adhesive sheet 3 before use, it is preferable that the oral cavity sheet 1 is packaged separately in a package. From the same viewpoint as described above, the package preferably has its inside sealed. The package is formed by joining 1 or more sheets by a known joining method such as ultrasonic sealing, heat sealing, or high-frequency sealing. Examples of the material for forming the package include a thermoplastic resin film, and a metal film such as aluminum laminated on the film.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the oral cavity sheet 1 of the above embodiment, the dental adhesive sheet 3 has a laminated structure in which the active layer 42 and the protective layer 44 are laminated, but the dental adhesive sheet 3 may be constituted only by the active layer 42, or may further have an intermediate layer between the active layer 42 and the protective layer 44.
The main body 30 of the above embodiment has a shape elongated in the 1 st direction X, but may not have a shape elongated in one direction. For example, the length of the body 30 in the 2 nd direction Y may be equal to or shorter than the length of the teeth in the height direction. The body 30 may be substantially square (see fig. 4 (a)).
Further, the dental adhesive sheet 3 of the above embodiment has the 1 st region F and the 2 nd region R, but the dental adhesive sheet 3 may have only the 1 st region F or the 2 nd region R. For example, the dental adhesive sheet 3 may have: a main body 30 formed of a portion corresponding to the 1 st region F; an extension portion 36 (see (b) and (c) of fig. 4) disposed at the center or on a side shifted from the center in the 2 nd direction Y of the main body 30 on the 1 st direction X side of the main body 30.
Further, the oral piece 1 of the above embodiment has the upper teeth piece a and the lower teeth piece B, but the oral piece 1 may have only the upper teeth piece a or only the lower teeth piece B.
