Description

Short message sending method and device during user shutdown period and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of mobile services, in particular to a short message sending method and device during user shutdown and electronic equipment.
Background
Currently, when a mobile terminal user triggers a shutdown state through a Business & Operation Support System (BOSS), a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) in a core network executes an MOD _ LOCK instruction for locking related functions of an IC (voice answering, short message receiving), an OC (voice calling, short message sending), and the like of the mobile terminal user. The instructions are executed to no longer support the mobile terminal user to use the functions of voice incoming call, outgoing call, short message sending and receiving and the like. Meanwhile, after the short message center inquires that the mobile terminal user is in the shutdown state through the HSS platform, the short message center does not send short messages to the mobile terminal user any more.
After the mobile terminal user stops working, the short message function is limited, and the short message cannot be received, so that the operator and the mobile terminal user are lost, the balance reminding short message cannot be issued, and the mobile terminal user cannot know the current data information such as telephone charge, flow and the like. If the mobile terminal user is in a transaction state, the short message verification code sent by the payment platform such as a bank cannot be acquired, and the mobile terminal user is not facilitated to use the payment platform for payment and recovery.
Therefore, a short message sending method during the user shutdown period is needed to solve the problem that the user of the mobile terminal cannot obtain some important short message reminders due to the fact that the short message function is closed during the shutdown period, and further the payment and recovery of the user is affected.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present specification and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any inventive step are within the scope of the present application.
In order to solve the problem that some important short message reminders cannot be acquired due to the fact that the short message function of an existing mobile terminal user is closed during a shutdown period, and therefore payment and recovery of the user are affected, the embodiment of the specification provides a short message sending method during the shutdown period of the user. Under the condition that the target mobile terminal user stops, the embodiment of the invention can respond to the stop instruction aiming at the target mobile terminal user, close the designated function of the target mobile terminal user and reserve the short message receiving function of the target mobile terminal user; then obtaining a short message list received by a target mobile terminal user; then, determining a target short message of a short message sending number in a preset shutdown number configuration list from a short message list received by a target mobile terminal user; and finally, the target short message is sent to the target mobile terminal user, and the short message receiving function of the target mobile terminal user can still be kept under the condition that the target mobile terminal user stops, so that the problem that the user cannot obtain some important short message prompts due to the fact that the short message function is closed in a stop state, and further payment and recovery of the user are influenced can be effectively avoided.
Specifically, an implementation flow diagram of a short message sending method during a user shutdown period provided by one or more embodiments of the present specification is shown in fig. 1, and includes:
step 110, responding to a shutdown instruction aiming at a target mobile terminal user, closing the designated function of the target mobile terminal user and reserving the short message receiving function of the target mobile terminal user;
as described in the background art, after the mobile terminal user is in a defaulting shutdown, various services of the mobile terminal, such as voice incoming and outgoing calls, short message sending and receiving, network connection, etc., cannot be used generally. Under the condition, if the mobile terminal user is performing the payment and reset operation on the payment platform, the mobile terminal user cannot receive the short message verification code from the payment platform to complete payment and reset. In order to solve the problem, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the target mobile terminal user has a defaulting outage, only the designated function of the target mobile terminal user may be turned off through a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) in the core network shown in fig. 2, and the short message receiving function of the target mobile terminal user is retained.
Optionally, the specified function includes at least one of:
a voice call-in function;
a voice call function;
a short message sending function;
a network connection function.
Step 120, acquiring a short message list received by a target mobile terminal user;
optionally, after the short message receiving function of the target mobile terminal user is retained, the target mobile terminal user may receive short messages sent from multiple channels, and some spam short messages may be involved in the short messages, which may cause unnecessary disturbance to the target mobile terminal user. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, the embodiment of the present invention may filter the short message sent to the target mobile terminal user through the short message gateway device, and specifically, after acquiring the short message list received by the target mobile terminal user, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
determining a short message of which the short message sending number is not in the following preset shutdown number configuration list from a short message list received by a target mobile terminal user;
and intercepting the short message of which the short message sending number is not in the preset shutdown number configuration list.
The preset shutdown number configuration list is a number which is configured in advance and can be sent to a short message sending party of the shutdown terminal user, such as the number of 10086/10010 and other operators, and can also include the number of the payment platform, and only short messages sent by the number of the short message sending party of the preset shutdown number configuration list can be sent to the shutdown mobile terminal user, so that unnecessary disturbance to the shutdown mobile terminal user is avoided.
Step 130, determining a target short message of a short message sending number in a preset shutdown number configuration list from a short message list received by a target mobile terminal user;
optionally, determining a target short message of a short message sending number in a preset shutdown number configuration list from a short message list received by a target mobile terminal user includes:
receiving a shutdown user number list from a service support system through short message gateway equipment;
determining whether a target mobile terminal user is in the shutdown user number list or not through short message gateway equipment;
and if the target mobile terminal user is in the shutdown user number list, determining a target short message of the short message sending number in a preset shutdown number configuration list from a short message list received by the target mobile terminal user through short message gateway equipment.
Optionally, in order to improve the reliability of the connection between the short message gateway device and the service support system, the short message gateway device and the service support system communicate with each other in a communication manner of long connection through a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP).
Optionally, in order to ensure that the short message gateway device really receives the shutdown user number list from the service support system, after receiving the shutdown user number list from the service support system through the short message gateway device, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
and sending a response message to the service support system through the short message gateway equipment within a preset time period after receiving the shutdown user number list from the service support system.

and sending a response message to the service support system through the short message gateway equipment within a preset time period after receiving the list of the number of the extension subscribers from the service support system.
The method comprises the steps that a local shutdown number user list of the short message gateway device is updated through the short message gateway device based on a reset user number list, and specifically, user numbers existing in the local shutdown number user list of the short message gateway device in the reset user number list can be removed.
Step 140, sending the target short message to the target mobile terminal user.
Optionally, the target short message is sent to the target mobile terminal user, and specifically, the target short message can be sent to the target mobile terminal user through the short message gateway device.
