Background
With the rapid development of intelligent devices and mobile communication technologies, it is more and more common for communication service providers to provide intermediary number services. The intermediate number in the application is a unique virtual number generated by a communication service party for two communication parties in a specific communication process, the virtual number is different from real numbers of the two communication parties, and only the virtual number is displayed on communication equipment of the two communication parties in the communication process but not the real numbers of the two communication parties. Dialing the virtual number by others, except for the two parties to the particular communication, is not valid.
Some specific application scenarios require the above-mentioned intermediary number service. For example, in a car booking scenario, a car booking service provider may purchase a medium number service of one or more communication service providers to protect the privacy of both the driver and the passenger. When the network car booking order is generated, the network car booking service party can select the communication service party, acquire the intermediate number of the communication service party and send the intermediate number to a driver and a passenger. Taking the communication process that the driver calls the passenger through the intermediate number as an example, the communication process can comprise that the driver calls the intermediate number, then the intermediate number calls the passenger, the intermediate number establishes call connection for the driver and the passenger, the driver and the passenger communicate through the intermediate number in the whole process, the real mobile phone numbers of the driver and the passenger are not public, and the virtual intermediate number can automatically lose efficacy when the order is completed or cancelled, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the real communication numbers of the driver and the passenger.
In the related art, when a communication service party is selected to request an intermediate number, the intermediate number is generally selected randomly, and in such a case, a problem of communication between different communication networks occurs, so that communication delay between two communication parties is increased, and a probability of a problem of communication quality is also high.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a communication device according to an exemplary embodiment, where fig. 1 includes a plurality of communication servers as communication service parties providing an intermediary number service and a mobile communication network service, an application server as an application service party using the intermediary number service, a smart terminal a1 held by a user a, and a smart terminal B1 held by a user B.
In practical applications, the application service party may be a network appointment application service party, a take-out application service party or a home application service party, etc. The user can install a client (APP) provided by the Application service provider in the smart terminal, and obtain the Application service provided by the Application service provider through the APP. The user may be involved in communication with another user in the process of using the application service, and the application service side may provide the user with an intermediary number service in order to protect the privacy of the user.
Taking the network car booking service party as an example for explanation, the user B initiates a car booking order, the user a responds to the car booking order, and when the application server generates the network car booking order, the application server selects a communication service party, requests an intermediate number from the communication service party and sends the intermediate number to the user a and the user B. And the user A calls the user B through the intermediate number in a communication process, specifically, after the user A calls the intermediate number, the intermediate number calls the user B, so that the intermediate number establishes call connection for a driver and a passenger.
In the case where the application server is configured with a plurality of communication servers providing the intermediary number service, in the related art, it is common to randomly select a communication server for requesting the intermediary number for the user. It will be appreciated that the number of users using an application is typically large and that different users will use mobile communications network services provided by different communications service parties. In this random selection manner, if the selected communication service party providing the intermediary number is different from the communication service party used by the user mobile terminal, the user may have a problem of communication delay between different mobile communication networks when initiating a call to the intermediary number or when initiating a call to the user by the intermediary number, and the probability of occurrence of a problem of communication quality is also high.
The scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can preset a set comprising a plurality of communication service parties, and because the communication service parties corresponding to the two communication service parties are determined to be notified, when a proper communication service party is selected from the set, the communication service party can be selected according to the principle that the priority of the communication service party corresponding to the two communication service parties is higher than that of other communication service parties, so that the probability that the selected communication service party is the same as the communication service parties of the two communication service parties can be improved, the communication delay is less when the intermediate number call is forwarded, and the probability of communication quality problems is less. Next, examples of the present application will be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 2A, fig. 2A is a block diagram of a communication device according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be configured in an application server, and includes the following modules:
a communication server determining module 21 configured to: when the intermediate number service needs to be provided for the two communication parties, the communication service parties corresponding to the two communication parties are determined.
A communication service party selection module 22, configured to: and selecting a communication service party for providing the intermediate number from a preset communication service party set for providing the intermediate number service according to the determined communication service party. The priority of the communication service party corresponding to the two communication parties is higher than the priority of the other communication service parties.
An intermediate number processing module 23, configured to: and requesting the selected communication service party for the intermediate number service, receiving the intermediate number returned by the selected communication service party, and sending the intermediate number to the two communication parties.
In the embodiment of the application, the application server may pre-configure a communication server set, where the communication server set may include one or more communication servers providing a medium number service, and the larger the number of the communication servers, the more the communication requirements of the users are expected to be satisfied.
In practical applications, there are various ways for the application server to determine whether the intermediary number service needs to be provided for the two communication parties. An alternative mode is to receive an intermediate number service request initiated by a client, in this mode, a user can actively trigger a control provided by the client for the intermediate number service request, the client initiates the intermediate number service request to an application server according to the trigger of the user, and after the application server receives the intermediate number service request, the application server provides the intermediate number service for the user. For example, in a scenario of providing a third-party service such as a commodity transaction platform, when either one of two transaction parties needs to communicate with the other party, the server may actively initiate a middle number service request to the server, and after receiving the middle number service request, the server may provide the middle number service to the user initiating the request.
In another alternative, the application server may determine whether to provide the intermediary number service for the user according to the service data sent by the client. For example, taking a network car booking scenario as an example, it may be determined that one of the two communication parties initiates a car taking order according to service data of users of the two communication parties, and when the other party responds to the car taking order and receives the car taking order, it may be determined that an intermediate number service request is obtained, and an intermediate number needs to be provided for the two communication parties. In practical application, a determination mode that needs to provide a middle number service for both communication parties can be flexibly configured according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
When the intermediate number service needs to be provided for the user, the server further can determine the communication service party corresponding to the two communication parties. The communication service provider in this embodiment refers to a provider of a data communication network of a mobile communication device of a user. Since different communication service parties provide different mobile communication network services, there is a delay problem during communication between different mobile communication networks, and the purpose of determining the communication service parties corresponding to both communication parties in this embodiment is to select an appropriate communication service party from a communication service party set.
In practical application, the communication service party corresponding to the two communication parties can be determined in various ways. For example, when a user registers an account in an application server, the user inputs a communication service party used by the user, and stores data input by the user; or when the user registers the account number in the application server, the user inputs the communication number used by the user, and after the communication service party is identified according to the communication number of the user, the identification result is stored. According to the pre-stored data, when the communication service side of the user needs to be determined, the communication service side can be quickly inquired from the pre-stored data.
Fig. 2B is a block diagram of another communication device according to an exemplary embodiment shown in the present application, and fig. 2B is based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2A, and the communication service party determining module 21 may include:
a communication service party determining submodule 211 for: and acquiring communication numbers of both communication parties, and determining the communication service parties corresponding to both communication parties through the communication numbers.
In the embodiment of the application, the mode of determining the communication service parties corresponding to the two communication parties through the communication numbers is easy to realize, and the communication service parties corresponding to the two communication parties can be accurately determined.
In an optional implementation, the communication service side determining sub-module 211 is further configured to: and acquiring the mobile access code in the communication number, and inquiring the communication service party corresponding to the communication number according to the corresponding relation between different mobile access codes and the communication service party recorded in a preset mobile access code table.
Taking the mobile phone number of China as an example, the mobile phone number used in China is 11 digits, and the code thereof is as follows: the first 3 positions: a mobile access code; 4-7 position: regional coding; positions 8 to 11: and (4) arranging in sequence and randomly issuing user selection.
Wherein the mobile access code is used to identify a server of a different mobile communication network. For GSM networks, the Mobile Access Code is also called National Destination Code (NDC), and in other networks such as CDMA networks, the first 3 bits of the communication number are called Mobile Access Code (MAC). For example, taking the china communication service side as an example, the mobile access codes of the china mobile GSM network include 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 158 and 159, the mobile access codes of the china communication GSM network include 130, 131, 132 and 156, and the mobile access codes of the china communication CDMA network include 133 and 153.
As shown in the following table 1, an embodiment of a mobile access code table is shown, where the mobile access code table records a corresponding relationship between a mobile access code in the embodiment of the present application and a service provider providing a mobile communication network service:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
through the mobile access code table, the communication service party determining module 211 may obtain the mobile access code in the communication number according to the coding structure of the communication number, and then may quickly query the communication service party corresponding to the communication number from the mobile access code.
After the communication service party determining sub-module 211 determines the communication service party corresponding to the communication number, the communication service party selecting module 22 may select an appropriate communication service party from the communication service party set according to the determination result of the communication service party determining module 21.
In the embodiment of the application, when the communication service party is selected from a preset communication service party set providing the middle number service, the priority of the communication service party corresponding to the communication number of the two communication parties is higher than the priority of the other communication service parties.
Specifically, in this method, if the communication numbers of both the communication parties correspond to the same communication service party, the corresponding communication service party can be preferentially selected, and therefore, when both the communication parties communicate via the intermediate number, since both the communication parties and the intermediate number communicate with each other in the same mobile communication network, the problem of communication delay in the related art does not occur, and the occurrence probability of the problem of communication quality is reduced.
If the communication numbers of both the communication parties correspond to different communication service parties, the communication service party corresponding to the communication number of either of the communication parties can be preferred.
Specifically, in this manner, when the communication numbers of both communication parties correspond to different communication service parties, the communication service party corresponding to the communication number of any one of the communication service parties can be preferentially selected. Therefore, one of the two communication parties and the intermediate number can communicate between the same mobile communication network, thereby reducing the occurrence probability of communication delay problems and communication quality problems.
In practical application, when a communication service party corresponding to a communication number of any one of two communication parties is preferred, the communication service party can be further optimized and selected by combining a specific application scene. For example, in this embodiment, the communication service party selecting module 22 may specifically be configured to: when a communication service party is selected from a preset communication provider set for providing the intermediate number service, the priority of the communication service party corresponding to the communication number with higher communication frequency in the two communication parties is higher than the priority of the other communication service parties.
In this embodiment, for both communication parties, which party has a higher communication frequency in the current intermediary number service process may be determined in multiple ways, and a communication service party corresponding to a communication number of the party having the higher communication frequency is selected according to the determination result. For example, the determination may be made by combining historical communication data of both communication parties, or by analyzing business data of each user through big data, or may be made by combining specific application scenarios and actual requirements.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, since the communication service party corresponding to the communication number of the party with higher communication frequency is selected, the occurrence probability of the communication delay problem and the communication quality problem can be further reduced.
As can be seen from the foregoing analysis, the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application can be applied to life service scenes such as a network appointment scene or a take-away scene. In such a scenario, the communication service party selecting module 22 may be further specifically configured to: and under the condition that the two communication parties comprise a service order initiator and a service order receiver, determining the party with higher communication frequency in the two communication parties as the service order receiver.
For example, in a network car appointment scene, a passenger serves as a service order initiator, a driver serves as a service order receiver, the driver generally needs to contact the passenger to determine the boarding place and time, and the communication frequency of the driver is higher than that of the passenger.
In an alternative implementation, when the communication service party is selected from a preset set of communication service parties providing the intermediary number service, if the communication service party corresponding to the communication numbers of both communication parties is not included in the set, the communication service party is randomly selected from the set.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the communication device, the application also provides an embodiment of a communication method.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a communication method shown in the present application according to an exemplary embodiment, which is applicable to an application server, and includes the following steps 301 to 303:
in step 301, when it is necessary to provide the intermediary number service for both the communication parties, the communication service party corresponding to both the communication parties is determined.
In step 302, according to the determined communication service party, a communication service party for providing an intermediary number is selected from a preset communication service party set for providing an intermediary number service, wherein the priority of the communication service party corresponding to both communication parties is higher than the priority of the other communication service parties.
In step 303, an intermediate number service is requested to the selected communication service provider, an intermediate number returned from the selected communication service provider is received, and the intermediate number is transmitted to both communication parties.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, a set including a plurality of communication service parties may be preset in the embodiments of the present application, and since the communication service parties corresponding to both the communication service parties are determined to be notified, when an appropriate communication service party is selected from the set, the communication service party may be selected according to a principle that the priority of the communication service party corresponding to both the communication service parties is higher than the priority of the other communication service parties, so that the probability that the selected communication service party is the same as the communication service parties of both the communication service parties can be increased, and thus, the communication delay is reduced and the probability of the communication quality problem is reduced when the intermediary number call is forwarded.
