本发明公开了一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,包括结构主体,所述结构主体包括绝缘外壳、分别设于绝缘外壳两端的封盖及端盖,所述绝缘外壳内设有多个放置腔,所述放置腔的开口处设有护盖及方便电子烟安装的导轨,所述放置腔还设有软包电池,所述封盖嵌入有锂电池总成,所述锂电池总成设有显示屏及导电柱,所述导电柱与软包电池耦接,所述锂电池总成内置有智能模块,所述智能模块包括微型处理芯片、远程控制模块、电量检测模块、蓝牙模块、温度监控模块及信息传输模块。本发明结构稳定可靠,实用性强,安全系数高,操作简单,安装方便,智能化程度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池技术领域,具体为一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件。
背景技术
“锂电池”,是一类由锂金属或锂合金为正/负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池,由于锂金属的化学特性非常活泼,使得锂金属的加工、保存、使用,对环境要求非常高。随着科学技术的发展,锂电池已经成为了主流。
锂电池大致可分为两类:锂金属电池和锂离子电池,锂离子电池不含有金属态的锂,并且是可以充电的,可充电电池的第五代产品锂金属电池在1996年诞生,其安全性、比容量、自放电率和性能价格比均优于锂离子电池,由于其自身的高技术要求限制,只有少数几个国家的公司在生产这种锂金属电池。
现有电子烟的锂电池在不使用时,暴露在空气中的正极容易氧化,进而直接影响到电池正常使用;同时,该锂电池在安装至电子烟中后稳定性较差,功能单一,智能化程度低,防护效果差,安装不便。对此提出一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足,本发明提供一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,能有效的解决背景技术提出的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,包括结构主体,所述结构主体包括绝缘外壳、分别设于绝缘外壳两端的封盖及端盖,所述绝缘外壳内设有多个放置腔,所述放置腔的开口处设有护盖及方便电子烟安装的导轨,所述放置腔还设有软包电池;
所述封盖嵌入有锂电池总成,所述锂电池总成设有显示屏及导电柱,所述导电柱与软包电池耦接,所述锂电池总成内置有智能模块,所述智能模块包括微型处理芯片、远程控制模块、电量检测模块、蓝牙模块、温度监控模块及信息传输模块。
特别的,所述导轨沿绝缘外壳的外侧凸起,且导轨与护盖的两侧相接触。
特别的,所述护盖依次由陶瓷片、防爆网及隔热棉组成,所述护盖的端面还设有用于卡接封盖的卡扣。
特别的,所述显示屏与智能模块连接。
特别的,所述放置腔之间还设有连接柱,所述连接柱与放置腔一体成型,所述连接柱的两端分别与封盖、端盖可拆卸连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,在安装的过程中,将软包电池依次安装在放置腔内,其中放置腔的一端开有穿孔,用于耦接锂电池总成,软包电池安装完成后,盖上护盖,该护盖具有防爆、隔热绝缘的功能,进一步提高使用时的安全性,护盖两侧由向外侧的导轨卡住,导轨能方便快速的安装在电子烟内,同时护盖端面的卡扣用于扣接在封盖上,封盖上嵌入的锂电池总成内置有智能模块,使用者通过蓝牙连接的方式实现远程控制以及监控的功能,提高了使用体验,更加方便,智能化程度更高。本发明结构稳定可靠,实用性强,安全系数高,操作简单,安装方便,智能化程度高。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-4所示,本发明提供了一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,包括结构主体,所述结构主体包括绝缘外壳1、分别设于绝缘外壳1两端的封盖7及端盖9,所述绝缘外壳1内设有多个放置腔8,所述放置腔8的开口处设有护盖2及方便电子烟安装的导轨11,所述放置腔8还设有软包电池4;
所述封盖7嵌入有锂电池总成3,所述锂电池总成3设有显示屏5及导电柱6,所述导电柱6与软包电池4耦接,所述锂电池总成3内置有智能模块,所述智能模块包括微型处理芯片、远程控制模块、电量检测模块、蓝牙模块、温度监控模块及信息传输模块。
进一步说明的是,所述导轨11沿绝缘外壳1的外侧凸起,且导轨11与护盖2的两侧相接触。
进一步说明的是,所述护盖2依次由陶瓷片、防爆网及隔热棉组成,所述护盖2的端面还设有用于卡接封盖7的卡扣12。
进一步说明的是,所述显示屏5与智能模块连接。
进一步说明的是,所述放置腔8之间还设有连接柱10,所述连接柱10与放置腔8一体成型,所述连接柱10的两端分别与封盖7、端盖9可拆卸连接。
本实施例在安装的过程中,将软包电池4依次安装在放置腔8内,其中放置腔8的一端开有穿孔,用于耦接锂电池总成3,软包电池4安装完成后,盖上护盖2,该护盖2具有防爆、隔热绝缘的功能,进一步提高使用时的安全性,护盖2两侧由向外侧的导轨11卡住,导轨11能方便快速的安装在电子烟内,同时护盖2端面的卡扣12用于扣接在封盖7上,封盖7上嵌入的锂电池总成3内置有智能模块,使用者通过蓝牙连接的方式实现远程控制以及监控的功能,提高了使用体验,更加方便,智能化程度更高。

1.一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,其特征在于:包括结构主体,所述结构主体包括绝缘外壳、分别设于绝缘外壳两端的封盖及端盖,所述绝缘外壳内设有多个放置腔,所述放置腔的开口处设有护盖及方便电子烟安装的导轨,所述放置腔还设有软包电池;
所述封盖嵌入有锂电池总成,所述锂电池总成设有显示屏及导电柱,所述导电柱与软包电池耦接,所述锂电池总成内置有智能模块,所述智能模块包括微型处理芯片、远程控制模块、电量检测模块、蓝牙模块、温度监控模块及信息传输模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,其特征在于:所述导轨沿绝缘外壳的外侧凸起,且导轨与护盖的两侧相接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,其特征在于:所述护盖依次由陶瓷片、防爆网及隔热棉组成,所述护盖的端面还设有用于卡接封盖的卡扣。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,其特征在于:所述显示屏与智能模块连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于电子烟的锂电池组件,其特征在于:所述放置腔之间还设有连接柱,所述连接柱与放置腔一体成型,所述连接柱的两端分别与封盖、端盖可拆卸连接。
