B. if only the lower limb is painful, the upper limb test (quiet heart rhythm + upper limb muscle force) in the cardiopulmonary function test can be tested;
C. lower limb tests in cardiopulmonary function tests can be tested if only the upper limb is painful (quiet heart rhythm + lower limb muscle strength + step test, functional test if 65 years old or older);
D. if the pain of the trunk (trunk and waist) is caused, the cardiopulmonary function test is not performed;
note that: if all tests are tested with the same content, directly continuing to test the result without repeatedly testing the orthopedic evaluation and the functional test, and carrying out the heart rehabilitation evaluation once in 2 weeks according to the heart rehabilitation evaluation logic;
selecting and testing items: the doctor can add and subtract the test items manually according to the condition of the patient. The user capable of completing the automatic pushing test does not need to increase or decrease items by default, and if the doctor evaluates or knows the specific disease condition of the user on line, the user can select the action which is performed by the pushing system as risky by default but can be well completed by the user. For example: for a user without body pain and with hypertension disease less than 65 years old, the doctor can select the following items: lower limb muscle strength, upper limb flexibility, balance ability (single foot standing);
if the age is less than 6 years, no evaluation action is performed by only taking the questionnaire.
When multiple diseases are combined, items which are necessary to be tested for multiple diseases are evaluated and selected for recommendation, and as long as one item which is necessary to be tested and not recommended for the diseases exists, the item is changed from the item which is necessary to be tested to the item which is selected and tested.
S103 further includes:
and (3) cardiopulmonary rehabilitation test result feedback:
if the 3-minute step test, the lower step test and the 2-minute step test are optional:
too high A strength
Z-3 pain in the lower extremities
Continuing the test after selection, intelligently pushing the rehabilitation exercise action according to the quiet heart rate
If the upper limb muscle strength test can be selected:
z-2 My Upper limbs experienced pain and failed to adhere to the test
Z-3 My trunk experienced pain and failed to adhere to the test
If Z-2 is selected, the test is stopped and recorded in a report and the lower extremity muscle strength test is continued
When Z-4 is selected, the test is stopped, the upper limb test is defined as weak and recorded in the report, and the lower limb muscle strength test is continued
If the lower limb muscle strength test can select:
z-3 My lower limbs experienced pain and failed to adhere to the test
If Z-3 is selected, the test is stopped, the lower limb test is defined as weak and recorded in the report, and the core muscle strength test is continued
If the core muscle strength test can select:
z-4 My trunk experienced pain and failed to adhere to the test
Z-1 My neck developed pain and failed to adhere to the test
If Z-4 is selected, the test is stopped and recorded in a report
If Z-1 is selected, the test is stopped, the core test is defined as weak and recorded in the report
S103 further includes:
testing push logic:
if the patient selects the "red flag" option, the questionnaire and test are stopped and a prompt is sent to the user;
if the 'over-inductance' with less symptoms is selected, the pain questionnaire can be continued;
the X/Y/Z is mutually associated and exclusive, and two or more than two different conditions are met, namely the questionnaire is ended, but the evaluation can be continued when Y-1vZ-1, Y-2vZ-2, Y-3vZ-3 and Y-4vZ-4 occur;
s103 further includes:
acquiring basic information of a doctor and pain questionnaire information to determine a preliminary test scheme;
and determining a target test scheme according to the preliminary test scheme and the test scheme, and sending the target test scheme to a user.
After S103, further comprising:
and acquiring a test result, and updating the test scheme according to the test result, the basic information of the user and the pain questionnaire information.
