The system evaluation method, the prescription, the course assembly, the feedback learning and the follow-up logic are provided by experts in related professional fields according to evidence-based medical evidence and an actual work standardization process. All algorithms guided by the system are split into function lists, and users with different professional backgrounds can independently select and configure different function modules to adapt to different use scenes, so that the motion guidance service provider has a more flexible working mode.
The invention also intelligently adjusts the motion courses in a multi-dimensional information feedback mode, so that the motion guidance realizes real individuation.

As shown in fig. 1, the configurable intelligent sports prescription and sports video guidance system comprises: the system comprises an evaluation item recommending module, a periodical re-evaluation reminding module, an exercise prescription recommending module, a video course recommending module, an intelligent course adjusting module, a forward and backward stage adjusting module, a periodical follow-up module and a configuration module.
The configuration module is used for a professional user to perform function configuration including three modes of automation, semi-automation and full-manual operation on function modules including an evaluation item recommendation module, a periodic review reminding module, an exercise prescription recommendation module, a video course recommendation module, an intelligent course adjustment module, a moving-in and moving-out stage adjustment module and a periodic follow-up module, wherein,
the automatic function configuration is directly distributed to corresponding public users according to the automatic processing results of all function modules of the system under the preset condition without the intervention of professional users,
the function configuration in the semi-automatic form is that each function module of the system feeds back the automatic processing result to the corresponding professional user, and the professional user adjusts or/and confirms the automatic processing result and then distributes the automatic processing result to the corresponding public user.
Specifically, the evaluation item recommendation module is used for automatically matching suitable evaluation items to applicable people of each evaluation item according to basic information including age, gender and pain parts of a public user in combination with the applicable people; the evaluation items comprise exercise pattern screening, pain evaluation, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, balance ability, coordination, agility, human body components and the like, and can guide a user to complete the multidimensional rehabilitation evaluation of the cardiopulmonary musculoskeletal nerves and the advanced physical ability evaluation items through intelligent software and hardware combination.
The configuration module configures the functions of the evaluation item recommendation module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: adopting an evaluation item recommendation module to automatically match suitable evaluation items for a specified public user, directly sending the appropriate evaluation items to the public user for execution, and not needing to inform professional users associated with the public user for confirmation;
semi-automatic form: the evaluation item recommending module sends the suitable evaluation items automatically matched for the appointed public user to the professional user associated with the public user, and the professional user performs increase, decrease, adjustment or/and confirmation on the suitable evaluation items and then sends the evaluation items to the public user for execution;
the full artificial form: the professional user manually selects the required evaluation item from a preset evaluation item library according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, and the required evaluation item is assembled and then sent to the corresponding public user by the evaluation item recommendation module.
Specifically, the periodic review reminding module is used for periodically sending review reminding and review items to the public users according to information of the public users including diseases, ages and evaluation results, and adjusting exercise prescriptions and exercise video guidance courses according to the review results.
The configuration module configures the functions of the periodical reevaluation reminding module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the regular re-evaluation reminding module periodically and automatically sends re-evaluation reminding and re-evaluation items matched with the public users to the appointed public users related to the regular re-evaluation reminding according to the regular re-evaluation time preset by the professional users;

Specifically, the exercise prescription recommending module is used for recommending an individualized exercise prescription containing quantifiable parameters to the public user based on public evidence of evidence based on information of the public user including age, sex, pain part, disease diagnosis and evaluation result; the personalized exercise prescription is based on the basic principle of the exercise prescription, and comprises exercise Frequency (Frequency), exercise Intensity (Intensity), exercise Time (Time), exercise Type (Type), total exercise amount (Volume), exercise process (progress) and exercise mode (Pattern), quantifiable parameters in the principle are recommended according to specific executable numerical values, such as exercise Intensity, and the system calculates the target heart rate interval of aerobic exercise, the weight of the dumbbell corresponding to anti-resistance training or the pound number of the elastic band according to the evaluation result.
The configuration module configures the functions of the exercise prescription recommending module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the personalized sports prescription recommended by the sports prescription recommending module for the appointed public user is directly sent to the public user for execution without informing a professional user associated with the public user to confirm;
semi-automatic form: the sports prescription recommending module sends the personalized sports prescription recommended for the appointed public user to a professional user associated with the public user, and the personalized sports prescription is modified or/and confirmed by the corresponding professional user and then sent to the public user for execution by the sports prescription recommending module;
the full artificial form: the professional user manually sets the sports prescription according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user and sends the sports prescription to the corresponding public user through the sports prescription recommending module.
Specifically, the video course recommending module is used for automatically assembling action video guidance courses suitable for the mass users from a preset video course library according to the information of the mass users including ages, sexes, pain parts, disease diagnosis and evaluation results.
The configuration module configures the video course recommendation module to have the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the video course recommending module is adopted to guide courses for action videos recommended by a specified public user, and the courses are directly sent to the public user for execution without informing professional users associated with the public user to confirm;
semi-automatic form: the video course recommending module sends the action video guidance courses recommended for the specified public users to professional users associated with the public users, and the action video guidance courses are modified or/and confirmed by the corresponding professional users and then sent to the public users to be executed by the video course recommending module;
the full artificial form: the professional user manually selects required actions from a preset action library according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, sets parameters, assembles the actions into courses and sends the courses to the corresponding public user through a video course recommending module.
Specifically, the intelligent course adjusting module is configured to automatically adjust the personalized exercise prescription and the video course being executed by the public user according to multi-dimensional information feedback of the public user during the execution of the video course, where the multi-dimensional information includes a self-feeling exertion degree score, physiological data indexes before, during, and after exercise, symptom signs before, during, and after exercise, and an action skipping reason.
The process of automatically adjusting according to the multidimensional information feedback of the public user during the video course execution specifically includes:
(a) RPE feedback adjustment: inquiring the self-feeling tiredness degree score RPE of the public user after finishing each exercise, if the RPE is larger than a higher set value, reducing the heart rate of the next exercise target by a specified value, and if the RPE is smaller than a lower set value, increasing the heart rate of the next exercise target by a specified value; for example, according to the RPE range preset by a professional user (e.g., a doctor) (e.g., 3< RPE <7), if the RPE exceeds the upper limit (e.g., RPE >7), the next exercise target heart rate is-10 bpm, and if the RPE is lower than the lower limit (e.g., RPE <3), the next exercise target heart rate is +10 bpm.
(b) Index feedback adjustment: detecting physiological data of the mass user before, during and after exercise, including blood sugar and blood pressure, by using the wearable device for feedback, if the feedback data is not within a preset standard range, reducing the heart rate of the next exercise target by a specified value, and if the feedback data is within the preset standard range, increasing the heart rate of the next exercise target by the specified value; for example, blood glucose after exercise is less than or equal to 3.9mmol/L, and the heart rate of the next exercise target is-10 bpm; the systolic pressure after exercise is less than 90mmHg or the diastolic pressure is less than 60mmHg, and the heart rate of the next exercise target is-10 bpm; the systolic pressure is more than or equal to 220mmHg or the diastolic pressure is more than or equal to 110mmHg during the exercise, and the target heart rate of the next exercise is-10 bpm. Wherein, the value limitation and the adjustment value can be adjusted according to evidence-based medical evidence and clinical experience, and can also be increased or decreased according to different disease monitoring indexes of patients.
During the intelligent course adjustment according to the blood pressure value, the blood pressure is measured before exercise, if the systolic pressure is larger than or equal to 180 and/or the diastolic pressure is larger than or equal to 110mmHg according to the measurement result, the blood pressure before exercise is judged to be overhigh, the current day is reminded not to exercise, the blood pressure before exercise is overhigh for three times accumulated on a non-same day within 1 week, the corresponding professional users (such as doctors) are forcibly reminded of the abnormal situation of the public users (such as patients), and the professional users are required to carry out processing (such as modification of exercise prescriptions, notification of hospital re-diagnosis, notification of patients to. Measuring blood pressure during exercise, and if the systolic pressure is more than or equal to 180 and/or the diastolic pressure is more than or equal to 110mmHg, judging that the blood pressure is too high during exercise and the heart rate of a target is-10 bpm in the next exercise; the blood pressure is too high in the three movements accumulated on the non-same day within 1 week, professional users (such as doctors) corresponding to doctors are forcibly reminded of the abnormal conditions of mass users (such as patients) and the professional users are required to process the abnormal conditions. Measuring the blood pressure after exercise, if the systolic pressure is more than or equal to 180 mmHg or less than 90mmHg and/or the diastolic pressure is more than or equal to 110mmHg or less than 60mmHg according to the measurement result, judging that the blood pressure after exercise is abnormal, and if the blood pressure after three exercises is abnormal within 1 week, forcibly reminding a professional user (such as a doctor) corresponding to the doctor that the abnormal condition of a public user (such as a patient) occurs and requiring the professional user to process.
During the intelligent course adjustment according to the blood sugar value, the blood sugar is measured before exercise, and if the blood sugar is more than or equal to 300mg/dL as a measurement result, the situation that the blood sugar is too high and the exercise is not recommended is prompted; if the blood sugar is more than 70mg/dL and less than or equal to 100mg/dL in the measurement result, the exercise is prompted to start after food is supplemented; if the blood sugar is less than or equal to 70mg/dL in the measurement result, the result indicates that the blood sugar is too low, food is supplemented, and exercise is not recommended; if the exercise needs to be started, the blood sugar needs to be retested to reach the standard. The blood sugar before three exercises is too high (more than or equal to 300mg/dL) or too low (less than or equal to 70mg/dL) in the last 1 week on the non-same day, a professional user (such as a doctor) corresponding to the doctor is forcibly reminded of the abnormal situation of a popular user (such as a patient) and the professional user is required to carry out treatment (such as modification of an exercise prescription, notification of hospital for a double-visit, notification of the patient for continuous observation and the like). And measuring blood sugar after exercise, if the blood sugar of the measurement result is greater than 70mg/dL, prompting that the exercise blood sugar reducing effect lasts for 12 hours or even longer, such as feeling dizziness, nausea and other discomforts, measuring the blood sugar in time, supplementing food and adjusting the dosage of medicine or insulin according to the blood sugar value, and if the blood sugar of the measurement result is less than or equal to 70mg/dL, prompting that the blood sugar is too low and the food needs to be supplemented, and simultaneously, the heart rate of the next exercise target is-10 bpm.
(c) ECG monitoring feedback adjustment: based on the ECG monitored heart rate information, when the ECG monitoring is for the presence of a new onset or more pre-exercise exacerbated arrhythmia and/or myocardial ischemia, the target upper heart rate limit is adjusted to a heart rate of-10 bpm when the ECG monitoring is for the presence of a new onset or more pre-exercise exacerbated arrhythmia and/or myocardial ischemia. For example, the ECG monitoring heart rate during exercise shows myocardial ischemia at 120bpm, and the next exercise target heart rate is capped at 110 bpm.
(d) Symptom feedback adjustment: if uncomfortable symptoms including chest distress, chest pain and dizziness appear in the public user during or/and after sports, the heart rate of the target of next sports is reduced by a specified value; for example, if discomfort symptoms of dizziness occur after exercise, the target heart rate for the next exercise is-10 bpm.
(e) Action skip reason feedback adjustment: when the public user chooses to skip the current action in the movement, the reason for skipping the action is fed back, and the intelligent course adjusting module adjusts the action video guidance associated with the reason. The regulation rule is as follows: the system classifies the action videos according to the difficulty and the intensity in advance, and replaces and adjusts the corresponding action videos according to the reason for skipping and selecting actions. For example, if the user selects "muscle weakness, cannot continue", strength training of the part is added in the functional training, and the action with the action strength of the part being one level lower is replaced in the whole body training; secondly, the user selects that the heart rate cannot reach the standard even when the frequency is very fast, and then the heart rate is replaced by an action with the strength of the part higher by one level; and thirdly, selecting pain by the user, recording the pain part and the score, entering pain evaluation, and pushing corresponding rehabilitation action video guidance according to the evaluation result.
The configuration module configures the functions of the intelligent course adjustment module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the intelligent course adjusting module adjusts the personalized exercise prescription and the video course which are associated with the intelligent course adjusting module and are executed by the appointed public user according to the multidimensional information which is preset by the professional user and added into the course adjusting process, and directly sends the personalized exercise prescription and the video course to the public user for execution without informing the corresponding professional user to confirm;
semi-automatic form: the intelligent course adjusting module adjusts the individualized exercise prescription and the video course which are related to the intelligent course adjusting module and are executed by the appointed public user according to the multidimensional information which is preset by the professional user and added into the course adjusting process, and the individualized exercise prescription and the video course are sent to the corresponding professional user for modification or/and confirmation and then sent to the public user by the intelligent course adjusting module for execution;
the full artificial form: the professional user manually adjusts the personalized exercise prescription and the video course which are being executed by the professional user according to the multi-dimensional information fed back by the designated public user, and the intelligent course adjusting module sends the personalized exercise prescription and the video course to the public user for execution.
Specifically, the forward and backward stage adjusting module is used for automatically adjusting the exercise prescription stage of the public user according to the past exercise habits, the evaluation results and the daily training standard reaching rate of the public user, and comprises exercise intensity adjustment, single recommended exercise duration adjustment and weekly recommended exercise duration adjustment. For example, the effective exercise period reaches the standard after 4 continuous weeks, and the next stage is entered; the effective exercise period is not up to standard for 4 weeks continuously, and the last stage is returned.
The exercise prescription process is divided into a number of stages, typically three, each of which is calculated over four weeks. And confirming the exercise stage when the exercise prescription is initially configured, and if the exercise intensity of each week is medium or high, the exercise time of each week exceeds 10 minutes, the accumulated exercise time exceeds 150 minutes/week, and regular exercise is adhered to for more than 1 month, directly starting from the second stage, otherwise, starting from the first stage. In the first stage, the exercise prescriptions of each week are inconsistent, if the exercise prescription task of each week is completed, the exercise prescription of the next week is entered, until the last week of the week reaches the standard in the first stage, the next stage is entered, and meanwhile, the reevaluation is prompted, and the fact that the inaccuracy of the follow-up exercise prescription is possibly influenced by the reevaluation is informed; if the task of the exercise prescription is not completed, the exercise prescription stays at the incomplete exercise prescription of the week, if the exercise prescription of two continuous weeks does not reach the standard, the exercise prescription moves backwards for one week, and after the exercise prescription moves backwards to the first week of the first stage, the exercise prescription does not move backwards, if the exercise prescription of four continuous weeks does not reach the standard, the re-evaluation is prompted, and the possible inaccurate exercise prescription is informed of the re-evaluation. In the second and third stages, the exercise prescriptions of each week are consistent, if the exercise prescription task of each week is completed, the exercise prescription of the next week is entered, if the effective exercise duration of the whole week reaches the standard, the next stage is entered, and simultaneously, the reevaluation is prompted, and the inaccuracy of the follow-up exercise prescription is reported; if the exercise prescription is not completed, the exercise prescription stays at the incomplete exercise prescription of the week (namely, the stepping time is prolonged by one week), if the effective exercise duration of the continuous four weeks does not reach the standard, the exercise prescription is retreated by one stage, and meanwhile, the reevaluation is prompted, and the fact that the follow-up exercise prescription is inaccurate is reported. If the patient does not exercise for more than 12 weeks, the patient can continue to use the exercise prescription by forcibly reviewing.
The configuration module configures the function of the advancing and retreating stage adjusting module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the professional user presets a forward and backward stage scheme in the forward and backward stage adjusting module according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, and when the corresponding appointed public user reaches the forward and backward stage condition or the backward stage condition of the forward and backward stage scheme, the forward and backward stage adjusting module automatically adjusts the exercise prescription stage of the public user and feeds the exercise prescription stage back to the public user for execution without notifying the corresponding professional user to confirm;
semi-automatic form: the professional user presets a forward and backward stage scheme in the forward and backward stage adjusting module according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, when the corresponding appointed public user reaches the forward or backward stage condition of the forward and backward stage scheme, the forward and backward stage adjusting module sends the exercise prescription stage automatically adjusted by the public user to the corresponding professional user for modification or/and confirmation, and the forward and backward stage adjusting module feeds the exercise prescription stage back to the public user for execution;
the full artificial form: the professional user manually and periodically revises the proper exercise prescription stage according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, and the advance and retreat stage adjusting module feeds the appropriate exercise prescription stage back to the public user for execution.
Specifically, the regular follow-up module is configured to send a follow-up task to the public user according to a preset regular follow-up time and follow-up templates for different diagnoses, so that a relevant professional user can know the state of a specified public user. The follow-up template comprises key indexes (displaying change and normal value range by curves), questionnaires (selecting, filling in blank, answering and other multi-formats), scales (calculating scores), inspection (supporting uploading of pictures and texts), and the like.
The configuration module configures the function of the periodical follow-up module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the professional user presets regular follow-up visit time and a follow-up visit template according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, and the regular follow-up visit module automatically and regularly reminds the corresponding public user to complete a follow-up visit task according to the preset time and the template;
semi-automatic form: the professional users preset follow-up templates according to the information of the appointed public users related to the professional users, the regular follow-up module automatically and regularly reminds the corresponding professional users according to the preset time and the templates, and the follow-up tasks are sent to the corresponding public users through the regular follow-up module after the professional users check/modify and confirm;
the full artificial form: the professional users autonomously send follow-up tasks according to the information of the appointed public users related to the professional users.
Through the configuration, unnecessary intervention of professional users in all aspects can be reduced, the forming and revising process of the sports prescription can be optimized and shortened, professional resources can be saved, and meanwhile, the requirements of manual and personalized adjustment of product functions of different professionals can be met.

the exercise prescription recommending module is used for recommending an individualized exercise prescription containing quantifiable parameters to the mass user based on public evidence of evidence-based medicine according to the information of the mass user including age, sex, pain parts, disease diagnosis and evaluation results;
the video course recommending module is used for automatically assembling action video guidance courses suitable for the mass users from a preset video course library according to the information of the mass users including ages, sexes, pain parts, disease diagnosis and evaluation results;
the intelligent course adjusting module is used for automatically adjusting the personalized exercise prescription and the video course which are being executed by the public user according to multi-dimensional information feedback of the public user during the execution of the video course, wherein the multi-dimensional information comprises self-feeling fatigue degree scores, physiological data indexes before, during and after exercise, symptom signs before, during and after exercise and action skipping reasons; and

semi-automatic form: the intelligent course adjusting module adjusts the individualized exercise prescription and the video course which are related to the intelligent course adjusting module and are executed by the appointed public user according to the multidimensional information which is preset by the professional user and added into the course adjusting process, and the individualized exercise prescription and the video course are sent to the corresponding professional user for modification or/and confirmation and then sent to the public user by the intelligent course adjusting module for execution;
the full artificial form: the professional user manually adjusts the personalized exercise prescription and the video course which are being executed by the professional user according to the multi-dimensional information fed back by the designated public user, and the intelligent course adjusting module sends the personalized exercise prescription and the video course to the public user for execution.
7. The configurable intelligent sports prescription and sports video guidance system according to claim 6, wherein the process of automatically adjusting according to multi-dimensional information feedback of the general user during the execution of the video lesson specifically comprises:
(a) RPE feedback adjustment: inquiring the self-feeling tiredness degree score RPE of the public user after finishing each exercise, if the RPE is larger than a higher set value, reducing the heart rate of the next exercise target by a specified value, and if the RPE is smaller than a lower set value, increasing the heart rate of the next exercise target by a specified value;
(b) index feedback adjustment: detecting physiological data of the mass user before, during and after exercise, including blood sugar and blood pressure, by using the wearable device for feedback, if the feedback data is not within a preset standard range, reducing the heart rate of the next exercise target by a specified value, and if the feedback data is within the preset standard range, increasing the heart rate of the next exercise target by the specified value;
(c) symptom feedback adjustment: if uncomfortable symptoms including chest distress, chest pain and dizziness appear in the public user during or/and after sports, the heart rate of the target of next sports is reduced by a specified value;
(d) action skip reason feedback adjustment: when the public user chooses to skip the current action in the movement, the reason for skipping the action is fed back, and the intelligent course adjusting module adjusts the action video guidance associated with the reason.
8. The configurable intelligent sports prescription and sports video guidance system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
the forward and backward stage adjusting module is used for automatically adjusting the exercise prescription stage of the public user according to the past exercise habit, the evaluation result and the daily training standard reaching rate of the public user, and comprises exercise intensity adjustment, single recommended exercise duration adjustment and weekly recommended exercise duration adjustment;
the configuration module configures the function of the advancing and retreating stage adjusting module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the professional user presets a forward and backward stage scheme in the forward and backward stage adjusting module according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, and when the corresponding appointed public user reaches the forward and backward stage condition or the backward stage condition of the forward and backward stage scheme, the forward and backward stage adjusting module automatically adjusts the exercise prescription stage of the public user and feeds the exercise prescription stage back to the public user for execution without notifying the corresponding professional user to confirm;
semi-automatic form: the professional user presets a forward and backward stage scheme in the forward and backward stage adjusting module according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, when the corresponding appointed public user reaches the forward or backward stage condition of the forward and backward stage scheme, the forward and backward stage adjusting module sends the exercise prescription stage automatically adjusted by the public user to the corresponding professional user for modification or/and confirmation, and the forward and backward stage adjusting module feeds the exercise prescription stage back to the public user for execution;
the full artificial form: the professional user manually and periodically revises the proper exercise prescription stage according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, and the advance and retreat stage adjusting module feeds the appropriate exercise prescription stage back to the public user for execution.
9. The configurable intelligent sports prescription and sports video guidance system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
the regular follow-up module is used for sending follow-up tasks to the public users according to preset regular follow-up time and follow-up templates aiming at different diagnoses so that related professional users can know the state of the appointed public users;
the configuration module configures the function of the periodical follow-up module into the following three optional forms:
automatic form: the professional user presets regular follow-up visit time and a follow-up visit template according to the information of the appointed public user related to the professional user, and the regular follow-up visit module automatically and regularly reminds the corresponding public user to complete a follow-up visit task according to the preset time and the template;
semi-automatic form: the professional users preset follow-up templates according to the information of the appointed public users related to the professional users, the regular follow-up module automatically and regularly reminds the corresponding professional users according to the preset time and the templates, and the follow-up tasks are sent to the corresponding public users through the regular follow-up module after the professional users check/modify and confirm;
the full artificial form: the professional users autonomously send follow-up tasks according to the information of the appointed public users related to the professional users.
